Yesterday my girlfriend recommended this salon to me. I had Lucy take care of me and I had powder nails, pedicure and my brows all done. Salon was steady the whole time I was there. Staff was friendly and I will return. If you are looking for a salon I recommend this place.

Ive recently started going here and I love it. Joann is my lady! Both my pedicure and powder nails are done by her. Her massages are impeccable on my legs, feet, arms, and hands. Highly recommended! Ask for Joann! Afterwards youre gonna want to give her your lifes savings!😂

**Update: Appreciate the owners reply! Now that I’m not so concerned about being embarrassed, looking at my nails I can honestly say they did a great job painting them. I mean really, really good. Kept the polish only on my nails. Not on my skin anywhere.The reviews raving on the cleanliness and the new space are correct. However I cannot agree with customer service. Short story is I didn’t get what I was asking for. Which could be my fault but I did say that I’ve not had my nails done in years and asked for help. The person that helped me seemed to be so inconvenienced by my question that it embarrassed me. I didn’t want to say anything else. I’ll try again because the other reviews are so positive. Also because I’m new to the area and need a new salon. If next time is not better I won’t be back.

Got a needed mani & pedi combo here this week. Staff did a good job and really took their time both on my mani & pedi. I really enjoyed the services very much and it was very relaxing. I also like the way they keep this place clean abd follow the Covid-19 protocol and requirements.

Jennifer is amazing! Love her anything I want her to do to my nails she does and more. She Does not over charge either.

What a great experience!

Went in a little after 1 around one was sat down to soak dip powder off was in soak for a hour before someone came to work on my nails.Went in to get manicure and brows done but left after getting nails done .I thought manicure was tending to cuticles and the nails not just dip removal trim and reapply dip.I believe I was charged tou h for what was done so I didnt even get my brows done.

This place is my go to!! I have always been so pleased. Even when there is a long wait they make sure to always keep you updated with the wait time and always have an explanation for you. If you do not like the work they have performed they never miss a chance to make it right. They are def. the best nail place around and I dont mind driving 30 minutes just to get to them!! they all do such great jobs, and it is family oriented. however I do recommend Andy!!!!

I had a horrible experience here I will not be back. I dont recommend them at all. I wanted a gel manicure. I sat down. He used nail clippers on me that were already used by the last customer. Then he proceeded to cut my cuticles down like he was angry about something that happened to him before I got there He cut my hands in multiple places and I was bleeding so badly that I decided to leave because he wouldnt have been able to paint on top of my bleeding cuticles anyway. Im not sure why he was angry but he needs to handle that. I dont remember his name.

The staff was kind and took every measure to make sure I felt happy with my services. I got a Mani/pedi. The neck and shoulder rub they give after a manicure puts them a step above other shops. They have a clean shop and make you feel like family.

I came to store first time 30 minutes before closing for pedicure and they were very polite. Ben did a great job messaging my poor feet and painting my toes. Furthermore, he was quiet and just let me relax. I plan to request him again.

Ive been going to this salon for years. It is the ONLY nail salon that I will ever go to again! They are awesome!!! They always do my nails perfectly! Not to mention the incredible eyebrow waxing. I went to this salon for the first time 2 months ago. The lady that did my pedicure clipped my skin twice, to the point where I jumped and yelped in pain. Well, today I thought Id give them a second chance only because its the closest place to my house. This time I had a different lady, even worse experience. She clipped my toe and it HURT. I tried to look at it immediately, and the tech kept trying to shove my foot in the water so that I wouldnt be able to see the blood. Yes, the BLOOD. After a couple attempts of her putting my foot in the water, I finally shoved her hand off my foot to look, and it was only then that she said sorry and put a cotton swab on it. I finished and quickly went to pay. The owner asked how everything was, and I told him what happened. His idea of making it right was to give me an extra punch on the frequent customer card and told me he would put me with a different tech next time. Umm, no need, I will not be back. I will make the drive to Nova Nails where I usually go and am not afraid of being injured.

This place was great. My son and daughter-in-law wanted to treat me to a mani pedi and Diamond was the only place open AND accepted us late. They treated us like nleveryine else and even offered waters and did an awesome job with our manicures and pedicures

When I arrived they ushered me back for my pedicure, one hour later I still havent had anyone come start my pedicure as I get up to leave they assured me they would get right with.After being there almost 2 hrs I finally get it done .No time left for a manicure not that I would have let them ! To top it off obnoxious chatty Cathy was sitting next to me. never again !

I like the work okay but...i asked for them to look natural.. the guy putd regular polish i told him i want gel he did it regular... then i am sitting here waiting for it to be corrected...i already waited 35 minutes for my feet...omg they need help...and to get it right

Really dissatisfied with the service. My eyebrows are half done. So is my lip. The job was not done thoroughly. I was charged a different price this time. Ive had my nails painted her before and they turned out horrible. I will not be back.

HORRIBLE service by Andy. He was very bellegerant and jumped in my face when I told him five of my nails were crooked. He rushed through my nails when they started getting busy. I was told one price and charged another. This looks like something a three year old has done.This is THE WORST nail job I have ever had done. Anna has always been wonderful to me, but Andy the owner was HORRIBLE. I will not patronize this place anymore.
