I would give Ram Jam ZERO stars if I could, but want to leave a review to WARN people of the owner, Steve Ramirez. I brought a running vehicle to him that needed work, not only did he not fix it, but he caused several thousand dollars of damage. I had to take my vehicle to another location to have it fixed and also had to pay to have it towed there because it would no longer run. These professionals found several things broken that Ram Jam had obviously tried to hide and pieced together parts with zip ties. The reputable professionals I took the vehicle to could not believe what they saw and that Ram Jam would pass this off as reputable work. To this day Ram Jam has done NOTHING to make this right, ignoring ALL attempts to communicate. We used Ram Jam for many years and trusted James and his work, but now that he is gone Steve obviously doesnt know how to run a business. STAY AWAY!

James is an honest mechanic who wont oversell you. He tells you exactly whats wrong and finds the best deal on parts. The work is always on time and done right. I refer James to all of my work colleagues as well.

Really bad service Becarefull with this people they left my car on the street they removed parts for my car i paid 4500 for fixed my motor they never fixed. Really bad people they dont know what to do they have two name jws auto and ram auto there alot car on the street they left. Cuidado con esta jente es mala no. Save ni lo k ase. Son unas ratas.
