Called them they answered and immediatly hung up. Called tgem a second time they didnt answer
Horrible service! They dont even deserve 1 star. Tried scheduling an extra pickup online twice, they never showed up. But when I actually called them to see if they would finally come, Im glad they didnt show up because I was informed it would cost $112 dollars to empty two bins! Absolutely outrageous! What a bunch of greedy freaking swindlers.
I use Republic for my home in Lebanon, OR, and my home in SoCal. Service is regular, dependable, and cost-effective. I have been a satisfied customer since 2016 and have always been very happy! Their customer service personnel is outstanding! A+++++ company!

1 star is actually generous. When our street and at least 1 other had garbage pick up missed yesterday, I called today and the message says to call during business hours but the hours are not listed online nor did the voice service state when they would be opening.
Worst, worst, worst. No communication with the public that they are, and have closed the Lebanon transfer station. Prices were ridiculous to begin with, but where do you take trash now??? Half the time when they do pick up my curbside trash, the container is still half full. They do not recycle half of what they should. I guess when you have a monopoly on something, you can become a rotten company and not care. They really deserve negative stars.
Terrible drivers that leave trash all over the ground don’t pick it up. I often have to call back during the week cause they just skip my route. Worst trash company I’ve ever had to deal with
Customer service was fast and easy. Appreciate a real person and quick attention. There was a survey following the phone call, unfortunately, I couldnt get my answer to the first question, a 10, to register because I was completely satisfied, so it inadvertently entered a 0. Wanted to make it clear that I am completely satisfied.
I had a very complicated experience with 40yrd dumpsters and the removal process. At the end of everything the local people took care of everything. I appreciate all of you who helped me get this to the finish line. I had a good experience with all of the drivers and the local staff who helped me out. I was going to mention by name but everyone who helped knows who they are and I hope that you all continue to have great customer service. Thanks again to everyone who helped us out.
Looks as if I am not the only one that has had horrible service from this company.What a way to welcome someone to town. Weeks of trash build up.. Y’all are a joke.
Republic replaced our garbage can with one that has a large insert bolted into it....that takes away almost half the original capacity to hold garbage.We were able to downsize to a smaller can in the first place by recycling as much as possible. Then they do THIS. Is this how a garbage business forces their customers to PAY MORE for their large can every month?
I’ve had to call twice now, about the bottle recycling. First time, was because it went three weeks without getting picked up. When I called, the guy that showed up, acted like I was inconveniencing him, and snapped at me, “I don’t get clear the hell out here until after 2:30 in the afternoon”. When I pointed out that he hadn’t bothered showing up for the better part of a month, “yeah, that’s not true”. Nice. Next time I called, because whoever they sent to pick up the bottles this time, decided to just dump them out on the lawn, and leave them. I’m done with these morons.
It takes a week and a half to get containers delivered to the house we just moved into in Albany and another week to get garbage emptied. Thats two and a half weeks of garbage building up after we just moved. We have lived in other towns and our containers were always delivered the day we moved in. Why cant Albany do the same?
All the individual staff Ive spoken to have been wonderful and helpful, but the payment system is awful. It took months of calling and trying to set up an account online or through the app before I was finally able to make a payment, and by then I had late fees which I still feel I shouldnt have had to pay, seeing as its not my fault that the payment systems werent working.A representative set up my online bill pay account and neither of us were able to access it anyway. I was then told that someone from I.T. would be calling me in the next few days to help me set it up.A month later, I receive an automated voicemail saying that my payment was late again. I never received a call from I.T., nor did I get any bills in the mail.Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with this company and its payment systems.
Ordered new service and Im still waiting for my containers after 2 weeks. They told me they would deliver them 3 times now as our garbage piles up! They should take away the Services from their name. This isnt service at all. Apparently they dont want my business. That is the message i am getting. If they dont deliver today I am going to call corporate and make a formal complaint.
I called two different times to have a container delivered for regular service. Its 3 weeks later and still no container.
One missed payment 30 dollar charge. And they shut my account down. Very scary. Will contact legal aid. Seems this company is extremely greedy and overly billing. I cant help but wonder how much is made off the recycle cardboard. In a past business I used to pickup bales. IF the grocery store didnt return cardboard they were charged 800 dollars and that was in 1998. I hate to see how much income they are making and not reporting this.
Worst Customer Service Ever! Ordered trash service over a month and a half ago and called over 7 times and they are still two weeks out after the last 6 times I called they said they would rush it. Call and talk to Rosmarie who is suppose to be a supervisor, she tells me I am being irrational cause I want trash service in a timely manner I mean its already been a month and half so I guess thats asking to much. Tells me nothing she can do and when i request to talk to her supervisor she tells me there is no one I can talk to above her and if I didnt want to wait, to cancel my service that I havent even got! They may think they are the only ones around but if we dont have to support them!
The absolute worst service. In six months they have not once picked up my glass or yardwaste though its placed next to the trash every evening before pick-up day. Ive called a dozen times and always get the same reply, Well make sure to get it next time. This is the result of utility monopolies.
I had to call 4 different times to get a container and they kept saying that the order never got submitted then when I called to have it picked up once again they didnt pick it up had to call 3 different times they seem to have an excuses for every call. I order a 2 yard container once again, I call to make sure we where getting it and once again the had no order and then they guaranteed that I would have it on Wednesday, I called and now they told me that I called to late and it was not going to be deliver until Thursday I should not have to call everyday for you to get it right. Unfortunately you have the monopoly on the garbage service

Ordered a dumpster--it was delivered yesterday with a rusted out bottom and a hole in the middle of it. I cannot get anyone at customer service to solve this problem. What happened to the days of Albany-Lebanon Sanitation? Republic Waste customer service is HORRIBLE!
