Absolutely unprofessional and unorganized company. I was forced to use them through my insurance and i had so many issues. Their wait time on check in said 5 minutes then after waiting 15 minutes the app said 30 minutes wait. Then they finally called my number and when I get to the counter they are on the phone with someone else and I had to wait another 5 minutes. They need more staff. The poor girls working need more help.
Because zero stars arent allowed. This location is the front for Cash for Cars. They are not set up to deal with members of the public (walk ins). I took me a couple of hours to get my vehicle dropped off and they didnt even have my check ready; even though I had made an appointment (or so I thought). HELLLLOOOO, that was the point of selling the vehicle. To get money. So if you use Cash for Cars, let them come get the vehicle and save yourself the headaches.
Just like all the other locations they have you wait in line for 15 to 30 minutes sometimes an hour to 3 hours to tell you oh now you have to come back tomorrow cuz its past a certain time oh and yeah were going to fee you too. They tell you the car is cleared to pick up and then when you go to pick the car up theres all these hidden fees that appeared out of nowhere 🤔🤔🤔 and I always tell you one thing on the phone in a different thing in the office.
They took all of my daughters stuff from her car. She had personalized seat covers and steering wheel covers Exedra and they stole it all. Plus no bathrooms inside for my granddaughter even though they had some they wouldnt let her use it and she is 8 years old.
Great service and put me at so much ease... sylvia in customer service is very empathetic and an earth angel, helped me out more than she knows.... daniel in the lot is very knowledgeable and helped me with a lot of questions I had, very impressed with co part thanks to great staff... ...
As far as title procurement on insurance claims, this place is horrible. Wish I had an option to go with someone else.
Very impolite employees. They make every excuse in the book why you cant see your vehicle. No mask even with the vaccine, no open toed shoes, only 2 people at a time but before they reach inside its being boon docked on a lift far from the office. If you dont get your personal stuff they will steal your personal belongings.
I was there for 45 minutes just to drop off two pieces of paper and then when they did finally call my name they took everybody else I was standing in front of me and it happened to be that I was only white person there so you tell me Im just saying
This company was assigned by my insurance to pick up my vehicle after it had been determined a total loss. These people are impossible to schedule with. They cant even give a time frame of when to expect the tow driver to show up.

The process is extremely long and complicated, copart needs to figure out a way to make it smooth because some transporters are just going to leave because youre wasting 2-3 hours for 1 car, and if no transporters want to pick up then youll lose buyers because they wont want to deal with storage fees
Rude staff terrible procedures after Covid. Staff is constantly doing other things chatting and not being attentive to customers. No direction as to what will happen after your vehicle lands up here. Worst experience ever if you can choose somewhere else, do yourself a favor.

Crooked and greedy like more and more companies these days. Don’t get The General auto insurance because they use copart and I’ve been waiting almost 60 days for big check for totaled car. They are holding up the process. Soon I’m charging them with grand larceny if they don’t quickly wind up the process. They also have terrible security of their premises.
The service was great, the people were all very helpful. The only knock is that they use a forklift for all of the cars so youll get a lot of flat tires and body damage you didnt necessarily expect.

Drove an hour down to here only to be told I was not allowed in at all because I didnt have the right membership (I have a public membership). Their site says anyone can come and inspect a vehicle, that its $20 for non-members to enter the lot but that all members are free. They insisted I had to bring a broker with me just to inspect a vehicle, when they should only be needed to place a bid. Waste of 2 hours. Other Coparts let me in no problem.
My wife & I were there Friday 3/2 and we had a short wait, but the woman was very nice to us and polite. We would definitely do business here again.
Outside Yard staff was extremely helpful, aired up my tire without me asking and was even Kind enough to remove their marking paint off of my glass. You really dont see that kind of customer service anymore. good to know it still exists! 5 stars to those guys in orange Vests!

Employees steal parts from the cars here. 2010 Toyota Prius purchased here was in good condition, only needed a key fob to start. But when I picked it up, engine control module wasnt there.
I sold my car to them almost a week ago. And Im still waiting for the check to go through. Getting super frustrated and if it doesnt hit my bank by tomorrow I will be taking further action. Only positive side is they do have friendly staff.
Nice people but after they changed their rules it sucks that you have to be a full dealer to buy from here now. I have to go to everywhere but where i live to get cars. El paso. Colorado springs, Amarillo or Tucson haha

My Jeep was stolen February 2018. Insurance company USAA stated it MUST be towed to Copart so that they can evaluate it. Insurance company undervalued my Jeep thus I was attempting to retain my Jeep. I requested my vehicle be towed to my residence. Copart called seeking to deliver a VW Jetta (Not my Jeep July 27th). When I told them I can not accept someone elses vehicle they indicated they and USAA would be getting back wit hme shortly. I tried gaining access to the year with an independend apprasier and was refused access to my vehicle at Copart, stating USAA must be involved. September 27th I called looking to tow my JEEP my self and was told that arrangements could be made. Fast forward to October 27th and I learn that Copart crushed my Jeep October 4th. I fel that Copart and USAA both did me wrong. I feel that I was further robbed by Copart and USAA refusing access and crushing my Jeep.For the record the insurance claim remains unresolved.
This place lies to their customers. They post cars as one type of damage, but in reality it’s something else. They will not work with you either. Stay away, or be prepared to get surprised with your purchase.
I will never deal with this company again!!! Their driver stole a programmer from my truck that is valued at over 800 dollars. They refuse to investage and acted like I was in the wrong for accusing them. Horrible service and a horrible company to deal with...

The staff was friendly. They are very concerned with safety. They allowed me to view my wreck and retrieve personal items from it and take pictures for my records.
Wouldnt even give them a star. Called them and tried to schedule a time for them to pick up my vehicle for charity. Lady told me they cant schedule anything and said they would pick it up sometime today. I told her it was fine but I needed to be there to give the keys and other information before they took it and she said the person picking it up would give me a call. Came home from work to see they took the vehicle without even calling me, even though I said I needed to be there before anything went down. Also, if I wanted the stuff that I was expecting to be able to take out of it before they left, I would have to drive 4 hours to come pick it up. The lady also couldnt get my name right so they could send an envelope to my address even though I spelled it out at least 3 times then after all that she just hung up on me. Worst experience Ive had with any company. Really needs to be taught common sense.
