We were here in Alamosa for the 40th Annual Early Iron Festival with our ‘67 Nova.We had just stopped in Monte Vista during the Poker Run and the starter on the car quit on us. We tried everything we could and couldn’t get the car to start as the starter wouldn’t engage.We called AAA and Keith arrived. Keith was so very nice and very professional. He took extra care of our Nova while putting it on the tow flat bed.Keith and I had great conversations while he was towing my Nova. Keith is such a nice person!!! He even checked on me a short time later after he got us to our house safely, to make sure I was able to get the Nova on the trailer.

I do not have enough words for the praise Keith and Nikki deserve! They saved our bacon, towing our truck and camper 50 miles; they were kind, reassuring, precise and professional. Could not recommend highly enough. Great service, better people and they have my humblest gratitude.

My truck broke down on my first trip through the Colorado mountains. I was towing a 24 ft travel trailer, and found these guys through my roadside assistance. The driver was able to take both my truck and trailer 50 miles to Alamosa. The driver was safe, polite, and reassuring. He got me to an auto shop and made sure the trailer and truck were parked safely and out of the way. I am so grateful he was able to help me.

Driving from New Mexico, my truck broke down towing another vehicle outside Alamosa on a Friday night. Called and talked to the owner who was friendly and helpful. Keith showed up pretty quick and towed my truck plus the trailer and the vehicle on it. Super nice guy, who gave me suggestions on motels too. He took a lot of the stress out of the night. Dude is a saint.

I have used this towing service via my car insurance for both a complicated towing and refuel. I was literally stuck on Wild Horse Mesa and the tow driver literally had to back up the rocky road to get me out! Driver was so nice, respectful of a newby in this area etc. I offered him a gift of a healing crystal. Such a great company. The dispatch was also very kind and helpful.

I was passing through the area on my way to an Airbnb reservation when my serpentine belt shredded on 285. This company saved my entire weekend and certainly saved my wallet as well. With only 30 minutes before local shops closed for the weekend, AAA told me it would be a 80 minute wait, but Keith showed up within 15 minutes. This made all the difference for my travels. Keith was able to get me to the mechanic just in time, and his genuinely friendly persona helped me feel at ease during a burgeoning crisis. I can’t emphasize how great Keith is. He made sure I was safe and able to get a ride to the mechanic. When I thought all hope was lost, Keith saved everything. I’ve dealt with several tow companies over the years, but this was my best experience and thanks to Keith it was also managed to be the least stressful.

Breaking down hundreds of miles from home on vacation is frightening. We were kinda in nomads land. I called AAA but as anyone that has used them it is hit or miss whether youll get the help you need. After numerous calls and 3 hours after the first call they told me someone was coming. Well as soon as the yellow truck showed up and Keith stepped out I knew we were in good hands. He was so personable and caring reassured my wife and I that we were with the right company Laytons. He even had his daughter riding shotgun!! He hooked us up and away we went the 40 miles to Alamosa where we could get the truck fixed. He dropped the truck off then took my wife and I to our hotel on the other side of town. I cant say enough about Keith or Laytons Towing, they are superb!!!!

We hit a deer about 30 miles out of Alamosa on 6/28/2020. It was a Sunday and around 5:00pm. He was there within 40 minutes and had us loaded and gone very quickly. The driver was very polite and helpful. He stopped and let us use the restroom and patiently lowered our car and waited for us to unload our possessions at our hotel in Alamosa. These guys rock i live 7 mi off road and they came to my rescue after a 18 to 20 inch snow fall when i drove my truck off the road into the ditch not only did they make it to my location but after they were done getting me out of my jam they insisted on following me the rest of the 1000 foot clim to my house to make sure i made it home. The owner of this row sevice personally came out and RESCUD me.he saved my life.And if that was not enough he charged me the lowest price for off road sevicei have ever been charged

Two friends and I were on a road trip from California when our car started making weird noises and we decided to pull over for good. It was a rural area and dark by the time she showed up, but Heather was super nice over the phone, arrived quicker than the AAA estimate, and her truck had room for all of us! On the long drive to town we had great conversation with her and her nephew about life in Alamosa and funny stories about the animals on their property. Heather turned out to be a super cool person. After dropping the car off, she drove us back to our motel across town with our luggage! Truly outstanding service.

I called for a lock out, someone responded right away. It took him literally seconds to open the door, without prying on the door or anything (he used a rod down the window seem). That being said it was $50 for the service, which i think is reasonable, even though it took seconds. I understand that this service is almost priceless really...

They really helped us when our car slid off the road in the mountains and got stuck in the snow. I will for sure call them again if I need anything in the future. They were fast and fair.

Absolutely the best service you can get. No one would take our call for 4-5 hours out. Laytons drove 60-80 miles out of their route to help, and took us even farther than expected. Hopefully this doesnt happen again, but I will only call them for help in the area from now on. Thank You sooooooo much. You guys rock!!!!

Great towing company with a very helpful driver named roger. Me and my friends got stuck in the middle of Colorado on our roadtrip across country from New Jersey. The tow truck picked up the truck in less than an hour and personally arranged all our car service and had us back on the road in less than 24 hours with a new radiator. All in all extremely helpful and kind people.

These guys are crooked. They towed my camper which was full of all of my personal belongings. When I was able to retrieve the camper from their yard all of my things had been stolen. They stole not just everything I owned but also my childs belongings. TERRIBLE PEOPLE!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They were poor at communicating and said they would come in an hour and half which turned into over 3 hours. Then later they were delayed again. We were in a time crunch to get a rental car and saying We had something else to do is unacceptable. Choose any other towing company

I had a truck stuck deep in the mud in the middle of nowhere. I called early in the morning they answered the phone on the second ring. He was on another call and said it would be 3-4 hours but called back in an hour and a half ready to help me out. He got me pulled out in no time. Would highly recommend to anyone anytime.

Needed a tow from Crestone, Colorado to Colorado Springs late on a Sunday evening. Roger and Heather picked us up and make a stressful day a lot better. They are kind people who know a lot about the regions. We were in good hands.

They really went above and beyond giving us a tow when nobody else in the area would, letting us bring our dog and providing friendly, intriguing conversation to boot. We arrived home safely and in good spirits despite the unfortunate circumstances.
