Handy manny service had to go out to one of there customers home to smooth and fill holes in her yard after this company destroyed her yard. This company is a liability and there work ethic is horrible. If they have no values than they will definitely not value your property. For the money that is paid you should get quality service. Im saying this cause I seen the havoc they left behind.

Please do not patronize this business. A-1 demolished my sprinkler system when digging. They assessed my property over a month before showing up to get started. They were aware I had sprinklers and told me right before they began digging that they could not be held responsible for my sprinkler system. It had took them so long to come and my situation was pretty bad. They stated they would be careful and try to avoid them. I agreed as long as they would be careful and try to avoid. They did not use care at all. They demolished my sprinkler system. Major damage was done. The person who repaired my sprinkler system showed me his analogy of how A-1 Brantley did not take any concern in trying to avoid my sprinklers. They also did not level my yard off when they were done. My septic tank is in my front yard and they left it in terrible shape. It was uneven and large rocks were everywhere. I repaired my sprinkler system but I asked them to please come back out and level my yard back out. The owner stated that they were not obligated to do so and and stated he would as a courtesy. He never showed up to do it..and I called numerous times....and they had the equipment to do so but never did. They wouldnt even work with USAA to try to get it paid by them. The USAA representative stated that the receptionist hung up in her face when she called. She stated the report hung up as soon as she stated who she was and calling on my behalf. People often state, we as blacks should support black businesses...well I did and this what happened. I was referred to call them for services, but I would have not contacted them otherwise. They did not treat me fairly and I want the public to know. I dont mind paying whatever the cost for good service, but I want to be treated fairly with dignity and respect. I didnt receive this with A-1 Brantley. I was good to the workers as well. I made sure they had plenty of drinks such as sodas water and Gatorade to stay hydrated as they are working. I even offered to buy their lunches as well. . Just wasnt treated fairly and they could have made things right with me.

They came out quickly for a Saturday morning emergency. The driver was courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend.

My septic tank backed up into the house. I called this afternoon and They came immediately to empty the tank. Since I didn’t know where the tank was, they spent over two hours out in this heat trying to find it. Once found, they emptied it promptly. They were professional and kind. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend.

How y’all gonna interview somebody and tell them it’s gonna be 2-3 days to move on with the hiring process acting like everything is all good but gonna send an email (🗣WHILE ON THE PHONE) stating that “unfortunately we will not move on with you” stop giving people false hope if you don’t wanna hire them TELL THEM ON THE PHONE AND STOP WASTING PEOPLE TIME...people ain’t got time for the games WE WANNA WORK.....duh!!!!

Do not use A1 Brantley! We got a roll off dumpster with them, they charge a $500 deposit up front and said their charges were $150 delivery, $140 dump and return, $38.97 per ton, and $3.50 per day. I asked about a pickup fee and was told there wasn’t one. We called a day after it was delivered, because we were done with it-it wasn’t picked up until 4 days later! They called today to tell me my refund was only $146.13, and I was surprised because we were expecting more than that back-delivery, a couple of days, and the weight of our trash, when asked for a breakout I was told there was an additional charge of $140 for a ‘pull fee’. I asked what that was, and they said it was to pickup the trailer and dump it. I specifically asked about a pickup fee and was told there was NONE so I asked to be refunded the $140. They refused saying if was part of their fees, but a pull fee was never mentioned previously. We did NOT have the dumpster dumped and brought back so we shouldn’t charged that fee. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor, but was transferred between ladies and told they were the managers.

4/12/18I talked to Tameka on a Friday. Set up an appointment for Tuesday 2:30pm. Quincy and Trey showed up ON TIME. They were both professional, polite, informative, and business dressed. Quincy found my septic tank in 2 minutes and in less than 30 minutes they were finished and gone. I was highly impressed and I recommend them. I even set my calendar for 3 years to call them again to repeat the process.

The guys that came out where very professional. I was impressed with Quincy and the knowledge that he shared. Found that a toilet was helping with the problem. He told me how to test toilets and drain. Job well done. Employees are the best advertisers.

Came out the same day and did everything he needed to do the correct way . Very happy

I spoke with Ms. Carlita about problems with my septic tank& she was outstanding !! Very professional!! She was very polite& spoke very well. I see its not all about money with them. Thanks !!
