What great service. This was the first time I needed to use roadside assistance/a tow. I was extremely nervous, but the tow truck driver (Jacob I believe) was so friendly and easy to talk too. Overall great service and would recommend this towing company to all my family and friends!!

Recently the car driven by my daughter and with two of her UNL college classmates broke down on the way to a journalism workshop in Minnesota. Crossroads Towing came to the rescue. At a time when they could have easily taken advantage of a couple of 20 year olds, they instead towed the car and my daughter and her classmates to the nearest town. They took a look at the car, determined the problem, and fixed it. It turned out to be just the serpentine belt which was an easy and cheap fix. My daughter and her classmates were back on the road to Minneapolis in a short time, rather than having to stay the night to get the car looked at the next day by an auto shop. As a mom, I really appreciate that there are honest people out there like Crossroads Towing who can take care of my daughter when I am not able to.

Towing guy was kind and helpful and came quick, but they also charged me $150 roundtrip for a tow from Wal-Mart to their repair shop (Mann Motors)...the total distance of the round trip was 3 miles. So you can decide for yourself if thats a good price or not.
