Our condo had some flooding, leaving small areas of our wood flooring and drywall ruined. Nick helped us understand the insurance claim process (wed never had to do a homeowner insurance loss claim and were *clueless*!). After successfully figuring that we would be covered, Nick and his colleague George came out and got straight to work. They were assuring, professional, and communicative. We felt wholly supported and certain that the job would be done quickly and professionally. We were always given information and updates when needed or requested. We got a clear sense of what was happening, what would happen, and how the process would resolve. Nick and George removed the affected flooring and laid out the plan for a contractor to replace and finalize the look. In the meantime, they were able to remediate the area without having to remove drywall, working their magic to ensure all was dry and secure by leaving industrial blowers and humidifiers in place for around 3 days. After checking to be sure all moisture was gone, they removed the machines and we finalized the paperwork. The whole time, we felt we were in good hands and are very grateful for Allen Restoration!

The most important things I look for in hiring tradesmen are professionalism and trustworthiness. With Allen Restoration both are absolute certainties. Whats even better is that you dont have to pay extra for these things with AR. In fact, they have always beaten all other quotes. Highly recommended!

This company ghosted my family after a horrible fire. Way to kick someone when they’re down. I do not recommend this company because they do not respond or complete their work.

We were very pleased with the work Allen Restoration did on our master bath shower. They replaced a shower pan with a great tile job. They also expertly removed mold from the shower as well. Stefan did an excellent job, very detail oriented and very easy to work with. George also is an expert and was super helpful. We would definitely recommend Allen Restoration. Thank you, The Flaskas.

Proceed with caution. My condo unit underwent some water damage in the middle of January, for which my property manager hired this restoration group to perform mitigation and repairs on the unit. They communicated terribly the entire time and then had the nerve after they received the mitigation payment, to tell me that they would not be able to start repairs on my unit for 3 to 4 months due to being booked up, after having already told me how long it would take to start and finish the repairs and that they would start work after getting the payment.

My skylight blew off in a storm. I contacted this company because they offer 24 hour service. They informed me that they were unable to come that evening to board up the window. They said that they would be there the following day between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. and they did not show up. They called at 11:00 and said I was there next appointment but did not show up until 5:00 that evening. When they arrived the contractor went on the roof and found that the skylight was still there he replaced the skylight using one screw to hold it in place. He then offered to come back to speak to the claims adjuster for my insurance. He also stated that he was going to give me an estimate for replacing the skylight as well as other work that I needed done He did not show up for the meeting with the claims adjuster. Nor did I receive any estimates I later received a bill for over $1,200. The bill was not itemized. I called the company with my concerns regarding the bill. They dropped the bill to $750. This bill was itemized however the charges were severely overpriced for 15 minutes of work. He literally picked up the skylight placed it back on the hole and put one screw in it to stabilize it. And my bill was $750. My skylight continued to leak as I waited for the estimate from him to replace it. Finally I decided to go with another company. Contacting and using this company was an expensive mistake.

Allen Restoration is an AMAZING company! My house was flooded with about 10 inches of water and they came right out and helped my house get right back in shape! 10 out of 10 recommend this company! Super fast and efficient!

Terrible!!! This is by far the worst company that I have worked with. Our home was hit by a storm recently and we called Allen Restoration to help us out. The did the work by boarding up a broken window, but the left behind a significant amount of glass and charged us with services that they didn’t even do...like clean up and carpet and padding removal. They also are not returning my call. They stole money from us! Never work with them!

I don’t usually make reviews but please stay as far away as you can from this company. You have been warned. They literally stole 600.30 from us and won’t answer our phone call and blocked my boyfriend because we are trying to get our money back. I really need this money since I was out of work from a fire we had I need to feed my children my account is 00 become they won’t return our money. Please people stay away.

The place is terrible. They rip off customers and don’t pay there employees while still expecting them to work. I know people who have waited over a month for a paycheck and I know others who have waited longer. The job has no benefits. Then to top it off the under preform on there projects. The owners need to be behind bars.

The team came out right when I called, took care of the flood at my house and cleaned up my basement in a timely fashion. Very responsive!!

Wouldn’t recommend this company even if they were the last on Earth.

We had a very bad storm about 4 months ago. We thought that we could’ve counted on these guys. We gave these guys over $20,000 and they only put a roof on our house which in the contract it should have been siding gutters and the roof. Please stay as far away from these people as you possibly can.
