Crystal is always amazing! So fun and personable all while doing an incredibly thorough job! They always make sure all of our animals are taken care of during and after they spray! We use them quarterly and wouldn’t want to switch to anyone else!

Exceptionally great service and awesomely sweet people. They went above and beyond to make sure they were providing the very best service and wouldnt quit untill the were sure they had the last one. Squirrels in the attic are especially challenging, yet they were relentless in getting them. Went even beyond the contract and wouldnt even take extra pay for the extented time and effort it took. They definitely earned my loyalty and I highly recommend them to every one! They are very knowledgeable and very committed to getting the job done. Extremely strange and coincidental that after initial visit my smallest kitten is suffering from a horrible respiratory issue on antibiotics and my youngest pup is suffering from some sort of toxic neurological symptoms as we wait for final results at local veterinary. Even vet questioned the sprays used. No response from team after I expressed concerns over my 2 sick animals. Proceed with caution. So disappointed

We understand that sometimes things cant be done RIGHT THEN AND THERE, but they always come out in a very timely manner. I called in with a rodent issue that nobody else could fix. Truly Nolen came in and fixed my problem, so I also switched my quarterly services to them as well and can see a positive difference with that service is well. I called and talked with Crystal about having someone come do an inspection. Crystal was kind and helpful, and walked me through the process of the inspection. When the technician arrived, he was professional, and also walked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it. This company is the best in town.

We had multiple different pest control companies come exterminate with little results. Truly came within a day of us calling and we have not seen live critters since they sprayed which was over 6 months ago! Very impressed with Truly and their services.

Truly Nolen said they’ll be able to stop by between 3-5p on May-22-2018 & they never showed. I waited till 6pm to call to see what happened - No answer.. Called 3 times on the 23rd and left 2 voicemails. Called again on the 24th, and the 25th but still no response. They’re closed today and tomorrow for Memorial Day.I honestly can’t give an opinion on what the service is like since Truly Nolen did not give me the opportunity to see what it was like but I will say It seems the communication is very poor and I will not be using them in the future.
