I have worked for Elwood for a few years and had no issues, but whoever they have newly hired or running this specific branch have ZERO professionalism whatsoever and do not know how to treat people who are looking for work.Would not suggest going through this particular branch.

I joined in 2014. I called everyday for availability for a month. I never heard from them until 2021. They asked if I was still looking for work. Ive been at my job for 7 years now. The job I got not using them.

I have worked for Elwood for almost a year. They have kept me working continuously the whole time. Un like other agencies they actually care about there employees.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The job I was working through them was canceled and they quickly found a new placement for me and it has a higher pay rate than the job I waa working.

Very professional agency. After going through the application process, which took about an hour, I was offered a job the same day. They didnt mind that I turned down the first two jobs. They definitely try to find a job that fits you.Bonus that they pay weekly, and with direct deposit my check is usually in the bank a day or two early.I was injured on the job resulting in several months of light duty in the office. Staff and management treated me well and never made me feel like I was a complete shirker (even though I felt like one).Bottom-line...if you want to work, can pass a drug test and have a good attitude, the Elwood Albany office is a great agency to partner with.

Dont waste your time here they will discriminate against you right out the gate! The least professional temp agency I have ever been to . There is other temp agencies out there Elwood should be your last resort.

These guys need to find new people to hold their signs. The guys holding their advertising signs looks like they crawled out from their parents basements. Their sign holders are dressed like slobs, always looking at their phones while standing and never look friendly.

Horrible temp agency if u happen to get sick or have kids and cant make it in they will fire you...they dont care at all and have no compassion. This place is run by rude women and is a joke...I will be letting all my friends know about them and to stay away!
