What a wonderful experience! Finding myself in retail during COVID, after almost my whole career in administration, I was looking for a safer position when I answered an ad for remote customer service. It turned out to be with Accustaff and specifically with Nicole from Accustaff. I have never had an easier transition into a position. I find it awful that if you have an immediate death in your family like one of your parents or sibilings that you still have to come to work...or call out and and dont get paid😥They dont have grieving days😥

Where to begin.. well first they randomly place you in job opportunities and then you never hear from them again. Like literally, I had gone through a three month temporary assignment and never heard from or received guidance from this company. Second, when I was reproached about reentering with that said job assignment, they never bothered to explain that the job role and responsibilities had changed so I was totally caught off guard. Last but not least, the woman Carrie Smith, (yeah what kind of name is that?) was always so judgmental and rude during our interactions regarding job placement. Oh, and the pay is extremely bad. So I guess the bottom line is, Accustaff is a failure when it comes to doing as they should. Please stay away and save yourself the stress.
