Absolute worst place in the world. Not customer friendly way over priced scam artists. After having two wrecks just two weeks apart from each other I brought my vehicle to them suggested by a friend of mine and 6 months later the vehicle still wasnt complete said Ron. He then called my insurance and claimed fraud which was completely incorrect so my vehicle ended up getting repossesed with out my knowledge. And my word was completely discredited without any question. I had proof of both wrecks and was left car-less because of these people. Then I try to call them to figure out what the heck is going on but they refused to answer my calls or assist me in any way despite the TRUTH

They were very professional and went the extra mile. I had a light out and they replaced it as a courtesy. When I got into my car they had vacuumed and did a mini detail. Details limited pays attention to every detail. We are bringing my boyfriends car in next week. Both cars were in an accident and my car was replaced above and beyond my expectations. I’m very impressed.

This is probably the single best service Ive received in any situation. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Ron and his team are top notch and their attention to detail shows they really care. Every step of the process with them was great right down to my 4-Runner looking and performing like new after they fixed it. I took my moms Porsche Cayenne to Details to get fixed and the repairs were amazing, the vehicle looked better than NEW!. Not only that but he level of customer service and attention to detail they had was impressive. Highly recommend this place!

I was lookin for good Engineers to take care of my Mercedes ML350 and they did. If your car is damaged they take care of it and they dont only replace they fix it. They order the right parts and they order what is necessary. They have a lot of experience and knowledge, no service without reason. And if you only require a rebuff, they do that too and it is perfect.

Have been in the auto industry for 23 years now and I know most of the shops in the Dallas and surrounding cities. I made the right decision taking my vehicle to Details Ltd for collision repairs. This shop will do what is right, fight for their customers, and their product is immaculate.

Been using DL for years, always incredible service and perfect work. I would not take my car to anyone else. These are honest people who stand by their work.

BEWARE OF HIGH-PRESSURE SALESWe contacted this shop to inquire about a repair. We had an appraiser’s report, but the man we spoke to couldnt be bothered to look at it. He made a lot of promises: “We’ll take care of you”, “will get parts within 12 hours”. But he wouldnt provide an estimate of time or money before the vehicle sits in his shop. If you do that, you are at his mercy.We took our business elsewhere.

My car was repaired several months ago by Details and they did a great job. He talked to me about non-OEM parts and haggled with the insurance company to keep them off my car. They made the car look as good as new.A couple of days ago my daughters car was involved in an accident and I had the tow truck tow the car to them. At the time I hadnt realized the extent of the damage but we are pretty sure the car is totaled. Ron was very helpful and offered some very useful advice in dealing with the insurance company on a final settlement. He didnt have to do it.I would definitely have no reservations in recommending them to anyone.

Super nice people and the quality of work is top notch

Just received my Lexus GsF today from Details Limited after being hail damaged on almost all panels. I have to say that the quality of workmanship is second to none. Ron, the owner of Details Limited, is one of the most down to earth, friendly, and caring person I have ever had the chance to work with(especially at a bodyshop!). Ron and the team worked their hardest to fight with my insurance company (Nationwide) to get OEM parts on my car. I have never been to a bodyshop where they explained the difference in the various paint qualities, OEM vs non-OEM parts, and the different tiers of front windshields. This is the ONLY bodyshop I will use for all of my cars from now on. If you are looking for a bodyshop that will turn out and fix a car in less than a week with subpar quality paint and parts, this is not the place for you. If you really care about your car and want close to perfect results, this is the place for you. Ron is a perfectionist and perfection takes time. A rare gem for auto enthusiasts in the DFW area.
