Valine, Henry, Tony, Helen and Kay have all done my dip nails, manicures and pedicures. They are all amazing at listening to your needs and very nice. If they don’t fully understand they ask each other for advice. The salon is always clean, the massage chairs work miracles, and the restrooms are immaculate.

Love the staff!! They are all so nice and very good at what they do! Not once have they cut my finger or cuticle like most other places seem to do. Always love my nails and they get it right the first time! wonderful prices and they get you in and out very quick.

My sns came out extremely bubbly and thick and they were filed way too short. My friend and I will not be coming back.

The lady did a mazing in my nails and feet I told her my feet were kind of sunburnt and she never once hurt my sunburnt and still did an amazing job on my toes and my nails are gorgeous too I have to say best trip here ever. Would definitely come back.

I only go to Diva Nails bc they never give me a reason to look for another salon. I love how the gel pedicures stay looking like they were freshly done for weeks.

I have been going here for several months and am usually pretty pleased. However, today sucked. The water under the acetone bowl was so hot I couldn’t even keep my fingers in it to soak. No big deal - I just took the bowl out and soaked away. However, my fingers sat in the bowl for almost 45 minutes. Usually, they only soak for 10-15. I noticed 2 clients walk in after me and were served before me (neither said anything about an appointment). I considered myself a “regular” and always tip well. I was so upset about this that I washed my hands and walked out. I won’t be going back anymore. Very disappointed.

Nice place and prices were good. Wish the water was warmer for pedicure. Did a beautiful job on my daughters nail. Wish they told you when nails were dry. It was a busy Saturday but they were very nice and didnt rush anyone out of the way just to serve more people. It was our first time here and we felt welcomed. Added this when I edited my review: It has been 6 days since my daughter and I went to Diva nails. My nails have done fine but the top coat of my daughters french nails began to crack on the second day and started chipping a day later. She has not done anything to cause it to crack or chip. I edited the stars from 4 to 3.

I recently moved back to Alabaster and needed a new nail place. I’ve been to Diva Nails for SNS twice in the past 2 months and both times I felt disappointed in their demeanor, quality of work, and how long it takes them to finish. Currently my nails are peeling, cracked & look lumpy. They use a gel top coat instead of the normal 5 minute dry top coat for SNS which is why my nails are peeling. I felt like an actual bother to the nail techs. I didn’t pay $45 for this. Never going back

Very unprofessional and didnt want to remove callouses or address an in-grown toenail. (Isnt this what a pedicure is???) Will NOT be going back as there are other places within less than a mile that will perform these tasks without the poor attitude and lack of professionalism.
