Neverr ever going here again. I just went to get acrylics done and he didn’t let me choose how long I wanted them he also made them super super crooked and some ar bumpy and I’m fuming. I told him they were crooked then he tried fixing them and I even took the file and tried but he messed them up too bad.

Ive been using this salon for the past 4 years. Today was my worst experience ever. I will never return and I wish them much success.

I’ve been going here for the last 5 years but it seems like the quality has diminished. Don’t get me wrong, they are awesome people but now every time I get my nails done they are always crooked and they lift or chip within a week. This last time one chipped as soon as I left and another less than 2 days later. I didn’t bother calling because I decided that I would just find another salon with better quality. Also, the fact that I can make it clear multiple times that I want gel powder and they will STILL try to use acrylic as if you don’t know the difference. Like they’re trying to get over on you and still charge you for gel and act like they forgot when you call them out on it. I get the exact same thing EVERY SINGLE TIME and they would do this EVERY SINGLE TIME until they figured I had caught on to it. I would rather just take my business elsewhere. This review is just to make others aware. What they charge is not conducive to the quality.

Awesome customer service! The employees really make an effort to make sure that their customers are comfortable and happy with the results. They also offered complimentary tea.  I was also sitting in one of the relaxing massage chairs that made the experience even better! Both the staff did my nails really nice ladies who try to get to know their customers! Highly recommend Nail Vip!

My husband and I booked a double pedicure to enjoy together. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff who immediately showed us to our massage chairs and began on time. We would recommend Nail VIP.

Went to get a pedicure 3 days before my trip. Technician cut my heel so bad with the cheese grater I cannot put any weight on it. Just a short apology. No discount. Great!! Now I cannot walk and cannot get into ANY water while on my cruise.

Went in on Sunday to get my nails done (my only day off). They accepted me within seconds with a smile. Me not knowing that they were about to close in a minute. They closed the store with me in the salon getting my nails done. It was so peaceful. The lady took her time and talked to me About everything. My nails ended up looking prefect, after 40 min in the closed store. Will be coming back to this one!

Came in to get a refill on a set of nails I had gotten from somewhere else and Kevin was absolutely wonderful! He took the old, bulky set off and replaced them with a much nicer, lightweight set. For no extra charge! Kevin was fast and knowledgeable about what he was doing and didnt just care about slapping something on me to get me out the door. I will definitely be going back to see Kevin and his crew! You guys did an awesome job! Thank you for caring about your customers!

Nail VIP is awesome! Kevin is the best, my feet have never been so soft. They were friendly, but very professional. It was a great experience, especially since I dont really like getting my nails done because I feel like I need to generate a conversation out of thin air, but here I just felt relaxed. : )

First time coming here because I received a gift card . They seemed nice . The lady doing my pedicure didnt really say much but seemed to be doing a good job . I was happy with the French pedicure until the next day it already started to peel off two toes then the rest came off the next day. I normally can get a french pedicure and it will last at least 2 week. I couldnt go back because we left for vacation. So glad I just had to pay $5 dollars and then of course a tip. I would of been upset if I had paid $40 for it to just last one day. My daughter got hers done the exact same day at another salon that had kids chairs and it last throughout our week vacation.

Always enjoy getting my nails done. Kevin and Lilly do a great job and I am always pleased with my SNS.

This place is a godsend - time consuming- yes. but, totally worth it! The staff and owner are super friendly and they cater to what i want. I know this is important to a lot of people - no re-used equipment. I love the girls at Nail Vip!

I went for the first time with the girl I was babysitting and they were very nice. It was quiet and relaxing and the man made a lot of jokes. Our manicures are very clean looking and I was glad we came. It wasnt too terribly expensive either.

I moved to Alabaster, I tried several other nails salons, at this salon they are so nice and friendly, they never make you feel rushed. They take their time doing things right!

I decided to stop here after my nails needed some TLC from growing out with SNS on. I read reviews online and decided “why not?” give them a try. I can honestly say is this place is beyond any other nail salon I’ve been to (including the one I’ve recently been with for 10 years previous todays visit). From the moment I walked in I felt like I was a priority and that my service was important to them. My nail tech was amazing, and he was quick and precise when it came to little details. I will be getting my nails done here from now on. Customer service is superb, they finish in a timely manner, and they do an excellent job. I really recommend the SNS (plus they have tons to choose from!). 😁

A family member of mine went here to get her nails done. She liked her nails but she told me that when she looked at her bank account the next day that they took out a bigger tip then she had written out on the reciept. She left $5 but they took $10. Check your accounts after leaving that place. Apparently they take whatever they see fit out of YOUR bank account. No telling how many people they duo that too everyday.

I love Lele and Kevin. They are so nice and made me feel like I was at home. And Lele does my nails and I have never had my gel nails last so long. She pays attention to detail. I will drive the 20 minutes out of my way to go there. While passing plenty of nail salons to go there. I am so grateful for their kindness.

Great service! I tried the new SNS nails a week ago and few of my nails cracked. So, I called and spoke with Kevin(super sweet guy)and he told me they would fix it for me. I was immediately taken over and Lele did a fantastic job on my nails! I loved them even more this time!!! She really makes sure its done perfectly!

Very rushed nail job. Selected an SNS manicure. Older gentlemen that completed the work did an awful job. Nails are supposed to last 2+ weeks. Nails are cracking and lifting. Will never visit this salon again.

I love Kevin and Lele...my nails are always perfect and people ALWAYS want to know where I go. I can hold a genuine conversation with them and feel relaxed... and they will go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied, especially Kevin..hes such a seeet guy!

First time coming here and I was trying something new. The staff was nice and friendly, BUT I got my lips and eyes waxed and there was wax left on my shirt, in which she tried to clean with oil, which left (2) oil stains, and wax was on my shoes! Very messy indeed!

Horrible nail Job. The older gentlemen completed the job Friday, today is monday and I need a fill in. Nail polish brush strokes are horrible as well. I will not recommend this place.

Ive been waiting almost an hour with my nails soaking in a bowl. My friends nails look bad even AFTER showing the man a picture of the exact nails she wants. Also, I was one of the the first people here and now there are 3 people ahead of me.

Do not ever go here!!!!! I got sns here 4 days ago and it is already completely messed up!!! The top coat is chipping off and it’s cracking! Worst nail job I have ever had!!!

The lady who done my feet was lazy and put no effort in her job at all.The guy who runs the place was rude,and acted like he may be crazy. He done my nail,they look awful, he keep stopping to yell at his help,or get water,or try to serve other people, it took way to long. Please go somewhere else,this place is over priced and the service is AWFUL
