Wow! Are we talking about the same place? I had a wonderful experience just now! The check in process was smooth and efficient. Minimal comfortable wait, the mammogram tech was super nice and explained everything. Quick and easy!

The alarmist Ill informed phone conversation I had with Dorothy this morning left me in tears (she hung up on me while I was crying) — she had zero tact or compassion and this place should be ashamed of having someone like that work the phones in such a delicate situation. Everyone else I talked to was kind but having a tech tell me our doctor was lying was many many steps over a line. If you are looking for someone to be gentle and compassionate steer clear of Dorothy and anything she touches.

Staff here was super rude to my wife. Glad to see that I am not the only one who feels this way. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you have the option. Until this place retrains it’s staff you should put your health is someone else’s care. There are kind people out there — just not here.
