If I had the option to leave zero stars I would. I arrived at the office at the exact time my text from them instructed me to, I was the first person there. I sat there for 40 minutes while they cleaned the waiting room out--twice. I went up to complain and was told that they had me down for a different time. Their text message told me the time to be there, the person at the front desk didnt bother to ask why I was 30 minutes early according to their account. I am too busy to wait this long. I left and will look elsewhere for services.

Very nice and explain the process to you really well. I felt comfortable with them and would easily go again and refer others.
