My salesperson, Jakob, got in touch with me as soon as I sent my indication of interest online for a used BMW M5. It was great to deal with him, he asked what my ETA was so he could have the car ready for me when I arrived (1.5 hour drive). They had a VIP tag on it with my name when I got there; everyone wants to see their name up in lights! Jakob had in depth knowledge of the vehicle and was able to explain the features and awesomeness of this car beautifully. I videod his extensive explanation of the control panel and car functionality to review later. Very pleased to work w Jakob as well as the finance guy, Erik Parkinson, who got me a good rate and helped me with the warranty ($ ouch!). The sales manager Michaelle Schondel was phenomenal! She made the process easy and stress free. From negotiating a great price to fixing a glitch AFTER the sale (which she didnt have to do) she was the best. Before working with Michaelle I had a few cars I was deciding between but I didnt feel comfortable AT ALL while negotiating with the other dealers. She was no nonsense, honest and very accommodating. Shes a true asset to this dealership.I test drove the BMW X7 and the Mercedes GLS before deciding on the Infiniti QX80. My Infiniti has a much more spacious feeling 3rd row (with power reclining seats my 6 yr old loves!), nicer interior options and Infiniti considered us girls when they built the front seats. I can raise it high enough to see the road - definitely better than the Mercedes or Range Rover. No matter where you live Id suggest traveling to this dealership to buy your car. Definitely talk to Michaelle. I wouldnt buy anywhere else.
From the moment we arrived we were treated as if we were family. From the young lady at the front desk to DJ(Sales Director) and Erik (Finance Manage) we couldn’t have been treated better. This was not a high pressure sales environment or dealership. They understood that we were in the market to purchase a car and were there to help us try and find one that met our needs. With the vey knowledgeable DJ answering my questions and providing the vehicle details and history we quickly found a beautiful 2 year old QX60 that met my price range and criteria. Their pricing is pretty much set. They set the price of the cars so that your getting a absolute fair deal and they are able to make a little money (which is what they’re in business to do). DJ printed the Kelly Blue Book value of my trade in as well as another sites estimate to show me the price I was getting was more than fair. All in all a very easy process. From the moment we drove on the lot to the time we agreed on the car, price and trade in probably took less than an hour. Then came time with Erik, the Finance Manger. We were doing a cash buy, no financing needed. Erik did offer us the tire and wheel insurance package and their service package (10 oil changes and Tire rotations). Both of these were priced right and something I knew I would take advantage of knowing that I keep my cars for a long time. He also priced a few used car extended warranty packages but I had elected not to purchase. With all of that said, it took another 2 hours to get through the paperwork to close the deal. It was not Erik’s fault at all. Computers and the number of systems he needs to deal with to ensure all the legal T’s are dotted and i’s are crossed just takes time. Bottom line, LOVED THIS PLACE and THE PEOPLE. We met the service manager also, and I can say we will be bringing our cars here for all of our service. I have dealt with a used car dealer for years in Cuyahoga Falls and actually had a car in mind from them before stopping in here. DJ and Erik made it a no brained to decide where I wa getting the best deal, service and people that want their customers to be happy for the long term not just to get a sale. I highly recommend Infiniti of Akron and will be returning and recommending them to our friends and fasmily.

My wife and I recently purchased a QX55. We had financed a specific rate through Infiniti. Early the next day Erik P. from finance called and said he was able to secure a lower interest rate. Glad he continued to work the financing after the purchase to seek a better rate for the consumer.

Make sure you get Eric Parkinson as your finance guy if I could I’d rate him 6 stars everyone here treated me with respect and didn’t hide anything from me. Bought a car from infinite of Akron. Totally disappointed with the customer service. The first day my breaks were pulsating took it back they checked it told me I needed to find a ride home. Don’t have a loaner car. Not only that somehow they had put in the wrong address for me so I never received what I needed to get my plates or make my payments Michelle in Finance wouldn’t return my calls. My tags had expired and Eric came to the rescue and helped me get my license plate. But still no loaner car. My friend said they wouldn’t give her a loaner either. This will be my first and last purchase from infinite of Akron.

Drove an hour just to look at a car that wouldn’t even start, car quoted for $6000 worth of work and none of it was done . Then proceeded to lowball me on car by $3000 market value . And then said the bank won’t finance without even making a reasonable offer
I would like to say that this place and the Group of individuals (Keith Zap, Michelle, Mike Lamtman, Eric Parkinson, Scott) that assisted me in my purchase is by far one of the best experiences i have had going to a dealership. Starting from the guy Keith Zap that texted me to come and stop in even though i was next door at the other dealership, great response time by the way...Then there was Michelle who assisted me right away within 2 minutes of me walking through the door.. Then there was Eric Parkinson whom walked over to me after a few minutes just to make sure i was being taken care of...I had no clue he was actually the Finance Guy. Then there was Mike Lamtman my sales agent he was very professional and personable at the same time. PARTSthe parts department is shady you ask for a right hand control arm and they send you a left and will not tack it back knowing they screwed up and sold you the wrong side will never use them agen
My experience with my Qx 60 was horrible. The vehicle would say 17 mi to empty but wouldnt start if I was on any type of incline. I would have to coast to level ground which was ridiculous. I went to trade it back in because it happened to me on 3 occasions each time it had different miles to empty, once it was 29 miles to empty. Added gas and still didnt start. Any way when I traded it in I wanted to upgrade to the QX 80 and just was not particularly happy with the deal that was worked out. I had to put more money down mind you I only had the 60 nine months and put somewhere between 3,000 and 5,000 down on it. I had to put another 5000 down for the 80, my pmt tripled because they carried over like 16,000 in negative equity. Just felt like a better deal should have been worked out because the vehicle was giving me issues that it should not have been. But I could have not agreed to the deal and kept the 60 but a special edition 2020 should not have been not starting when it still has miles to go til empty. I didnt care for how I was handled either. Although, they have me a free gas fill up and some type of interior protection to pacify me. Which did not because its a lease, that will only help them in the long run not me. So when this lease is up I likely wont lease from infiniti again.
The service is outstanding they dont try to sell you anythingvyou dont really need...the service tech Andy takes great care of my 2006 M35.. I trust his recommendations. I grew up around cars so I have some knowledge about cars.I highly recommend the quality of an Infiniti and then the service...They didnt even have to pay me for this review. It was my pleasure

Shopped for over 3 months on line. Seen what I wanted n made arrangements to test drive. Met with Desuman. Very nice professional n conducted himself in a way I felt comfortable. I wanted to test drive two used cars to compare. He was very accommodating. I selected a Toyota Highland ( which I had been looking for) there was no pressure to pick one of their own -Infinity used instead. Met with Logan n negotiate trade in n price. I had done my financing ahead. They mentioned they could see about financing through them; again no pressure. Called the next day set up the final sale for Sat. I would recommend! Very happy with the car, the deal n being treated with respect.

Great customer service here. Nate is awesome in the Service department. One great example was when it was raining outside and my wife was picking dropping me off to pick up my car after an oil change. Her low tire pressure light on her van that we had been using while the car was being serviced had just come on, and Nate had the tires filled back up to keep us from doing it at the gas station.
I had a really great experience working with Don Marmaduke (Duke)! I was actually headed to another dealership to purchase a similar car but decided to take a quick look at their inventory. I have only one suggestion with my experience at this dealership. Anytime I have ever purchased a car from a dealership, the gas tank would be full when I left the lot. I had to stop for gas half way home:( although it’s not a real problem, it makes for a really nice touch when driving home in a new vehicle.

Recently took my 2011 G37x for service on replacing front wheel bearings. Service manager Nate was fantastic and explained everything to me. Dropped the car off on a Friday morning and couldnt get all the parts day of (replaced rear brakes also) so I received a new Q50 for the weekend to accommodate me which was fantastic. I dont mind paying a little more at a dealership that knows the car and was purchased there to get it fixed right with quality Infiniti parts. Appreciate the great service and my G37x is back to life! Thanks to everyone at the dealer and I highly recommend them to all my friends.

I recently purchased a 2016 Audi A5 from Infiniti of Akron and it was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Mr David Shepherd and the rest of the staff were completely professional and very customer service oriented. They made certain that several minute scratches on the hood were repaired and made sure I was happy with my vehicle. I will definitely do business with them again!
Kyle in Service is a true asset to your company. If it wasnt for Kyle, I would not have had the service done to my vehicle at this location. I had just purchased the vehicle from Infiniti of Akron less than a week before I had to schedule the inspection and repair. I understand that I purchased a pre-owned vehicle, but the issue was pre-existing. Charles in Sales was great. The reason for my dissatisfaction is that when I test drove the vehicle, it seemed to me that the AC unit was making more noise than it should. When I brought this up to the gentleman that was in charge of my test drive, he replied that it was very hot that day, the vehicle had been sitting outside and that the vehicle has a large engine and a large AC fan unit so the noise was normal. It still seemed loud to me but I accepted his word and trusted his knowledge of the vehicle, after all, I was buying a pre-owned Infiniti from an Infiniti dealership. The following day I picked up a friend of mine, who also owns a QX80, and he asked what that noise was. I explained to him what the test drive employee had told me. He said his QX80 had never made that sound. I scheduled the inspection with Kyle and he very nicely told me that Infiniti would not cover the costs to replace the AC sensor. I told Kyle that I would never buy or spend another dollar at the dealership. He passed that along to the sales team and they simply told him that the vehicle was sold AS IS. I never received a phone call or any correspondence from anyone other than Kyle about the situation and at this point, I dont want to. In short, I received a $1000 lesson about not trusting the integrity of this dealership, and Infinity of Green has lost a customer over $1000.I called and Mr.Bystricky was in a meeting. I left a message for Mr. Bystricky over a week ago and I havent received a return phone call. If the dealership really wanted to speak with me, they have all of my information.

High pressure sales tactics...cornered me and wanted me to “call my wife right now” because allegedly the guy next to me wanted the same vehicle. 5 days later it’s still there...I’ve had 17 emails, 4 phone calls, and 11 text messages that I’ve tried to opt out of tons of times. It’s 2020 guys...I know what your car is worth and if your not willing to treat a customer well there’s 100 other places that will.

He was very thorough and made sure all of my questions were answered. Poor guy helped me transfer golf clubs, shoes, overnight bag, and multiple other items from my old car to the new one in the rain! Highly recommend!

Frank was honest through the entire process and made it clear he wanted to earn our business and also had his team deliver the car to us in Pittsburgh with a gift included. My 16 year old son left his parking brake on and burned up his brakes. They coasted into the lot and had to go over a curb to stop... brakes were completely dead. The wonderful staff rushed out, pushed the car into the shop. Long story short, Nate and Jason took great care of me and the car and ended up not even charging me for changing the brake fluid! Next car I buy will be coming from infinity of Akron!
