My vehicle was towed last summer after a roll over and while in T&W’s yard they stole my computer before I was able to collect my belongings. After asking about my computer the owner personally told me he never saw one. I called back and said it contained a GPS device (it didn’t) he called me back in 2 minutes to tell me they put it inside so it wouldn’t get wrecked. Made his wife stay to give it back to me instead of himself . Complete loserResponse to below comment: No kids were involved in the accident and I never lost my license that is all public record. Attack my character all you want. I picked up my belongings WITHOUT my laptop. Called the sheriff who told me it was in the truck and made a 2nd trip to pick up after you lied to me multiple times. Question, how would you know it was a work computer and in the ditch at the scene of the accident but for two weeks didn’t know it was in your shop?

Poor experience with these guys. AVOID AT ALL COST. They informed that truck Jelled up. After release from there shop, 10 miles down the road truck shut down. ISSUE NOT FIXED. AVOID THEM !!Charged 2 hours of tow, which they didn’t even hook up the semi. Sent a Small Mechanic truck. Stating that “everyone was tied up”. I told them to take truck to Volvo.

I am not from this area and was just passing through on a business road trip. My car broke down and I canceled AAA years ago. I did a quick search and found their phone number. The dispatch was very polite, caring, and professional in getting all the necessary info as I really had no clue where I was. The driver arrived quicker than I was expecting. He loaded my car onto the flatbed with surgical like car to be sure there was no damage but he he did it quick. A very talented operator he was. He delivered my car to the nearest dealer and gave me some very appreciated info about the area. I hope if I ever need a tow truck again that the company I wind up using will be half as good as these guys. You all are lucky to have a tow company like this in your area. Thanks for such a quick response and attentiveness to making sure my daughter and her car were safely removed off the freeway when she blew a tire. Got a voicemail saying they were going to have to use legal actions against me or go to collections. When that was the first time I ever heard from them no bills no calls no emails nothing. I cancelled the service with my insurance. I was not at the scene where my vehicle was. They claim they saw me. They said the called me. Which the only call I got was in the beginning of the first roadside assistance to ask about my car. When I got home I noticed it had been changed but I had a friend that said he would change it. When I called I didn’t have attitude just upset that the way you run your business is by no bills but to leave a voicemail saying your taking legal matters. Unprofessional.

This place is absolutely amazing, the people are friendly and super helpful. If anyone is in the area I highly recommend them!!!

A drunk driver hit my pontoon boat and trailer while parked which tore the 400lb 115hp boat motor off the boat. The insurance company totaled it but required the motor to be on the boat when picked up as salvage. I set a time with T&W to get it done. T&W arrived right on time and easily moved the wrecked boat motor onto the deck of the boat. Professional in every way and good pricing.

The tow truck driver Jared was fast professional and 150% saved the day for me. Couldn’t of had breaking down be so painless. From the time I called to my car being on the flatbed was under 30 minutes

I hate getting my car towed but if it has to be done this is a great place. My tow truck driver (I believe was Dustin) has went above and beyond in helping me with moving my truck and dealing with my insurance when there was a miscommunication. This is my first vehicle and I was freaking out throughout this whole thing but they helped me keep my cool when dealing with my insurance.

Very impressed how quickly they came to get our son who was stranded on the interstate late at night and they even delivered to our home. Very reasonable rates also!

Do not work with these people. Didn’t Hook truck up, changed a fuel filter, charged $1,100.00. Lady Told me over the phone “if we want to we can charge more and you are obligated to pay”. Shady business practices. AVOID THEM

Great towing company no matter the time. From out of state hit a deer in the interstate and was referred to us. Thought wed have to wait long because of the time. They showed up twenty minutes later and even towed my vehicle back to Iowa. Thank you so much . I would recommend this towing company any day.

Tow driver was personable and did a great job towing my car. When I had called around for prices at other tow companies, T&W was the lowest priced for what I needed done. I have used T&W several times and highly recommend. I have had to get winched out on the way home, and called both towing companies in town. Only one that showed up to winch us out was T&W Towing. This is the towing company that I will only use as they are dependable and dont do any damage to.cars.

Great service, great price. When the other company didnt show up, T & W did, Dustin was the driver that night. Got us pulled out, and towed back to our house without any damage. Fair price for the amount of work involved I felt. 110% recommend, will for sure use again.

Everyone was prompt, professional and friendly. There service includes getting big rigs out of sticky situations. Will use them when needed.

It wasnt good, my truck rolled over into the ditch on its roof 3 miles from the tow companies location, it was on a Sunday afternoon but 707.oo dollars to roll truck over and haul it 3 miles, the roof was caved in otherwise not to much damage, they busted out both front door windows, mirrors, fiberglass bed cover, broke my shifter off steering column, must have hooked tow cable to my strut cause thats not useable anymore, they were surprised I wanted truck back, after paying them they started rounding my belongings up that they had removed from my vehicle, and still havent got everything back, charged me two hours (200$) to clean up the glass that they broke out, I work for an automotive repair shop and we use tow companies daily, but we dont use there service and didnt before this happened, sheriffs deputy is the one who called them, I would not have

I would never recommend this scam artist Dustin Tramm. Most of these reviews are from family or close friends. Lies. He has damaged and taken a sledgehammer to customers vehicles in his impound and claims he didnt do a thing. He rips off insurance companies, which in return, on occasion, cost the insured more money. He tries to cover up any negativity about him, to give the company good face. If you want to support a thief, rip off, give them a call. I would recommend Virgils Towing, hands down. Theyre the actual Professionals. This guy has been charged and convicted of Felonies, for stealing equipment from local farmers. He even stole grain and got caught trying to sell it at a grain cooperative. Who knows what else this shady character does with the company tow trucks. 🤢🤮

Have used T & W on two seperate occasions. Last year for a winch out during a winter storm. Freeway was closed and they still came to the rescue. Called around for a tow to the shop recently, and they again still have the best price in town. Extremely prompt and professional. I fully commend them for their awesome demeanor.

Dustin came all the way to Kiester to haul my van to Albert Lea for repair work. He was kind, courteous, and on time. Also his bid to insurance company was lower by a large margin for other tow companies in area. Highly recommend him.

Dustin was readily available when i hit a deer and totaled my car. he was quick to the scene and transported my car where i needed it to go. very polite.

One day I got off work way late, I was having a bad day to begin with. On my way home I thought I hit something, so I stopped to check to make sure everything was ok, I accidentally locked my car-on the side of Highway 13 near I-90. Luckily I had my phone, I called 911 who called T & W for me, they were there very quickly, unlocked my car for me quickly(while I warmed up in their truck). The driver was very nice, and didn’t make me feel dumb at all, despite it being completely my fault. To top it off, he told me have a great day, no charge!You can bet the next time I need any help, it will without a doubt be these guys I call! I’m not positive but I think the driver was Dustin, thanks again guys! Sorry for making you come out so late at night when it’s so cold!

T and w towing is fast and great service. My insurance covers me and has called t and w twice in the last two weeks. First time for a tow to Sanderson auto because my CV axle went out and the guy gave my daughter a ride home after dropping my vehicle off and the 2nd time was because the shop left my vehicle lights on and my car needed a jump. The Insurance company told me theyd be 90 minutes and I was in a jam so I had a friend try to jump me which didnt work and boom here comes t n w towing 30 minutes later quicker then I was told and I made it to my court hearing on time and I dropped my daughters off at daycare and school on time and everything. Im happy with the service and the guys were very nice. And I hope my insurance keeps these guys for future reference cause they are better then what Ive had in the past in albert lea.
