Clean place. But very unprofessional. Instead of the girl saying she didnt want to do hair she ask me to come back at 6:30 and I came back and all of a sudden simthing came up. I wasted my time 😒 but its cool il take my money and time else where. I mean you could have been straight up and just said I dint feel like it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I havent had my hair done there YET, but my grandsons had their hair cut there and I loved everything about it. I will definitely be using them for future cuts. Very professional and clean.

I am white and my friend had reccomended this place for me. I was pleased with my haircut, but my friend was over charged 5.00$ even though he was 16 . On top of that he didnt even get the haircut he desired and when he told the person cutting his hair he needed change he replied It was 20$ even though he came out looking worse than before . this place is a great place, but the person who should be held responsible is Derrick the one who cut his hair

I believe the guy that cut my hair never cut a white guy hair before, it is completely uneven in all areas and the fade is messed up as you can see lines where he tried to fade it. I got the top cut and he use trimmers instead of scissors and it’s long on top. It was so messed up I just shaved my head off

I came cause the great reviews. I described exactly what i wanted knowing what i want and it was executed completely different, not what i wanted at all. My barber was friendly and everyone seemed cool but by the time he asked if i liked it, there wasnt enough hair left to correct it. My barber might not be used to working on all hair textures given Im white. Not sure.

Very clean, professional, and everyone there is really friendly! I was greeted soon as I walked through the door. I loved the environment. KeKe is such a sweetie!! She is very efficient with her work getting you in and out! No long waiting and she makes sure you are in love with your hair before you leave. I am def going to be a longtime customer.

I came to this place for my son’s haircut. We usually go on base. Since my husband is overseas, I wanted to try this place out because it’s closer to the house(and the great reviews played a major part, also). I explained to the older barber Elton how I wanted his hair cut(a low fade; keep it dark on top). My son left there almost bald. During the cut, my son was complaining how rough the gentleman was cutting his hair. I asked him to stop so my son could calm down. Do you know the hairstylist and the other barbers laughed? They made comments saying they couldn’t understand why my son was upset... My son is considered special needs. After experiencing this horrific incident, I decided to NEVER go back to this establishment. It’s weird that this place have such good reviews but I experienced the complete opposite.

My son just had his second appointment at Cutology today and his barber was Steven. He was looking for a new barber since moving to Albany for college. I have been so impressed with the environment and the professionalism. It did not take long for his appointment and he was very pleased with his cut! Cytology definitely has s new customer.

Keylo did me and my daughter hair today and she did awesome .She was professional and got us out in a timely manner. We will definitely be back. We love our hair by the way ☺

My Experience was awesome my hair stylist was very friendly and attentive to my needs. The entire Staff was great, friendly and make you feel at home. My Stylist Zakeah is awesome at what she do my hair was super gorgeous, neat, and she take the time to make sure her job is right, that’s what I love... taking her time and not rushing. I will definitely be coming back as a regular client. And I got the “messy bob locs” And it was 🔥🔥🔥 when she finished. If i could give 0 stars I would, me and my husband came here because he needed a cut and this place had the best reviews, i showed the guy the picture of the cut my husband wanted but I told him to do his fade lower, my husband walked out of there with almost no hair, wherever we go they usually just trim the top with scissors but he went on to use the clipper on top of his head too, i tried to stop him but he had already got one side and looked very uneven, i could see my husband was unsatisfied with the work and he later told me there was a girl who was sitting across from him laughing at the situation im not sure if she was part of the staff too, also the guy doing the cut seemed to have an attitude when he could tell we werent satisfied. Needless to say we are not coming back, seems they only do good work for people of color.
