I was in need of an apartment and was put in Mrs. Easter’s path by God. I truly love my apartment. The country setting, serene atmosphere. I knew that this is where I wanted to live when I scouted the area. I can’t thank Mrs. Easter enough. Not only is she professional but she also shows concern about the property and the well being of the residents. As for her staff, I must give them credit as well. They are all so courteous and have been getting all my work orders (very few) done promptly and perfectly.I would recommend these apartments to anyone who would like to have peace and take pride in where they live. Not have to worry about all the nonsense…first and far most it’s not going to happen here. Mrs. Easter isn’t having it!! I love my place and they know it.Mrs. Easter continue to keep doing what you do. Your Good Works Are Not Unnoticed & Thank You For All You Do!🥰

Been living here going on 2 months now. The property manager is awesome and the rest of the stuff is friendly. The apartment that I’m in isn’t entirely renovated like the property manager wanted to do but with the time frame that I needed an apartment the apartment is in great condition new carpet, new paint on the walls, and stainless steel appliances. Found a few issues with the apartment when I first moved in but the staff and the property manager was quick to fix the issues within the apartment. Great place to live nice quiet friendly staff and according to the property manager more changes are yet to come. I would definitely recommend country Place for a place to live.

RUDE new property manager .GREAT neighborhood, clean, kid friendly, newly renovated homes and Newly renovated pool .When maintenance does come dont expect your door to be locked after or if furniture was moved to fix what needed to be done in you apartment, dont expect things to be moved back in place .The people who have been here over 2 years miss our OLD property manager ! I love Country Place Apartments. I like the staff. The maintenance guys are knowledgeable in repairing issues if you ever have them. I really love Ms. Jamie!!! She really goes above and beyond for the tenants! She is the best! ♥️

I love the property and its staffs customer service! They were able to assist me with my needs and get everything handled at a timely manner while being COVID-19 precautions! The unit is perfect and I am loving the new renovations!

Loving the renovations! Also very impressed with how quickly things are going. The new owners have really turned this place around. Everything looks SO much better already. The office people are very sweet as well. My kids love it here too so that’s a big plus.

If you are looking for a quiet and nice place to stay, I highly recommend Country Place Apartments. I am loving the new renovation and the grounds are well kept. The new management team are awesome and I feel safe living there!

I have been living at Country Place for 8 years and it is a good place to live. Yes, we do have new owners so there have been changes, and in a good way. Ms. Jamie is a good property manager, a Christian woman. You can talk to her about anything, whether about the apartment or just personal and she will help you out in any way that she can; even will pray with you. That Watford guy is evil to say such mean things about Ms. Jamie. That lady has a boss like every other property manager has and no property manager can make a decision without the people over them. The new people have only owned our property for a few months, and have come in and change this place around, so that guy must be bitter. He’s talking about stuff that happened when they WERE NOT the owners! There is no mold in the pool! ALL LIES! You must just owe these people and don’t want to pay up! Anyone who meets Ms. Jamie will love her, even the new owners. Those people have turned this place around. The old owners made blank promises and did not come through. This place was supposed to be gated two years ago under the old owners and it never happened. The pool did not open this past season but was Covid not here? The year prior, under the old ownership, they did open. Y’all bitter, prejudice people need to just move on and stop all of the lies. Country Place is a good place to stay. I had my sister look at this place and she loves it. Then she calls me about the reviews from this Watford guy and it is sad that you want to sabotage these people because of your prejudice. This man has done several reviews so it’s clear that he’s either bitter or jealous. Move on guy! Remember, there is a God who sits high and looks low and vengeance is His. You will be judged. May He have mercy on you! Ms. Jamie, keep doing good and helping people! God got you. Thank you for the things that you have done for me. Me and my daughter is very appreciative....

I love Country Place Apartments. My boyfriend lives out here. I actually referred my sister out here and she loves it. They are really doing good with the new updates of the property. This is the second time that my boyfriend has lived out here. JaJa, you are so wrong what you said about Ms. Jamie because she is the nicest person that you can meet. Crazy thing is that I know exactly who you are by looking at the date of your review. My boyfriend actually live right across from where you stayed. I actually saw the sheriff and Ms. Jamie at your door the day that you were put out and they were changing the locks....you obviously didnt pay your bills :). Thats usually what happens. Plus, I complained on you once because I had just gotten home from work and you and your boyfriend was fighting....and this has happened several times. I sent the courtesy officer to your unit to keep from actually calling the police on you. The older guy below you thought that the boy was going to hurt you because he stopped me when I was going in the house from work. I listened to the screaming for awhile and then I called the courtesy officer to check on you. Obviously it wasnt so bad because I saw him there again a few days later....but, you definitely was wrong about Ms. Jamie. Everyone out there loves her! I love Ms. Jamie...even when Mr. Peter was here, Ms. Jamie has always been the nicest person. One month, she even helped my sister pay her rent because she was short and didnt have it. Country Place is a very nice place to live...we do miss Zack though, the old maintenance man because he was pretty cool. I hate that he left, but the new ones are ok as well.

Thank you to the NEW owners for making Country Place an amazing place to live again! Witnessing the transformation in just a short period of time has been truly amazing. Kudos!

I’ve only been here for a year and I must say I enjoyed my stay. Ms. Jamie is the best hands down! Anything I needed fix they was always there!

Since the purchase by the new owners the place has really been turned around! I’m excited to see what’s in store for the future! Love the management!

When I first moved in my apartment was not up to date the carpet was worn out i asked for new carpet i was told no my stove didnt work they did not bring a new one then so called fixed it but it was still a mess the floor was coming up my son would pick the tiles up and put them in his mouth the ceiling was chipping the knob in the shower wouldn’t turn off my water then when i told them about it they came acting like they was about to fix it but had me and my son there for a week without water I constantly called and sent emails no one bothered to come turn it back on till that next day...This is by far the worst place i ever lived in my life they want you to pay but dont want to fix anything the office lady Jamie is unprofessional my apartment was falling apart slowly and i wasnt even there a year then when I decided to leave they changed the locks and did not want to let me get my things out i had to do a lot of calling around just to find out that its up to Jamie or the owners to let me get my things and they didnt want me to let me get it so save your money and find something better and worth paying for cause COUNTRY PLACE AINT IT !!!

Worst place to live. Very unprofessional and money hungry owner. They will be nice untill they get you in. Once you get in the halfway remodeled apartments that have many problems, youll find out that the maintenance men that are just family members of the owner and office manager are very lazy and only halfway fix things. If something falls apart they will blame you and try to make you pay for it. They dont have any way to keep up with work orders so if you are dumb enough to move in and have problems, definitely sue.

Country Place was a good place to live far as it being quiet, but that is the only pro to living here. I lived here for one year. When I moved in the blinds were broken, I reported it numerous of times, but they never fixed them. There was a nail sticking up out my floor that I kept reporting. I kept hearing noises inside my fireplace, they never inspected it. The shelves in my freezer were rusty, and the shelves in my refrigerator was hanging up with duct tape. They are constantly going up on rent and those apartments are run down. Theres mildew all in the tub, its ridiculous. Upon me moving out, I cleaned my apartment from top to bottom. There were no holes or stains on the wall, the carpet wasnt stained or anything. They kept my whole deposit, due to them finding something wrong. They charged me for the blinds that was already broken prior to moving in. I called and complained, the landlord told me we would look over the pictures they took of my apartment together after their cameras returned from Atlanta. They never called me, because he knew there was absolutely nothing wrong with my apartment. Do NOT move here, theyre all about money and not actually taking care of their tenants. Not to mention, their maintenance men stole money off my fireplace. I reported it and they did absolutely nothing about it.

Country Place has turned into a horrible place to live! Lived here for 8 years and was pleased until the new owners took over. High employee turnover, poor service, rude and dishonest staff! Left our apartment in immaculate condition and did not receive my security deposit back. I was told by a staff member who felt bad that nobody gets their deposit back. Do NOT move here!

Wasnt to happy about this place they take you to courth 2 days after rent was due.. over 300$ that the manger hasnt even givin a chance for us to pay got a.job working with them cleaning apartments out an they fired me because I wasnt painting how the other inexperienced people was painting a guy laid his hands on me walked away an they fired me.. I dont recommend living here if you want to be f*** over on the long run an they dont give you time to find another job so you can pay your rent dislikes this place

Do not move here! ever since this place came under new management, its turned into the ghetto. Mal lugar!

This place is so getto now ...unprofessional at its finest do not move here men walking round listening to trap music working on the place ..stalkers on the balcony it was better than this a year ago.

Probably one of the worst places I have ever lived. Cops will get called on you for no reason and the complex will do absolutely nothing about it. Also, management is rude and childish. I will not be renewing my lease here!
