Robert is definitely one of the good guys, he was very honest, polite and knowledgeable. I am extremely thankful for the help and quick service they provided!I really want to express how thankful I am for the honesty and promptness of my experience. I knew enough about the engine to know that everything Robert explained to me was accurate and correct. In an area and situation where someone could have easily been lied to or taken advantage of, these guys did the right thing from beginning to end and provided superior service!I called these guys when I was at a campground with a vehicle that would turn over, but not start. I talked with Robert, who asked me a few questions about what the vehicle was doing. He told me what would probably need to be fixed over the phone, but still wanted to diagnose it. Robert then came out to where I was and diagnosed the vehicle and he was correct in his initial assumption. He showed me what was wrong, then explained what and why the vehicle wasnt starting. He was able to get parts in quickly and once the parts were in, he came out and replaced the parts and it started right up.Thank you so much for the great service!

We were in a bad spot when our truck broke down and had to be towed while we were dry camping with limited resources. We called about 6 places and Joeys was ready and willing to help first by hauling our fifth wheel and our family of four and a dog stuffed in the back of the truck for 3 hours to our next destination while waiting for the truck to be fixed. Super friendly guys made it an enjoyable trip and we are so appreciative of their willingness to go above and beyond for us!

Needed a tow out of my mountain valley. I informed them that my bus was in a mountain valley before we took off, but as soon as we got to the point where it started descending into the valley it was all of a sudden $500 more or paying for 2 hours of service that didn’t even get the job done. Total act to milk a customer. I don’t think their tow had an air compressor either because they drilled a bolts into the slack adjusters instead of simply connecting an air line into the reservoir. I just think its safer and more efficient to simply connect into the air reservoir. We finally get to the destination and the dude couldn’t even back my bus closer to the fence line. It was just constant whining and i ended up paying more for less.

These guys are rockstars! I had a driver spring a coolant leak on the road, and they were there in an hour and got him fixed up and rolling in no time. Thanks guys.

Good guys, they did a quick repair to wheel hub, did it quick and excellent job, friendly bunch, would recommend.

Joey was prompt, and seemed very interested in our issues. He was fast and honest, did the best he could in a short amount of time. I would def recommend Joeys for any mechanical issues with your RV or vehicle. I look forward to using him again while passing by in the future.

My radiator cracked on Labor Day as I left town towing my trailer. Robert got me in right away and had a new radiator installed in under three hours. Being from out of town, I was impressed by the service, speed, and value. I can’t say thank you enough!

We were passing through Alamosa when I discovered a broken spring on my RV. Joey couldnt find a new spring so he searched around town and found a used one. I felt he went overboard in getting us back on the road. Highly recommend these guys.

About 40 miles north of Alamosa, our Motorcoach broke down. Called Joey as recommended by Alamosa KOA, he responded right away and towed it to his shop. Fixed it first thing in the morning for us with reasonable repair cost. We are on our way by 11am. Thanks so much for your professionalism!

We broke down on our way to Gallup NM. The guys were very helpful in letting us know time wise as to when we might be on the road again and as well as honest about the repairs. Moses even made sure we got to the shop by following us even though he could have just returned home

When town and country didnt help and tried to scam us out of thousands, Joeys team came right out, got right to work, and helped our family. They gave us right information, minimal prices, and got our vehicle up and running no time. I cant say enough great things about this place. Thank you Joeys!!!!

June 2015 - First off, I never write reviews.. Thats how impressed we were. Was having some trouble with our new (to us) motorhome on our way to the Great Sand Dunes. Was nervous about attempting the mountain pass on 160. Called on a Sunday expecting no answer. Instead, I get to talk to Moses who is very knowledgable and helpful making several suggestions and willing to help me troubleshoot. We make it to town that evening (only because of his help over the phone) and had another issue come up. Moses suggests we bring it by or he can come to us. We bring it by and he has us fixed up for a fraction of what I expected to pay, in a short few hours. Long story short, having been screwed over by many shops, this family owned business was a breath of fresh air. These are genuinely good people with an obvious integrity in the way they run their business. Not to mention, they love what they do and have a thorough understanding of their trade. On top of this, they were willing to go the extra mile and show me a few things I wouldnt have known to look for. Cant say enough great things.

On Sept. 19th our driver broke down, we called Joeys service and asked for their assistance. They have repaired our truck and claimed that all parts are available in their shop, but everything they have told us have been a lie. Truck had been in the shop for 9 days, charged my account for everything that is on the list even though they promised warranty etc. My truck drove for 300 miles after that it broke down again . So if you are in the area do not go to Joeys Diesel & Towing Services they are HORRIBLE !! RATING 0

These guys stand behind their work, period. I love in Alamosa and wouldnt take my rv anywhere else in the area! Moses went above and beyond to get it right, and have me a great deal too. This shop goes beyond customer service, they treat everyone like family! Im a customer for life!!!!!

Too much bs. Promises that are never kept, lies, and more lies. After getting my truck fixed I had to fix their jerry rigging job to go more than 35 mph. My truck now leaks oil like crazy. It goes through a quart a day. Before I went there it was going through a gallon every 10,000 miles. Way overcharged the bill! Stay far away from Joeys as possible!

Do not use these people, Moses Varges is a convicted felon, call the Alamosa Pd before you hire them! Joey is his little coffee girl and is part of the scam also. This is the same guy that helped cover up a murder and rammed his truck in to a police car. Do not give them your debt card, credit card or check either, they will sell the number and and bleed them dry!

They helped as much as they could.
