A very family oriented ran type of place with an incredible story, Persons like Jesus or Chente and Martin JR, who made this a wonderful and smooth experience where there none stop. Chente was in charge of most of my vehicles body work ( Chente in after pictures) the thing that shook me the most was hearing Martin JR fighting for my claim back and forth with My insurer because they didn’t want to cooperate, these guys will fight for you. to be exact I had just gone for the Fender and rocket panel damage and to replace a brake line But I decided since I was already there and had gotten along with the guys why not pay them for little side work project I had in mind which was to get all the black panels surrounding the vehicle in white to match the whole thing, Chente also decided to throw in the Honey-comb Grill inserts to give my vehicle a much more sportier look. The end result is impeccable and the pictures speak for themselves, the brake line work is great and my Jeep drives smooth and looks much more better than before. I kinda want to say I’m glad that little fender bender took place if not who knows if I ever step foot in this place so glad I did.

Horrible! communication is so bad. Carlos answers the phone and then tells you he will call you back yet NO CALL BACK! I spoke with him several times over 1 months. I was referred to them and even that person reached out and nothing. Didnt care. Excuse was they are busy. I met Jesus and he was amazing. Communicated with me the entire process. I would never go back but if I did would be because of Jesus. Definitely deal with him and NOT CARLOS, dont waste your time

Excellent service, my car came out as new, they even took the trouble to send it to polish and see electrical details that were not the biggest thing but in itself everything in order the parts that were ordered to replace the old ladies arrived and installed, my bumper I was with scratches that disappeared, Martins service and his employees always respectful and answer all calls or return them to you on time, I sincerely recommend to anyone who wants their car in good hands to take their car to Albors Collision Center.

A few months ago I went to this workshop, expecting the same attention that I had received before, Mr. Martín, had done tin work and painting to several cars of my family, now the business is managed by his son, who made me an estimate In March 2018, to repair a blow to the front of my car, this man told me that it would be $ 450 to fix it, after 2 weeks that he had fixed the car, the bumper began to fall, and the container where it goes The water from the cleaners was broken, I took the car back and it turns out that the estimate he made was only for the bumper nothing else, and when they checked why the bumper was falling, it turns out that when they were assembling the car they forgot put a bracket (which was taken from a crashed car of the same model that they had in their parking lot), really the work they did to me is crap, now I have to pay again for my safety and that of my family ...I do not recommend this place, friend, take more time and look for a better workshop ..
