My experience with FSIP is Customer Satisfied. Their Online tech support help and their one-on-one sales representation is outstanding. In all categories FSIP representatives and support people have gone far and beyond the level of customer assistance for me. Their willingness to help with a project is not a result of my demands; rather it is a result of what seems to me, to be the FSIP philosophy and business model. From extensive tech support to expedited sales and shipping the people at FSIP rate First Rate.
