The area and community that live here are quite pleasant but the management leaves quite a lot to be desired. I have not only never had a timely response to any maintenance issues since moving in approximately 7 months ago but some concerns I have submitted requests over have yet to be addressed. The shirked issues range from minor to quite major. I have been incredibly unsatisfied thus far. It is difficult to even find management to be in their office during business hours often and their rate of answering calls is pretty low and their messages remain full always. I get told frequently that someone will be sent over the day of any contact I make and then they never show up day after day. It’s concerning that they let issues slide that they are aware will cause damage to their apartments even after I’ve made sure to inform them that this is the case. I am past the point of wishing to deal directly with management any longer and am now leaving this review to warn anyone interested in this place of potential woes and am trying now to reach the supervisor of these properties.

My friend lives there and they have major repairs needed. His door was actually installed upside down. lol. Furthermore, when it rains heavily, its like a freakin lake to drive up in the parking lot. Be sure to do your homework before renting one of these units!!

I came to visit my sister Leslie for Easter and absolutely love the community she resides in. I loved it so much it makes me want to move there myself. 👍🏾

Move here last year. I really love it here nice and quite. And the people here are very professional.

Very nice apartments

Moved here May of 2018 in the midst of changing ownership. From day one, they’ve been very attentive to my concerns and have always fixed any issues that would arise.

Apartment manager is arrogant and rude and the apartment is old and dirty
