Having issues with getting packages delivered. There is a new employee that has been improperly trained. The apartment I live in has an overflow box for larger packages, problem is the carrier puts all packages in the box for different apartments and I saw that the key wasnt in the lock which meant another tenant had the key and had been collecting other peoples mail which is a felony and the carrier assisted. I have missed several packages, went to the post office and the clerk told me to open a P.O. Box, why should I pay for a package to go there when I SHOULD be able to receive it at my home for free? They just keep saying they will talk to the girl who now is now lying about the incident. I dont have extra money to buy stuff just for some to take or give away!

This post office is a horrid place. Every time Im here Im treated with disrespect. Theyre will be 8 people in line and someone will close there window. I waited today for 20 minutes and the line NEVER MOVED. Like whats the issue?

USPS NEEDS their own gov to HELP in 2021 to intervene after last president tried to circumvent their services. 634 W Exchange St, Akron, OH 44302 for USPS, THIS LOCATION in Akron has always delivered mail so Im giving a 4*.Yes mail & packages 📦 will get delayed & yes things will naturally get lost but for USPS to get back on track to their former honor, (and NOT just to control a election 🗳 but by natural process.) it needs a look again.So they need more carriers during Covid too as they feel vulnerable.And Im a little upset I gave USPS a package 📦 to deliver to FedEx to beat the normal mail delivery wait & its been missing for a month.Yet ill update this to 5* if they can fix their phone line services & also call back customers on their service requests.

Package was mailed on December 19, 2020 from High Point NC, guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. December 25th no package. On January 2, 2021, tracking information stated package arrive in Greensboro on December 21 and was in transit. There is about a 30 min. drive from Greensboro to High Point. I just received an email: On December 25th the package was in transit from NC. It is now at the Akron Distribution Center. It arrived there on January 18, 2021. I am still awaiting delivery. There needs to be an evaluation of how our PO is currently operating. No workers were off due to COVID; but there is NO EXCUSE for such poor service especially one that is run by the government.

The service is either very good or totally lousy. Depends on who youre dealing with. Usually I encounter lousy service. If the timing is right, and on occasion it is, then things are pleasant.

Very unhappy with the service. I was expecting a package delivered to my door to find out that the worker didn’t even bring it to said door but instead marked the package as “delivered” then I get a text later in the evening stating that my item is “ready for pickup”. I will ensure that NOTHING I order goes through them again. I will not waste my time waiting for something that I need to find out that nevermind you have to drive out and get it the next day.

1. TWO packages that were to be delivered to me for Christmas were NOT delivered. 2. not only were they not delivered, I didnt even receive a notice saying that there was a package waiting on me to pick up at the post office. 3. When I went to the post office to mail packages of my own, and asked if I had any on hold for me, I was told no. 4. I later found out there was a package there, and it got returned to sender. Thanks a lot for making my family waste their hard earned money. USPS needs to foot the bill to resend it and deliver it like they are suppose to!

Tried to call for a question to be answered. Cannot get to an actual person without going through hell with their voice prompts and them when I did finally have an option to talk to an actual person I was informed buy their automated system it would be 7 to 10 minutes. I was on hold for an hour and a half and still never got an answer. Worst service I have ever had and I didn’t even get to speak with a REAL human. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if it was an option.

Had to contact the office by phone due to a missing package. The individual who answered was very helpful in trying to track down my package, checking the delivery scan and calling the carrier to double check. The package has not yet been found, but I appreciate the professional manner with which my inquiry has been handled to this point.

Package got here at 7 PM on May 6th. Its still there at 11 AM May 7th. It shouldnt take 16 hours to move a package unless theres no workers there.

Started regularly going to this branch again about 6 months ago, but the unprofessional staff has made it too uncomfortable to continue. Every visit is a guilt trip.Fun backstory: ten years ago after a move, the P.O. marked ME as no longer at my new address, instead of the prior tenant. OK, mistakes happen. But the (previous?) workers here either couldnt figure out how to fix this or simply refused to do it, so I had to wait until this note on my address expired. A years worth of my bills, correspondence, and packages were returned to senders. Good times

Worst post office I have ever been to. They are no help for anything. I have had a package coming from Michigan that has said in transit to next facility for five days! This is a six hour car ride. If it wasnt lost then it should be here by now. Nevermind that informed delivery said it was on a truck for delivery on Saturday and it never showed up. Now they tell me I have to wait 30 days to file a lost package claim. Ridiculous.

IVE LIVED AT MY NEW ADDRESS FOR 2 MONTHS AND CANNOT SEEM TO GET MY MAIL STILL. I SPOKE WITH MY MAIL LADY WHO ACTS LIKE SHE COULD CARE LESS AND HAVE WENT TO THE OFFICE TO GET SAME FROM THEM. I HAVE BEEN TOLD REPEATEDLY THAT MY MAIL HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE SENDER N NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY OR FIX IT. I EVEN MAILED MYSELF A LETTER JUST TO SEE HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE OR IF ID EVEN GET IT N GUESS WHAT ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS N NOTHING. PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS I PUT A HOLD ON MY MAIL TRYING TO ENSURE I GET HOLIDAY MAIL.SO AFTER 10 DAYS I WENT TO THE P.O. TO GET MY MAIL N THEY HAD NO MAIL NOT EVEN JUNK MAIL. MY AUNT SENT MY KIDS GIFT CARDS FOR CHRISTMAS OTHERS SENT CARDS BUT THE POST OFFICE SAYS I HAVE NO MAIL SO WHERE IS IT!!! They could not find my package after I gave them my info a million times I’m tired of waiting on a call back just to say the same thing. ...I even went there just to hear we will call as soon as we find it my package has been there for 4 days and They said its my address,so if you have it call me so I can pick it up myself or I need to talk to a supervisor.Ps.... I know that their doing their jobs.😡🤬

Im trying to call them and no one answers the phone. It rings and rings then just hangs up. Oh good. It just got answered. Why hasnt my outgoing mail been picked up? Hes going to make sure it gets done today.

This was the post office where I witnessed one of the meanest employees I have ever seen. It was so uncomfortable here that I drove to other, out of the way locations instead, just to avoid the employees.

My mail keeps getting stolen so I asked all packages be held there. They were for a week and then they started coming to my house again. When I complain, they say they will talk to the driver. Doesnt work because the next time I get a package, they dont hold it like asked to.
