Was told to meet at 11 for a pickup with these guys, nobody showed, finally got a hold of them at 11:30, was told it’s actually a window of time when pickup and delivery happens, and it would be between 11-1. Didn’t hear from them until 1:15 that they were still 30 minutes out. I am incredible flexible when it comes to meeting people, if I’m told an accurate time. Don’t overbook yourself if you can’t hold to a time frame, and setting two hour time windows tells me that you guys have a bad habit of overbooking yourself.

Kudos to the crew at Craters And Freighters. Exceptional service at a reasonable price, and the packaging and crating of glass top was the best I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
