Manuel was a great help. Tonight finally pushed me to the point to leave a review; time after time Team towing has came through in a pinch no matter if I was stranded on the side of the road or locked my keys in the car. The help sent has consistently been friendly and helpful people and tonight was no exception. Many thanks to Manuel, I was waiting for hours thanks to AAA and this dude still helped me feel better.Solid company, keep hiring the good ones.

Staff was not all that hopeful when I got there to pick up the car my battery was dead they had no idea what had happened car was trashed and the place is a hot mess. However the younger girl that was working the counter when I came back the second time because they only take cash it was very nice helpful and sweet. If it wasnt for her it would have got a one star or a no start cuz she deserves both of the Stars

I called Saturday to have my sons motorcycle towed to the repair shop. I paid in advance. I had to cancel within literally 10 minutes. I was informed they do not give refunds, even though it does not state this on either receipt I got from them or was it mentioned by the dispatcher. I can understand keeping a portion, but the entire fee? Very unprofessional and unethical. I am furious, I am passing on the word...do NOT use this business. On top of keeping my money, the response to the complaint to the BBB was absolutely false.

Disclaimer: I have never used this company before, and I never will. I work in the same area these guys do and I have observed THE MOST RECKLESS DRIVING Ive ever seen from several different drivers/vehicles. From barreling down E Market St at well over 15 mph over the limit to cut me off, cruising straight through the turn only lane at the intersection of Arlington and Exchange causing several cars to swerve and brake, to backing out of their parking lot without looking and nearly running me over. These are easily the worst drivers on the roads in Akron. 100% serious you guys need to correct yourselves.

AAA sent us to Team Towing if Akron when we were out of town with a broke turbo and radiator. Charlie from Team was on it! He came super fast and loaded our 2004 powerstroke diesel onto the flatbed and was on his way to the shop with it. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Took a while to get there (not his fault) but after being side-swipped on the interstate (271) in the middle of the night, Manny came to the rescue. Very nice guy and Id recommend him. Bryan S. said he always does his best.. well let me tell you, he was phenomenal. One side of my gas tank had fallen and he worked it and got the car on the flat bed. He knew what he was doing. If there is a way to get them when I call AAA, Im doing it. Yes I recommend.

My third day at my new job and I get stuck in a huge snow drift that you couldnt see in the dark as I came around the back of the blimp hanger. Team Towing was the first tow company that popped up when I searched. Manuel got there within 30 minutes of my call. He was polite, professional, personable and helped make my morning a little brighter . My little Corolla was about 300 yards into a 12-14 drift. Manuel had the winch completely out and then attached anything he could to get my car out. A little over an hour later I was unstuck and able to get to work. Manuel was awesome. If I ever need another tow I will be calling Team Towing.

On an icy curve at 3:30 a.m. I went off the road.Called grandson couldnt get him to work. This company had a truck to me and back on the road in an hour. Kept my car from getting scratched up from the bushes I was headed for. The young man was very professional. He wrenched my car out like a pro. His main concern was that I was ok. I would recommend Team Towing for your needs. After having 2 other companies coming out and having them telling me that there was nothing they could do to help me. My car was stuck in the back yard aways from hard surface. Matt the the driver took his time in the freezing cold late at night and got my car unstuck. He was very professional. I hope his boss gives him praise for a job well done. If I ever have a need for a tow truck again I will be calling Team Towing. Thanks for helping me out.

So far this company is the only towing company that has actually come through for me. Had a ball joint break a little while ago and where every other company said 1hr + to get to me Team Towing was there in 15min and knew exactly how to move the car without causing further damage. Had a tire go flat about a week ago and it was the same story. My car needs a flatbed to be towed and everybody else is either broken down or an hour away. Team Towing, again, was there in 15 and had me home in no time. Their price is beyond fair.

Team towing did an awesome job. My car had a busted ball joint called another company first and sent them away. Called team towing and they took their time did the job right. The technician Casey was very professional and pleasant!

I had them tow my truck to my house they never called me I call them 2 hrs later to know my address didn’t pop up so they just parked it on the street and was very rude now I don’t know how to get my vehicle to my house they don’t deserve no start back company

We were stuck on the side of the highway, and they were the first towing company that came up with great reviews. However, with poor cellphone service, we had trouble finding additional companies to help us out. Although the tow truck came quick, they charged us over $600 for a 90 mile trip. Once we got home, we found an another company in the area who would have charged us around $300. Would not recommend due to the outrageous tow bill.

Today is a very cold and snowy day. My daughter goes to school at Akron University and I live two hours away. My daughter left her vehicle lights on, the doors were locked and the battery was dead. Her keys do not work the car locks and locks are electric and the hood latch is inside the vehicle. She could not get in her vehicle. I contacted TEAM Towing and they showed up in 20 minutes, unlocked and started her vehicle. My daughter advised the driver allowed her to sit inside his warm truck as he helped her out. Driver came out and said he had a scheduling conflict and didn’t have time to tow my vehicle! I thought thats what team towing does is tow vehicles! How could you not have time when you were called out to help me? I had to place another call and I waited over 5 hours for them to send me someone else!

Team towing saved the day again for us! they had helped us back in June 2019 when we had a truck stuck in a culvert in our driveway! Then they helped again recently by towing our dead Jeep to a garage and then carefully lowered the Jeep into the car bay without a bump! I had the WORST experience with this company. I called AAA for a tow and they sent Team Towing. In the process of my car being towed it was damaged. My back right light was busted, a dent and chipped paint and the back right door has a scratch and small dent. I was calm and patient when I called Monday and was told someone would be back to me in 24 hours. 2 days later the manager called and was so rude and disrespectful from the beginning. He told me he believed his driver over me then hung up on me.Ive already called AAA to leave a complaint and recommended they dont use this tow company anymore. Ive never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service before-- it was so bad I have to leave a review to warn people to NOT use them!! Save yourself a headache, this company does not deserve your hard earned money.

Took a very long time to arrive and worker was quite rude. They’ll get the job done but customer service was not their strong suit.

After calling about 10 different towing companies in/around Cleveland, Team Towing was the ONLY one able to come get us on a Sunday afternoon in Cleveland. I had my car towed from right outside the Cleveland Zoo to cuyahoga falls. Only waited about an hour for our driver to come once we first called the company, and our driver was so awesome! Manuel was very friendly and helpful. It was about 95 degrees outside yesterday and we were upset about the car breaking down, but Manuel made us feel comfortable and had us laughing the entire time we were in the tow truck with him. 10/10 recommend and will definitely call them in the future if we ever need a car towed!!

Used AAA and they contacted Team Towing to come tow my husbands truck. Because we were at a residence it took over 4 hours for Team Towing to pick us up. I understand that being at a residence most likely means your in a safe area and I expected to wait 2 hours or so, but 4 and a half was just downright ridiculous. The roads were completely clear so Im very confused as to how they were so backed up.If its ever my choice, I will never be using Team Towing in the future.

Really great service got there quick and pulled me out in no time at all. Manuel Realized that it was a Hazard to try to start me on the side of the highway. So he moved me to a safe location to get on my way.

From the first call to being on my way totaled 25 minutes. Their technician was fast and skilled. Automotive services are usually riddled with bad stories and this was not one of them.

My experience wAs very good. I was lucky to get the old school driver that I got. The tow was done through triple A.

A Huge Thank You again to Team TowingWe were moving from Nashua, NH to Sedalia, MOWe were towing two Honda Goldwings on a trailer when the hitch broke off in the middle of the highway and it is a busy highway. We were lucky that there were no injury’s and no damage to any vehicles including the bikes and my wife and son in the car following. Contacted AAA and they sent me Team Towing. I believe the employees name was Emanuel and he was absolutely a legend. My car broke down in a tough intersection and he had the car on the truck and on the way to the shop in 10 minutes. I received multiple calls giving me and ETA and he was there on time and very professional while doing his work. He was very careful with my car i was very appreciative of that. Called them and had to wait 4 hours and then call a 2nd towing company to take us home. The next day we needed to move the car from our house to a mechanics shop so we called them, waited 4 hours and then they had no record of us calling them. In short absolute garbage service two days in a row.

The battery service tech who came to replace the my car battery hooked it in backwards and did hundreds of dollars worth of damage. I cant even get through to a manager when I call. Incredibly shady.

Easily the worst tow company you can call. The drivers are fine and very nice. However, the people in the office have no business ever having a job. I waited 3 hours for a truck to come and never did. They told me it would be 30 minutes. I Decided I would walk to this place to see what was going on. I walked into the office and there were two girls within 3 feet of me and they never acknowledged my presence. Didnt even look at me. I was baffled. I decided to go outside around back where the trucks were to try to get someones attention, I finally did, and it turns out that they never had an order for my location. I finally convinced one of the drivers to help me and he did, thankfully. But if you call and talk to one of the ladies there, you will be making a huge mistake on the tow company you chose. The girls there are inconsiderate, rude, and dumb. They arent even nice on the phone. Worst experience I have ever had with an office. But the drivers were very helpful and they saved my day.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I called AAA to get a car towed from Stow, Ohio to Canfield, Ohio (roughly 43 miles), and was told it would be 50 miles from Stow to Canfield by AAA. The driver arrived in Stow and told me it would be 40 miles from Stow to Canfield which sounded great. Upon arrival in Canfield, we were told by the driver he drove 57 miles which was way above the miles even AAA gave us. We contacted Team Towing before the car was removed from the truck to discuss milage, and was told it was 57 miles in google maps, even though I had the exact locations/directions pulled up on google maps on my phone and it was 50 miles depending on the route taken. The company over charged me and told me I had to pay the 57 miles since that’s what google maps said and the driver could have gone through construction and detours which would make his trip longer from what he initially told us (40 miles, and the driver denied driving through construction and taking detours). They were not willing to listen that the milage they are forcing us to pay was way over the actual milage driven. I would not recommend this company for any towing unless you want to be severely overcharged. The driver was kind enough to apologize for this incident but this doesn’t change the fact that we were forced to overpay for a trip that was actually shorter.

Driver laziness lands my daughter with no sunroof. Back tire was off the vehicle and he towed the front wheel drive car backwards in nuetral running because he didnt wanna waste time and do it the right way with dollies🤔😂 What a joke of a company.

So my truck is missing after it was towed by them last night!!! They were supposed to drop it off at the shop I gave them an address for. No keys in the drop box and no truck. The manager is rude and she even hung up on me. She said they will do a drive by and that’s all they can do. I’ll see them in court.

They Showed up within the timeframe they said they would. When they came to the service was exceptional. The service tech took time to assure that my vehicle was Safe from scratches or dents. He took care of my car as if it was his.

I would rate them a 0 if I could. Their driver started swearing and throwing out profanities immediately. One of the most disrespectful people I have had the opportunity to deal with. We have multiple tow trucks come through here every day. When I talked to the manager on the phone she was just as bad. Now I understand the poor reviews. Good luck.

They were suppose to be here at 4:11, according to the text. Then I receive a call they will be here at 4:25. At 4:45 I call to see if there is an issue since they arent here yet. The woman on the phone tells me that they didnt have anyone to come out - and that the guy had to stop at the post office (I dont even know why that is relevant). I started to ask when they would be here - we get disconnected - I call back - she tells me that she returned the call back to the insurance company. I wasnt using insurance company so I said explained that to her - and she said oh, I sent it back to whoever scheduled it. I asked what that meant - it means they just decided not to meet their commitment - so I had to start from scratch. Luckily, the service company I work with was informed and got someone else assigned - and they told that the Team Towing & Service did not follow procedure - because of the way she did it at Team Towing - It was as if I just called in - so I went at the end of the wait list. WOW - that was so unkind and unprofessional. Will never use them again and I recommend you try someone else.

I have a 64’ El Camino and my driver Manuel made sure that he didn’t scratch my car and even used his own coat to protect it. Outstanding.

Their drivers drive recklessly everywhere. Just behind one for 10 mins and watch him cut off at least 3 cars in his big truck and nearly run at least two others off road. Was doing at least 85 mph on the highway weaving in and out like a small car. Whoever you were driving this truck, youre a tool and need fired. Never heard of this company before and I certainly wont be thinking of them if I ever need a tow.
