The gentleman (mngr) I dealt with was amazing he explained everything and walked me thru the process smoothly. The pricing was less than I expected so far for a 4 day lease. ABSOLUTELY the Best. I recently rented a car from here. Not only are they extremely Professional, definitely knowledgeable and friendly. BELIEVE when I say this but I am from Virginia beach and was going there for vacation this past June but also know about the aggressive drivers. I was so pleased with Chris was pleasant and definitely not pushy. Getting the extra insurance was not about the money. We truly witnessed several accidents there in Virginia. And no I am not one of their staff. Just a very pleased customer. Definitely coming back. THANKS again to your wonderful Employees. Please be Blessed 😎😁

I have to say this location is AMAZING! I was with out a car after my auto accident, it was a Sunday and I needed an SUV right away. I walked in and walked out in under 15 minutes with exactly what I needed. Will, Chris and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.SUV was top.of the line, sparking clean and was more than I could have asked for.Because of this location I was able to not miss a beat in my busy Mom life and had a clean safe brand new SUV until I picked up my new car. I give them 10 stars

Everyone was very nice. I reserved a mid-size car but when I went to pick it up they didnt have one,so he upgraded it to a SUV for the same price. Also I was late returning the vehicle by a few days and they only emailed me one time,no repeated calls,texts,or emails. I thought that was nice that they werent hounding me about returning it and let me enjoy my vacation.

I absolutely love Enterprise on Tallmadge Ave. A.J, Tyler, Isabella, and Will are the best. They make your rental service very easy and they are very understanding. I always use to go to the location on Turkeyfoot Lake Rd. But I must say I have found my favorite location. Thank you guys and gal for accommodating me.

FYI if you rent a car from enterprise and your chip doesnt work, they wont swipe it, type it or take cash. Also they will dump you at a bank miles away and leave you there

This was the worse experience I have had with Enterprise. The mini van was not a good choice to drive to Colorado. There was never a problem picking me up, I understand pandemic necessity. I hope if I have a chance to rent here again I hope they can actually help.

Hertz conveniently had a “power outage” on 12/24, didn’t inform any of their customers, and refused to let me get a rental at another location. I found Enterprise nearby and they got me a rental right away! The staff were polite and one helped me clear the snow off my personal car when I got back! I was impressed!

Car was rented out to me in 1/10 condition, vomit in between the seats, never sanitized. Stains everywhere. Then they had me sign something without explaining and ending up taking 25$ from me when I didn’t even drive the car because of how disgusting it is.

We have rented from the Talmadge enterprise twice and both experiences were great! They were friendly and very accommodating. Both times our car was ready and the process took less than ten minutes. Drop off was even quicker.

I originally had a reservation for 9am. I called the office to let them know that I would not be able to pick up the vehicle until after 10am and they changed the reservation for me. Upon my arrival around 10:15, I was told that my vehicle was not ready and offered a free upgrade. However; the vehicle that they offered me had just returned, so I had to wait for them to wash, vacuum and sterilize it. When the vehicle was ready the gas tank was below 1/4 tank. I was told that I could wait again for them to fill it up or bring it back on empty. Since I was already behind schedule, I chose the latter (even though I returned it above the 1/4 tank mark). The rental was not complete until 10:55.This was a standard rental car. After filling up the tank and adequately re-sterilizing the car due to the pandemic, everything seemed fine. However; as soon as I got on the turnpike, I noticed that everytime I set the cruise control it would turn automatically turn off after a few minutes and it continued to malfunction for the duration of the trip. This is especially dangerous when driving on the turnpike at 70 mph. I informed the customer service employee upon my return and he brushed it off as a new technology or sensor issue. I have rented hundreds of rental cars and always use the cruise control feature when driving long distance, but Ive never had this issue before. I will most likely never rent from here again unless its a dire emergency.

Got a good clean car, I have driven a lot of rental cars. Enterprise is always the best for a local experience. Had a issue with this rental with getting the points added to the rental and Mark the branch manager at the Tallmadge location just took care of it. That is what I like, they dont mess around they do what is needed to get you taken care of. Mistakes happen with every business you can count on this location to take care of it with no added hassles.

Enterprise has always served us well. The car worked for our travel needs. Due to Covid, our pick up location was changed. It was chaotic at the new location because there were lots of people picking up cars. A line should have been set up. I was served pretty fast but had to ask others if they had been served. Fuel was on empty for the first time in the years I have rented. Car return was very easy at my usual location.

Enterprise on Tallmadge Ave is no good we reserved a sedan for today my fiance called 10am this morning we went after work and they tried to give us a mini van instead so to reserve a car there is just worthless rushed there after work to not get what we reserved. Just not professional or customer oriented to me anyways..

The tallmadge location is excellent. Very fast, friendly and professional. Due to COVID-19 there are unavoidable circumstances so they don’t allow customers to go inside the facilities but they work quickly to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. I returned the car to Cape Coral Florida. They were fast, friendly and professional. Thank you Enterprise for making my experience a positive one!

Customer service was great when receiving the rental car after leaving Enterprise within 15 minutes a light came on the dashboard saying that the tire pressure was off I contacted Enterprise and the employee there basically told me that the sensor is probably messed up and that they will need to get it to the shop but to keep an eye on the tires and if they start leaking air bring the vehicle back... I was upset because I rented this vehicle for a full seven days during the seven days I had to check the tires multiple times everyday and I thought it was bad business because I shouldnt have to request another vehicle they should have offered to me to bring the vehicle back now and place me in a vehicle that I wouldnt have to inconvenience myself and check every day other than that the customer care there was decent I hope in future reference when anything goes wrong a car they offered to replace the vehicle so the burden wouldnt be on a customer to keep an eye on their vehicle while they are renting the vehicle

Very helpful, even when the mechanic repairing my car left me in a jam, and I ended up needing the car a few extra days. Clean car, except the one from Texas the ENTIRE car smelled like weed UN Smoked. But Enterprise people at my location did excellent.

For the past seven years I have rented a car from enterprise Rent-A-Car.Never had no issues with any of the cars except for the last one we rented this year in August.We had a loss in the family so I had to hurry up and make arrangements for the family to get down to Tennessee.We picked a Car up on Wednesday left first thing Thursday morning on our way down we start at feeling something biting us here the car is flea infested once we arrived to Tennessee I called the gentleman that took care of us at enterprise his name as Will.Right away he told me that he was going to call the nearest enterprise so we could get the car exchanged he was right on it we were able to get a A different vehicle to accommodate our needs Friday, morning called Will to inform him that we received a different vehicle .I could tell him was relieved, he told me that when we returned he was going to make sure he made this right for us, On Monday when we went to return the vehicle back Will came out right away apologizing and letting me know that he wanted to do whatever it took to make things right from us having to deal with the fleas getting bites my father was bitten really bad on his legs which, He’s is a diabetic and allergic to fleas. He legs swelled up so bad from the bites I had to take him to A urgent care while we were down in TennesseeAnd I felt that since the first part of our trip was miserable due to that, that I should only payhalf of what the actual rental cost was. With no hesitation will 100% agreed with me and not only did he take half off the bill but he ended up taking a little more than half saying he wanted to make sure We were happy and that way would want to come back and rent from them the next time we needed a rental. Also told me to keep them informed about my fathers legs.This is why I rated them a 5 stars, and I will definitely be recanted from them in the future.Thank you Will for taking such good care of me and my family .

We rented during COVID and had to wait a hour for our SCHEDULED rental and then had to spend more time cleaning it because it was not cleaned! Not very sanitary and in guidelines with COVID protocol! Very disappointed!

Every year I rent a minivan for a week - 10 days. I make my reservation in January for the summer. I come on a Friday afternoon, at noon, every single year. The first couple of years it was fine, however the last 5 years I’ve spent over an hour at this location trying to get the minivan on rental day, it’s insane. Not what I want to be doing when I’m getting ready to head out of town, is be sitting in the rental location for an hour, for a reservation I made months ahead of time, and confirmed the same week. It is NEVER ready (even though they call 1-2 times that week to confirm my reservation without fail). The one year it was at the oil change place and they tried to give me a standard car instead that wouldn’t have fit what I needed, so they had to call Firestone, confirm the oil change was being done and send 2 people to go get it. Other years it’s not been cleaned or ready, or there from another location yet. Last year they didn’t even bother pulling it into the cleaning bay until 15 minutes after I was there, and 3 of them were scrambling to clean it. Meanwhile the phone is ringing off the hook, people are walking in the lobby, it’s ridiculous and definitely not customer friendly or centric. I feel bad for the workers they literally run and scramble the whole time I’m there, but my time is valuable too. When I’ve mentioned they shrug it off like it’s no big deal that I sat there for the hour, and tell me it’s like this all the time. Really?! Maybe someone should fix it then. This year I’m going somewhere else.

The staff was friendly. The establishment was dirty. Should have been my clue. The rental car was a nice sound car but Im not sure anyone took the time to check out the inside between the last customer and lending it to me. Greasy fingerprints all over the displays. It took a lysol wipe or two anywhere Id be touching before I was comfy in it.

At first the people I was dealing with were great. They understood what I was going through and helped out alot. What I didnt like was being harassed by someone they had call me and make threats. The way this man spoke to me was unprofessional and very rude. Just because Im a female doesnt give you the right to disrespect me let alone be a bully and have me feeling like if you were standing infront of me you would have put your hands on me and most likely beaten me up. Then right after had the nerve to say I stole their vehicle. A family member went on numerous occasions to their store and was denied to make a payment for me. I was given an attitude over the phone when i called them. Thanks for making me feel like it was my fault for getting beat up and robbed. I so asked for it to happen. Really amazing customer service skills you have. NOT. No matter what kind of situation Im in I will never go to this place to rent a car again. Sorry but thats not how to treat people let alone act. I would rather pay someone else 50 a day for a car then you. I would pay 100 a day just so I wouldnt have to go to you again. Youre not even worth 1 star. Youre lucky to even get that cuz I wouldnt give you a fraction of one.

I have been renting with Enterprise for a while now and I have never had any issues. Every encounter has been great and service is top notch. This was my first time with this specific location. Initially service was ok. There was not a vehicle ready for me when I arrived and I called prior to coming to confirm that I would be there and I came over my lunch break. Never thought time would be an issue being that Ive rented at other locations before. When I get there I had to wait for the drivers to drive to another location to get the vehicle (more time) because there was not a vehicle ready for me. When I got into the 1st car there a strong smoke scent. At that point I needed to get back to work so I rolled down the windows and left. I work 15 minutes away. After being at work for 20 minutes I began to have breathing issues and long story short ended up going to urgent care because I had an asthma attack. I didnt even know I was that sensitive to cig smoke. I missed an entire half day at work which my supervisor was not fond of. Also, within the car there are 2 No Smoking signs. The customer service was bad. When called the guy (Chevron I believe his name is) in the store did not want to hear it and in mid sentence he placed the call on hold and didnt come back for a while. When called back Mary Ann apologized for his actions and stated that he does not know how to handle his emotions. She also apologized and stated that she cant control what other people do in the car (which is true) but shouldnt cars be cleaned out? I will take responsibility and say that I should have said something right away, but I was trying to get back to work. Mary Ann offered a 10% discount and no fill up on gas upon return. I also requested another vehicle to be dropped off to me because I refused to get back in that car. I got off at 5pm and was told someone would be to my job by 5pm. At 5:10pm I called the store and was told that the drivers just left. No call or anything. I got another car that was all stained and I took a video of it for proof. At this point I had a 10 hour drive ahead of me and the car did not smell like smoke. This was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had with Enterprise and I am disappointed. If I can help it I will NOT be returning to this location.

I came in right before closing on April 24th and needed to rent a car ASAP. I expected that I may not be able to get anything, but Christine & Marianne managed to get me into an amazing truck. I was truly in an emergency situation (Hertz wouldnt accept my debit card since i am under 25, ANNOYING). I dont know what I would have somebody without these ladies. Both were super nice, helpful, extremely knowledgeable! I will be visiting this Enterprise location again due to these ladies kindness. Thank you again ladies! Jillian

I give this place 0 stars. They were extremely rude, after being 30 min late for pick up, they refused service to me because of my card, the same card I have used many times before as a loyal customer of enterprise. I will never return to this enterprise. That is no way to run a business. I even reached out to them before coming and asked to be sure I had all I needed and still was treated poorly.

These type of places are ok, but, they play a few games that could leave you frustrated.Bait and switchCalled and reserved a specific type of vehicle. When I called back to verify that everything was ready to go they told me based on my payment method I couldnt get this type of vehicle. They did say I could have the vehicle directly below this one and it wouldnt be a problem.When I arrived not only did they do not have the vehicle I reserved but they tried to push a van on me. I didnt want a van, I didnt reserve a van and the van cost about 100 dollars more. They said they didnt have anything else.I asked for the district managers number and at that point, a different car was suddenly available.Insurance is just a charge up.They tried to push their insurance and said if anything happened this would protect us. They laid it on extra heavy. If a pebble hits you or someone else bumps you, without their insurance your doomedWe already have full coverage and AAA. They tried to sell this supplemental insurance until I just said, No!If they came across as sincere and if they didnt seem shady I still wouldnt want it cause we were already covered.No means no. Not maybe if I bug you enough.I believe a company is useful but the workers come off like cheap con artists.Heres the thingIll spend my money to have what I need and want. If they stop trying so hard to trick you out of cash they could get serious about making some real customers thatll spend there.So just be prepared.Also, Drive the car miles and miles and it did great.I loved being able to use their vehicle to complete my trip And the vehicle ran smooth and it was super clean.
