STAY AWAY! USPS has gotten worse every year. This time they lost my priority mail and refused to pay me. I will never use them ever again! Use UPS and FedEx instead. USPS should disappear.
Staff is good but the service after the package leaves the staff is hot flaming garbage. I am pretty sure the post office has slowed down all package delivery even when the customer pays for it in a timely manner. Waiting currently for 2 packages that are days behind the scheduled delivery dates,. 2 day priority takes over 7 days currently and no end in sight. 2.5 stars if it was an option. UPS and Fedex will be seeing more of me.
I go to several USPS and the staff at this location are the most kind.
Staff has always been friendly and easy to work with
The staff at this office is amazing. I dont always use the PO but when I do they offer great service!
Quite possibly the most inneficent and incompetent post office in America.
Every time I come to this USPS, which is only a few times every so often, the associate James always finds some way to be rude to me. It’s to the point to where when I come in and see him, I’d rather have a different person scan me through. I asked for help with sending a package and he just belittled me. Will avoid this associate at all costs.
I dropped off a labeled package on 8/21. The tracking has not been updated and my buyer has not received the package 15 days later. I have gone up there several to inquire about it and all I get is a list of phone numbers to call that lead me nowhere. I opened a claim online...led no where. The supervisor Kim Moses is a complete joke. She offered zero solution to a problem that her branch created by ‘not scanning every package that leaves the building’. That literally makes NO sense. Why would it not be protocol to scan every single package? I will never use USPS ever again unless forced to.
I have been here twice now and both times the staff has been extremely un-friendly! I rarely make reviews but come on... It cost nothing to be kind.
I went in today with a small box with a prepaid label and the gentleman behind the counter wouldn’t even use one piece of tape to close the box. He tried to get me purchase a roll. I said, “No thank you” turned around and went across the street to the UPS store where I was told that he would “take care of it” for me and promptly gave me my receipt and I left. I am so disappointed in our postal service. They lose money yearly and can’t even extend a kindness when someone actually uses them to mail packages.
Kathy was so nice and kind and helpful both on the phone and in person. We got our wedding invitation stamps and then mailed out without any issue! Thank you so much!
Walked in at 12:26pm on a Monday. A man came up and asked what he could help me with. I wanted to make sure my package was ready for shipping. He said it was good to go and scanned it right there for me.Incredibly painless. There are never any open spots for parking, but it wont kill me to walk 10 extra steps from in front of the nail salon right here.
This is the notice I recieved with my tracking information after my package didnt show up when it was expected on Saturday -USPS tried to deliver your packageUSPS couldnt get to the front door, mailbox, or driveway, so please look for a note from them or contact them for the next steps. They did not leave a note and I live in a neighborhood with a mailbox unit that had open delivery lockers along with being a non gated, small community they could have just brought it by my house, but didnt. I ended up spending just under 3 hours on hold with the 1800 number provided just for them to tell me they didnt know what happened or why it says that. They were of no help whatsoever and my package is who knows where.
Came here Friday afternoon. One staff was not wearing her mask properly and even removed it at one point while interacting with me.Please train your staff to take health measures more seriously.
You will be able to tell the hard worker vs the lazy worker immediately. Extremely poor service, lack of urgency and efficiency.James, work in the back for sorting, your service and efficiency is piss poor.
This is the busiest little post office I have ever used. Attendants are polite/nice. The parking is the worst I have seen! Too too busy almost always! Almost always have to stand in line for at least 10-15 minutes!!:(
They showed up at my place of business only checked the office doors; not the main front doors and left. All the lights on, people running about inside I am sure. Upon noticing that my package had not come in I called their store to inquire. I explained that he must have only checked one set of doors (which are rarely open).. No apology (that would have probably been enough to not exacerbate my fury as I needed this package for the following day) as he continued to tell me that the man delivering it wasnt back yet and it would be delivered the following Monday. Most places of business require you to say sorry.. acknowledge that it was YOUR fault... anything. Very dissatisfied.
The first thing the counter guy says you need your own tape and and address label. I showed him the prepaid label already attached by Directv and he asks again if i brought tape for the box. I told him no and i wasnt buying tape for only one piece that i needed. He claims that they only get tape if a customer donates some. As a begin to ask him how they stay in business with their competitors offering such fancy perks as free tape, he miraculously finds a piece for me. There is a reason i avoid these folks like the plague. The whole time he is also arguing with me about the supposed propaganda of the failing postal system - saying it has all been made up and that the government has nothing to do with the USPS. what a joke+
African American guy works there is terrible. I was with my brother and he asked us to wait outside of USPS. So we waited outside and came inside again because people behind of us went to inside. He showed up again, pointed only us and want us wait outside again. I said why only my brother and I need wait outside.I really hope he didnt pick on us because we are Asian but cant think of anything.
This morning when they were out for delivery, they came to my house, didn’t even ring a bell or knock the door, they saw no car in the yard so they just left a notice that they missed me, but I’m HOME!I’ve been waiting for that parcel for so long and this is disappointed me A LOT!
The people there are very friendly. Its nice to have a convenient place to go so you dont have to drive all the way to the main post office
I would give them negative if I could, the employee named James has 0 costumer service but than again Im not paying them their salary with my taxes so why should I care
I was actually berated by some government functionary for not standing behind a sign that stated The Line Starts Here. The thing is, I was the only person in the post office. If you want to know why the US Post Office is close to collapse, it is because of horrible customer service from disgruntled government workers. Life is too short to deal with these clowns. Go across the street to UPS.
They are always friendly and helpful at this post office.
Horrible experience! I went to buy stamps for the company I work for today and an African American man asks me for my ID. Since I was using the company card, I did not have my name on the ID. After telling him this, he completes the transaction and then says: Smile for the camera. I am very upset and do not appreciate being called a thief and a liar. I have been to this location many times before and have never been asked for an ID with anyone else!
Great people working a tough job.
NEVER ANSWER PHONE! YET EXPECT YOU TO CALL FOR APPT FOR PASSPORT!
SUCKS THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT THEY DELIVERY TIME. THET CHANGE DATE. DONT USE THEM
They use a phone tree and it sucks. you cannot talk to a real person unless you know how to trick the computer. it is bad customer service.
I think this store has been closed for a long time
Excellent customer service !!!
