I have been a customer for the past 4 years. I am very particular about my nail work and hard to please. Annie is excellent with her workmanship and quality of services. I do not go to any other nail tech in the area and refuse to make any change because this salon is superior in this area. My nails and pedicures lasts 4 weeks with no chipping or breaks. Julie provides excellent pedicures with smooth and soft results. This is a testament of the quality of work provided by MC Nails. Best in Acworth GA

Took my mom and 4 year old daughter to get their nails done and the nail tech kept trying to me about my daughter like if she was doing something wrong, even though all she was doing was walking in the salon not touching anything just looking at the different colors of nail paint bottles and pointing at them for me to look as she was excited to get her nails done with grandma. She was very rude, Doesnt seem like she doesnt have kids or know how their little mind works. First and last time we deal with them.

Ann did a very messy job on my nails and is super rough with the drill. Pics posted in the nails photo section, white solar gel. My nails and cuticles were sore for days. What a waste of money. If you want better quality, check out Cloud 9 Nail Salon or Serene Nails.

This business stole from me. I had a grand total of 152 dollars. I look at my bank account and I see 162 dollars pulled out. Not okay. And definitely not for the quality. I had a cuticle nicked that bled most of the time, the polish job was sloppy on my hands. Do not reccomend .

I been going to see annie for a long long time because she is the only one that can do my nails .I have went to plenty of places and noone could do my nails because they are long and takes some time to do them but whatever you get what you pay for it cost to look good and thats exactly what they do at mc nails annie is the best and julie is next they all treat you good and get you right with whatever you get done there .I got 20 plus there I love yall...

The people who work here are nice enough but I will never go back!! They up charge $20 when you do gel polish on your toes. That’s right I said $20!!!! I have gone to about 20 different nail salons around Kennesaw/Acworth area and never have I been charged this much! They didn’t even let me know it would be that much of an up charge or I would have left without the service. Plus the pedicure took a very long time. I will never go back here

I tried this nail shop for the first time after moving from California. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure using the perfect match colors. My nails were not only drastically different colors but I was also thoroughly overcharged. When I brought this to, who Im assuming is, the owners attention she was very rude and says there is no such thing as perfect match. Its safe to say she has never been to California.

I love coming here! Such amazing service and i never have a problem with my nails. The girls are wonderful and the salon is always clean and very relaxing.

First time I was pleased but then the next time my nails HURT so bad and I get solar nails which ended up chipping 24hours after a fill in. All my nails were crooked and like I said my nails and fingers hurt so bad!! Oh and it took forever to get my nails done and the cost was very overpriced!! I wont be back!

This was a nice, modern nail salon. I took a couple of friends here as a birthday treat. We all got the classic manicure ($10) and the classic pedicure ($20). It took about an hour, maybe a bit more. They have comfortable, adjustable massage chairs. The walls are painted in green hues with tasteful decorations and soft music playing. The staff is very friendly and squeezed the three of us in at the end of the day. They speak good English and clearly care about what they are doing. I will certainly go again and recommend you do, too.

I have been going to M C Nails for over 2 years and have always had friendly and courteous service. I have always left happy with the way my nails and toes look and feel. Annie and Julie and the others always make me feel welcome and they take great care of me. I get complements on my nails all the time.

Not the usual salon I go to but since it was on the way home i figured Id give it a try... no wait which was great!... the lady who did my nails did not wear a name tag but the only description was that she was way older. Never spoke. Seemed to be aggravated to do my nails from the beginning. Her whole demeanor was offputting. She was very rough when using the file and when grabbing my fingers she was very rough, mind you she kept digging her nails into my hands. She redid some nails her self w out me mentioning it and was literally huffing and puffing about it. She buffed my nail so hard one time that she chipped a side of it off, so she reapplied the powder(sns). Again while clearly showing her aggravation. Then she put a glob on the backside of my hand (only one hand) and asked me to put my hands in the UV light... I pointed at the glob to make sure she knew it was there...she nodded. Then a few mins later she asked me to get up and wash my hands...that goop was soap...i guess Im used to the massage of hands and arms that they do at all other salons specifically for the price which seemed a bit high...$45 for sns...no lotions or scrubbing but I guess this is a different salon than my usual so I didnt argue... I was rushed for time now since it took her 2 hrs to do my nails( btw I had no previous nails or polish on so I didnt have to soak, so no idea why this took so long). One thing I know for sure, never going back!

My mother in law and I went to get a pedicure here. First time ever being there. We sat down and within a few minutes of walking in the door we were seated down and waited on. MC Nails was very clean and very friendly. The price is perfect for the work they do. I got the hot stones massage on my legs, WOW it was great!! Linda did my nails and she was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. I will be going back again to see them in 2 weeks for another pedicure and massage!!

I liked this place for the first few visits. However, I soon discovered that either they were overbooking, or taking on too many walking-ins. The wait time between a pedicure and fill is too long. For instance, my pedicure is RUSHED through, and then there is long lag time to get a RUSHED through fill. The services are RUSHED. There have been times when they simply go through the motions of my fill (not even looking at what they are doing), as they try to book the next customer!! As a result, the quality of their work suffers. This is not what I pay for. Dont get me wrong, the owners are very friendly, but I dont go to a nail shop to make friends--

The owner is so nice and takes the time to know her customers. They are fair priced and take pride in their products and their work. Best nail place Ive found in the area.

My nails are too long and square which is not what I asked for. They are very sore and they were so rude I stopped talking. I got a pedi first which was just ok...and she forgot to put the top coat on 1 toe nail. I was then asked to wait 30 minutes.... and after I waited someone did my nails that didnt know what they were doing. $81.00 REALLY? I will never go back.

The staff was courteous. However, when I got there I was given a menu. I figured it was a special service menu because the pedicure was $35 and up. I advised I didn’t want that, just a basic pedi with gel polish. I expected an up charge on the gel. However, when I checked out they advised the pedi was $56!! The lady said I got the $35 pedi plus gel. I advised I got a basic pedi. There was no scrubbing, hot stones, nor callus removal. I was not even offered water! Why is a basic pedi with gel polish $56! This was my first visit and it will be my last.

The lady who did my nails filed the skin off of EVERY finger . I have scabs on almost every cuticle. When I left I had dried blood on my fingers. My nails were not glued down all the way and we’re coming off the next day . I told them I wanted a full set of ACRYLIC nails. They did gel . And when I told her I didn’t want gel I wanted acrylic she responded “it’s okay honey this will be $40”. Not to mention my nails were burning really bad as she was doing them and when I told her they were hurting she poured pure alcohol over them. All around a terrible experience. Going to attempt to get a refund . I do not recommend going here .

At first, I thought this was a nice nail salon. The more I went, the more I realized how understaffed they are. They rush and practice unsanitary methods. I got my eyebrows done (and because she was rushing) I soon realized I had several cuts from the tweezers. I will never visit this nail salon again. A place that breeds Hepatitis and every other bloodborne pathogen. Im sure they wouldnt use the utensils that they use on their customers on their family or friends.

Made my toes bleed, filed my toe nails to the skin and my manicure looked like my 5 year old did it. I didnt even want to finish manicure. Will never come back here again.

I came here several months ago, got a pedicure, all was well. Came 2 more times for a pedicure, they did just okThey rushed it and the Polish job was terrible. When I asked her to fix a spot she looked at me like I committed a crime.I let several months pass, my daughter is graduating tomorrow and I thought we would try one more time. We both got a full set and I also got a pedicure, came out to 130.00I wouldnt of minded the cost, but the lady that did my pedicure, didnt put a top coat of polish on, she hardly smiled when I tried to talk to her, she didnt do any massaging, she barely smeared the lotion on my legs. I paid for an upgraded pedicure and she wrapped my legs in the towels and took them off as soon as she put them on. She was in a rush to leave. But we arrived a full hour before closing time. I did not tip her.The ladies doing our nails are normally friendly, but they too seemed to be bothered we were there.My daughter has 3 fingers that they filed the skin off of and left her bleeding. She got yellow polish and they didnt even clean up the nail, there was polish on her cuticles.I work with preschoolers all day and wash my hands in hot water so far long so my skin is dry. I continued to tell the lady to please be careful while she buffed and filed my nails but she was in such a rush she kept hitting my skin and the pain was unbearable. She then tells me I need to stop picking my skin then it wouldnt hurt. I explained to her it just peels because I was my hands so often, she then proceeded to tell me I should wash my hands in cold water. Ok, whatever.I did tip each of them 10.00. but unfortunately we wont be back. I tried to give them a chance several times because they are close to my home and stay open till 7pm which is convienant because I get off at 5:30.They do not take pride in their work. They are a bit higher priced than other places, but Im willing to pay more for a good service. Unfortunately, this place seems to only care about money not good service. I would suggest finding another place to visit, this place will probably be a waste of your time and money. And you can forget a relaxing pedicure,its not happening.

Just came from the shop. Even though they were busy, I only waited a couple minutes. Wonderful mani and pedi! Staff is all so friendly and kind. Shop is very comfortable. Not my first visit and I will continue to use McNails as my salon! Visited others, but no need to anymore.
