My tax preparer was very kind. She took her time and if he didn’t know something she was able to call someone and figure it out. I did my taxes last minute because my previous tax preparer Did not really include me on info she didn’t know and kind of just pushed in numbers. With Jackson Hewitt My return came out to be even more than I was expecting.

Judy was very professional and very quick to help me, she went out of her way to get what I needed done and got it done quickly, her customer service skills was very professional. I had Fallon Hampton when I filed before Christmas. It was her first time doing it on her own but she did very good and was very friendly. I finished with Ashley Borkenstedt and she just flew right through it and finished it up.

The service is awesome. Theyll do everything they can for your taxes and stimulus check. Now 5 months later and no missing stimulus money from last year or this year. I will never use them again.

Took us as walk ins after HR Block blew our appointment off with them. We will be going back to J H next year after they made the effort to make us a customer.
