Weldon is a consummate professional. We had a termite infestation about a year ago, handled quickly and effectively, at a fair price. We were given a one year guarantee, and just recently got re-inspected, all clear and only $120. West Texas Pest Patrol is the best. When they came in to my antique store to spray in 2017, I asked, how long to until I schedule the next appointment? the answer I received was, you wont call us back it was true, I call West Texas Pest Patrol every time someone moves out of one my rentals. and I dont call back for any house they spray, I will call them for every house that a renter leaves from now on. Signed up for monthly mosquito control and was totally ripped off. The “bucket” did absolutely nothing and they claimed they came out to fill it every month but never actually did. It just sat there dry while I was being charged and when I called them out they wouldn’t give any refund. I asked what had been happening at my house for the last month and told them if they could give me the answer, I would believe they had actually been there. They couldn’t tell me we had been painting??! Really, who could miss that? Dishonest company with a gimmicky product. Stay away!

This is my second year using West Texas Pest Patrol. JD was my service person. He is always friendly and informative. The first year was an invasion of ants, for NO good reason! JD came out and sprayed. NO MORE ANTS! But in spraying, I found out I did have a few scorpions 🦂 in my house‼️ Good news, they’re dead. I decided I really liked not finding anything crawling in my house, not even a spider, so when a few “crawley” things started to appear, I had them come back this year. The office staff is very courteous as well and easy to work with. I needed to change the appointment due to an HVAC problem and it was a very simple and courteous encounter 😁

We had our house and attic sprayed to keep bugs and scorpions out. He even sprayed the kids set and sandbox to keeps the bugs and wasps out of them. I will never use anyone else. Love them!

I have used pest patrol multiple times to help deal with spiders and scorpions while living in Tuscola and now in Potosi. We found lots of dead scorpions following the treatments and were glad to see that it worked so well. This business shows good communication and easy accessibility. They’ve recently began to text with a picture, when and who, will be coming to your door for treatment appointments. I like that they don’t set up the next quarterly appointment or have regular times. They contact you when it’s time to schedule for a quarterly and leave it up to the customer as to when it’s convenient or feasible. This helps mitigate untimely appearances of services when the household is not prepared to receive it, which would more likely happen in chaotic periods when a regular appointment would be forgotten.
