It was back in November 11, 2016 when my fiance needed his truck towed back to his home. Rick, the driver, was very courteous and polite. He arrived within the allotted time frame which he promised us he would be there. He even gave us a discount because my fiance is an Air Force Veteran. He was very quick getting our truck loaded up onto the bed of his truck. We were amazed what he has done for us and cant thank him enough for coming to our rescue. Rick made us feel very comfortable through out whole experience. I have recommended him to my friends and family.
Honest and helpful folks. They could have made money on me for a tow, instead they helped me out over the phone. Id call them if I needed help again in the area.
What a great company! They saved my stranded butt! They were so nice...the guy said he had a few people before me & would be there in about 45 mins. Then, he showed up 20 mins later! He was knowledgeable, friendly & professional.I highly recommend them for your towing needs!
Without question the worst and most unethical customer service experience Ive ever had.My car broke down and I was able to coast into a parking lot. When Colorado Towing finally showed up, a guy gets out of the truck, doesnt say hello, and begins our conversation by saying, You parked in a terrible spot. Those were the first words out of his mouth. He then tells me that I need to push my car to the other end of the lot and that he cant help because he has a bad back. I called some friends who happened to be in town. None of us live in Alamosa. What wouldve happened if I didnt have anyone to help me?I suggested he maneuver his truck in such a way to avoid us having to push the car into a different spot. He scoffed and told me it wasnt possible. Two minutes after I called my friends, he gets out of his truck and tells me, theyre not paying me to wait. AND THEN HE DRIVES OFF. I kid you not, he got back into his truck and drove away, effectively stranding me 4 hours from home. How cowardly and unethical can a business be? Colorado Towing in Alamosa sets the bar pretty high.
Helped in a pinch. Thanks.
