I called to get information about recycling various materials not covered by the general recycling on industrial way. I was was surprised and a bit disappointed with the three question survey at the end of the call. I was incredibly pleased with the customer service I recieved 10/10 the customer service representative was phenomenal. My concern is that the survey didnt ask about the customer service only about if I would recommend Republic Services in general, if my question was answered and length of call once I was connected with a representative and Im not sure how my answers are used and I definitely dont think it gave an accurate representation of how pleased I was with the customer service I received in the call.

Sweet Home Sanitation is a great alternative to take your business to.Update 4/24/17: They lost a customer. The lazy garbage guy cannot get out of his truck and wheel the garbage can to his truck. I cannot control who parks in front of my garbage I live on a cul-de-sac. Maybe Ill throw my trash outside of your landfill for free.Talk about incompetent. The drivers knock your garbage bins over and toss them in the street. It seems policies change per employee I keep receiving different information.I have never had this much trouble with a garbage service in my life. They remind me of Comcast.They also charge a $30 fee to drop-off bins at a new location and they will not give you the option to pick up your bins, what a rip off.Im giving them one more chance and then I am canceling service and taking my garbage to a garbage dump or drop it off in a apartment complex for free.I wouldnt recommend.
