My father bought a used Honda CR-V car here, and it was a good experience. The dealership is clean and follows proper Covid protocols. The salesman was friendly and helpful, I might consider buying a car from there next time I am in the market.

Didnt have too much of what I was looking for

Would give CarMax zero stars if it were an option. They totally lowballed me on the value of my truck. They are completely laughable. Another dealer offered $2500 more than the CarMax offer. I will never set foot on their lot again.

Not Impressed ! Checked with Corporate for loan payoff. They gave an amount they said was good for 10 days. The next day I picked up a cashiers check and went to the Albuquerque location where they informed me the amount was regrettably 6.00 short. Not the 6.00 that bothers me. Its the principle! Not a good way to do business! I wont be back!
