Debbie and her staff are wonderful. If its tax season be ready to wait, but shes worth the wait. She is very knowledgeable and can help you out as best as possible. I highly recommend Abilene Bookkeeping one of the best!

Debbie is awesome! I see people complaining about waiting hours. You might try turning your taxes in before April (just a thought). She is busy because she is great at what she does. If you want good food do you go to the restaurant with a full or empty parking lot?

The phone is always busy and I cant get through to them.

Don’t waste your time with them. I’ve reached out to them multiple times to help with business taxes and bookkeeping and was always told someone will call you on this day or someone will call you this day. It’s just a waste of time. Move on and call someone else if you need your taxes taken care of.

My husband has been doing our taxes here even when we lived in Allen, TX (4hrs away). Debbie is the best!

One Star is GENEROUS!Set an appointment two months ago, drove 3 hours to get there, 30 minutes early, and my wife sat there for almost 4 hours while they ignored her (and her appointment time) while letting their hand-picked friends go ahead.SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Debbie is good, but even with an appointment sceduled, driving 3 hours from out of town, they pick and choose who they want to see next and just say Im sorry. Waited almost 4 hours and had to leave. Never again!

Talked to receptionist in march whom assured me i could get in in April got to the office on the 5th and was sent next door. After waiting 2 hours there i was informed there was a 5 hour wait and no appointments. Never again....
