Best nail salon I have been to in Metro Atlanta! Very clean, very professional, and they always do such an amazing job! The pedicures are amazing :) Facials by Ariel are really great too :)

Bob is ahhhmazing! Hes done an impeccable job on my nails since Ive been visiting the salon. He and the Cloud 9 staff are warm and friendly, and they go to extra lengths to ensure their clients feel cared for and relaxed during their visit. Although they work quickly, Ive never ever felt rushed or as if they were in a hurry. My appointments start on time and I always leave feeling a touch fancier than when I arrived :)

Very bad at designing and the communication is very bad. I told the younger lady what I wanted and the lady who did my nails did what she wanted she also never told me to wash my hands and I got sns so it got every dirty just put lotion and massaged it... Never again...

I honestly had the best experience here. I don’t usually get my nails done, but I wanted a little glow up for a wedding I’ll be in. I appreciated the girls so much. We had great conversation and they did an amazing job on my pedicure and SNS nails. I felt so comfortable and the salon was beautifully decorated and clean. For someone who doesn’t frequent a salon, I think I might just become a regular.

This salon is by far my favorite. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. The inside is very clean and they are working by appointment only, so its never crowded. My nails look great every time!

Called ahead of time to see if they provided eyebrow services. They stated yes. Once I arrived, like 5 minutes later, they told me they were booked. I asked how long the wait would be because I was willing to wait. They said no. We just cant. Very unprofessional. I pray this was not because of the color of my skin!

Under new management.. I went and got my nails done today and love them! Bob is the best and is now my new nail person! He was great! I normally dread getting my nails done because everyone I get is rough and I end up with cuts etc but not with Bob! He was very gentle and even gave my hands a massage afterwards. The prices arent necessarily cheap but you get what you pay for. My daughter told me I needed to give them a try because she goes to Bob and Im so glad I did! First time liliac mirage SNS this time pink and blue ombre SNS. Update: I have continued to go only to Bob and my daughters use Anthony and let me tell you we still always leave happy! Everyone is great but our favorites are Bob and Anthony!! Check them out on Facebook and then go see them you wont be disappointed!

I went into have a pedicure on May 7, 2020. The nail technician was nice and pleasant however when I got home I notice my heels were still full of callus, I was very disappointed. However I had set an appointment to have my fingernails done the next day I decided to return. My nails were done by LUCKY, she is amazing very pleasant she changed my mind framed because I told myself if my fingernails werent done properly I wasnt going back. I definitely will be returning and I will be allowing Lucky to do my nails she is a gem very customer friendly. She is the reason for my 5star.

Very clean and high end products

I came to Cloud 9 to get my wedding nails done. I chose this place due to the wonderful reviews it had online and I fully trusted them to do a good job. Sadly, I had an awful experience. My nail technician was very hard to communicate with. I explained many times what I wanted and he seemed to have different ideas by saying things like “this looks better” or “that’s too round.” The appointment took very long as he kept pausing to get up and turn the fan on/off or grab a drink etc. Finally, towards the end he was using the nail drill and accidentally cut my cuticle. I started bleeding a lot and the other technicians were so apologetic and embarrassed while he simply continued to clean his station. Eventually he apologized and left. I was so upset with my nails and still had to pay $60 for the service. I ended up having to go to a different salon to get them fixed as these were my WEDDING nails. The removal of these nails was even worse. The layers were so deep that it took an hour to get them removed. A very bad experience overall and I do not plan to return or recommend this place .

They are never super busy which is nice. They did a good job on my pedicure, but my friend did not have a good experience here.

I went last week for the first time and the people are nice and the owner is friendly! But, my acrylic didn’t really turn out exactly how I wanted it to look, the women who did my toes did in amazingggg job but I was kinda disappointed in the acrylic.

Staff is always friendly and patient. Nails are well done and they tolerate my peculiarities. My daughter likes the quality of the SNS manicure.

Amazing place for all your nail and feet care! Bob the owner is very nice and does a great job he takes care of walk in client quickly and always has a smile. Anthony does a great job on my nails and toes they always last for longer then most other places. He is always welcoming and pleasant. I would recommend Could 9 nail to all my friends.

I convinced my husband to go with me today and get his first pedicure. He is ticklish, so he was a little worried. Connie work on him and Anthony on me. They both did an amazing job, and were very friendly! My hubby is big on customer service and he and I will definitely be back. Also the price was very reasonable.

I went here with my sister in law and I was literally sitting in the chair for 40 minutes after we had made an appointment. The owner came up to me and when she realized I had acrylic on she was like I only do SnS and walked away. As my sister continued to get her nails done NO one checked on me or asked me anything else. The gentleman who was doing my sisters nails was nice though.

The nail tech I had did a wonderful job on my nails! Absolutely adore the final product. Anthony shaped it exactly how I wanted it to be, he was meticulous about the design and would continuously ask if you liked it or not throughout the whole process. I wasnt a big fan of powder because it never came out smooth and it looked weird but Anthony proved me wrong. I definitely would recommend this nail salon :)

This nail is shop is AMAZING. I am very picky about my nails and feet. I kept the same nail tech for 8 years. I decided to move on and found Cloud 9, from the very first day I called in Bob was so welcoming. I explained to him how picky I was, what I liked and didnt like and he executed. He actually exceeded my expectations. He goes great lengths to make sure I am comfortable at all times. Not only is Bob amazing so is Lynn when it comes to the FEET. Her energy is incomparable....Its almost as if she has a passion for pedicures. My feet feel amazing after she is done. I am not saying that Lynn and Bob are the only ones to see but everyone in the shop has good energy. I look forward in seeing them when its that time for nails and feet.

After the nail salon I had been going to for years went under new management I was desperate to find a new location. After many failed attempts I tried Cloud 9 and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was kind and and very engaging. I do gel nails and they had the largest color selection I have even seen, amazing!!! Also, they have some type of special air ventilation system in their unit and there isnt that harsh nail smell when you walk in. Would definitely recommend. Oh, and they have wine =)

I have been getting my nails done at Cloud 9 since February and it has been the best experience Ive had in the nearly 20 years Ive been getting my nails professionally done. Rosie and her team have created a luxurious, spa quality atmosphere with reasonably priced services. This is the cleanest, friendliest, most professional nail salon in the area. Their nail art is amazing and they have an impressive selection of polishes. I love bringing my two sisters with me, as well as friends.

This is the first salon I visited since moving to the area. I decided to give it a try after seeing all the good reviews. I am so glad I did. The staff is great, very accommodating and professional. The salon was very clean and well kept. They did an amazing job. I will return indefinitely!

I have been here many times, however yesterday has been my last. Although they do a good job (besides the fact that fake tips don’t stay on for long) and staff is friendly for the most part, the service is ridiculous. Because they are understaff every time, don’t bother making an appointment because you’ll end up having to wait anyway. One occasion, I had to wait at least 45 minutes, even with an appointment made. Yesterday we got 20% off because they couldn’t keep up with their appointments and were way way behind. This was thoughtful, however shouldn’t have been necessary if they could keep up like a good business should.

Getting my nails done is a family event. Its a thing we like to do together. I usually go in a group of 3 or more and we were loyal customers of a previous nail salon for over 9 years! Once we like you, we stay. However my old salon did not treat us as if we had been there and loyal for 9 years going every two-three weeks with 3+ people every time (a lot of money spent there over the years). So we decided to look for another salon. My mother recently moved to Acworth so we figured we would try salons close to her home and we stumbled upon Cloud 9 after seeing a post about SNS. We went there for the first time a little less than a year ago and instantly felt more welcome and appreciated than at the salon we had been going to for 9 years! Bob and his entire team are more than accommodating and helpful. My sister and I love to do unique styles to our nails and Bob and Anthony ALWAYS take care of us. They always offer you something to drink and take their time on your nails to make sure you leave with exactly what you wanted. I will ALWAYS come to this salon and gladly tell any and ALL of my friends to come see Bob and Anthony at Cloud 9. They are right in their prices and have lots of options. Plus, they like to host contests with giveaways for free pedicures and even cash! They are active in the community and on social media. I cant say enough how much I love this salon!

Tried this salon for the first time today and couldnt be happier with the results! They are incredibly gentle and didnt nick my skin once! Very clean and well kept place with the sweetest staff. Cant wait to come back!

I have been using Cloud 9 nails for a couple of years now. I have seen now 3 different owners. I have had my ups and downs with them. Now that Bob is there, he is the only one I will let touch my nails. I get SNS every time and I’m never disappointed. The staff is great and is very friendly. The place is always clean. I will continue to go there.

I had a very pleasant experience at Cloud 9. I was greeted with a warm welcome. The location is easy to find. The building and structure is very clean and well laid out. The owner is very respectable, patient and sweet. This was my first time visiting this nail salon and my first trying SNS. I’m very impressed with the final product. I will be back in the future.

Ive been here countless times to get my mani / pedi’s. I really love the everything about the place. Everyone here always does a fantastic job and they make sure you’re happy with their work before you go. They’re always friendly, with great personalities that make my experience enjoyable and relaxing. The girls that own the place are for one, hilarious, but also personable and professional. Today (Sunday) is my only day off and my regular salon was closed for Father’s Day. Luckily I found Cloud 9 nail salon so I called to find out if they were open. When I called and asked if I could come in for a full set of acrylics, they told me there was a wait but that I could get a pedicure while I waited. Ivy, the girl that did my toes, was super sweet and did an awesome job! After my toes, they started getting busy but Bob still made sure I was taken care of. For someone that didn’t have an appointment, they hooked me UP! And my nails and toes look awesome!!! Definitely will be coming back! Thanks guys!!

Lash Lift by Ariel. Takes 40 minutes & last about 6-8 weeks. No need to use a lash curler every morning. Natural and dont let your lashes fool you into thinking theyre not long enough.

It was my first time coming here and OMG!! i am in love with my nails!!! Connie was so sweet and gentle and she did such an amazing job on my nails. She was so thorough and gave me exactly what i wanted!! I will 100% be becoming a regular here!!

I arrived to get my toes done about 30 minutes before they closed. The girl that took care of me was so sweet, she never rushed me or anything. She did an amazing job on my toes, she listened to what I wanted and did it perfectly. I will definitely be back. Its a little far from my house but so worth the trip for the service.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Cloud 9 Nail Salon. I had been looked for a salon closer to my home in Acworth. I was so pleased when I found this salon. When I walked in the ladies there were so welcoming. They really make you feel like your part of their family. They have the best prices around and the coolest styles of nail art and design that I have ever seen. But most of all is that I really feel like Im really wanted there. All of the ladies their are so sweet. I always leave happy with the job that they do on my nails. You have to go there!!!!

I normally drive 1/2 hour to get my nails done in Smyrna, but I saw the reviews for Cloud 9m and this place is close by, so I went. Marissa did a fabulous job on my nails - gel manicure. They have a good selection of colors and brands.Marissa is lovely, interesting to talk with, and she loves what she does - and that translates into a beautiful job on the nails. Im picky - but Marissa did a great job without any prompting (except that I wanted my cuticles pushed but not cut. I didnt get an argument from her, which is also refreshing). Ill be back, and often!!

I went in on a Sunday afternoon because my normal nail salon was closed for maintenance, and I received the best deluxe pedicure from Nee and the most amazing gel manicure from Anthony! Not only were they professional, suggesting products they like and educating me about new products, but they were also the most fun people ever! I havent been this satisfied leaving a nail salon until today. My tech (Julie) listened to me when I told her the shape, and that Id like to have a manicure with it to get the stray stuff around my nails gone. She had no problem at all with my requests. She took her time. She didnt try to rush and get me out. Im a very picky person when it comes to my nails. But from now on I will be going to Cloud 9 Nail Salon in Acworth!

Worst nail experience ever. They never even did my nails. First off me and my mother went around 2:30 and a gentleman told is they were too busy and asked if we could come back. I was very understanding and made an appointment for 5. We went back and agian they were busy but we made an appointment right.... nope. We sat there for over 10 mins without any one even greeting us. I will never go back. I waited a whole day for this!!!! What a shame. They have amazing reviews and I really wanted to try them, but I will never go back. Because even if you did have an appointment you wont be seen on time.

My wife was looking for a salon to get her nails done for New Years Eve party. I found Cloud 9 because of all of the terrific reviews and suggested she go here. Of course I want along too, who does not like a little pampering :) Rosie and Tiffany were both fantastic. My wife said Rosie has her nails looking better then she has ever experienced. Get they are close in Acworth too!

Everything was so clean and the people are friendly. My SNS manicure looks great! Not too thick, not too thin....perfect! Also got my eyebrows done. She told me that she has the best gentle hand. I visited here for nail services while on vacation. The owner did my nails with SNS (dip nails). I had never had them done that way before. They turned out beautifully and lasted for more than 3 weeks. I received a lot of compliments on them. He also educated me on the SNS product and how to find a salon at home that specializes in it since I was out of town. Thanks for a great experience!

I love when you go somewhere new and they ask for a review. I guess this place not being very busy in the evening should have been a sign. I didnt have a problem with the person doing my nails. He took a long time and admitted that he had not done long sns nails. (They lifted a week later so I had to get them redone...at a different salon!) However, the experience was very awkward. There was a person who I had asked about other services and literally the person said that I should just let a makeup artist do my brows (way to turn down money for your salon) and THEN right in front of me in plan as day English tells another person that works there that over heard our conversation white girl problems and makes a face. I hope that your racial comment serves you well. Not only is it rude and uncalled for but it is very telling of the services you provide for NEW customers. Just because someone has not had something done before doesnt mean its ok for you to be disrespectdul and dismissive of them. I will never set foot in this salon and will continue to tell EVERYONE I know that regardless of the services you provide...that your racial comments and snotty better than everyone attitude makes it not worth going. Much rather drive 30 minutes away for better service/atmosphere than go somewhere that is less than 10 minutes from me to be subjected to a vile and toxic atmosphere.

Was told I couldnt get a pedi or fill on same day whats the point of having a spa day

I came in today as a first time customer. I asked for a full set and a pedicure. The nail color on the display looked completely different then the color i had on my finger. The lady then argued with me about the color I chose. She was very Rude. I sat in Table number 3. I then decided to get a pedicure. I Sat in a chair. I was in chair number 6 . She started to begin my pedicure. I have had multiply pedicures before and they arent suppose to hurt. She hurt me multiple times. She didnt use the Cheese Grater as my family calls it and massaged my legs for all of maybe 2 minutes. No feet massage at all. I asked for her to add hot water. She gave me dirty looks then put cold water in. My nail polish on my toes look clumpy. Im not picky. I just want respect. Will not be back.

This place is amazing! I was never a SNS person, Anthony and Bob has definitely changed that for me. I highly recommend this place. It is clean, friendly, and fast.

I was disappointed in my first visit. I had my sns done on May 11th and two of my nails are coming off! I spent a good amount to come see them due to their reviews but Ive never had sns come off so quickly!

This place is awesome! First off I was immediately greeted! I had my 7 month old with me and I was a little apprehensive about that but they said they could work around me holding her. I got the sns nails and the classic pedicure and I loove the way it looks. I observed as they used all new utensils and disposed of it after I was finished. That alone sold me because I’m always a little worried about weather or not the utensils are properly cleaned. Anyway I recommend to any and everyone because of the cleanliness, customer service, and quality!!

Cloud 9 is right! I was definitely treated like royalty while I was there and felt as light as a cloud once I left. I recommend this place for their originality in nail designs and great service. Overall awesome!!! =D

Hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I live in Lawrenceville, Georgia, but my sister lives in Acworth and I come visit her once a month just to come here! I get the sns (yes, they can do french!!!) Everyone is always so nice and friendly. Cleanly. Great salon overall. If you are in the area, you must visit!!!! You will not be disappointed.

I am 7.5 months pregnant and came in for a little pampering for my swollen feet. The gentleman who served me was very attentive and nice, especially for just a basic pedicure. This is the second time I have come here, this time commuting from Cartersville and both times I have been extremely satisfied with the work, the service and the prices.
