Ive lived here for 5 years, gone through 3 managers and the best manager left due to medical issues.. This new cat Kayla, whos very rude and treats people like s@!t. I do not Recommend renting from Heather Meadows in Aberdeen For the price you pay it is not worth your time and money

They didnt take Our inquiry seriously. The Site MANAGER, actually acted Offended that we were looking looking at Heather Meadows for somewhere to call Home.We had previously rented from Heather Meadows. Our unit was SOoo clean upon Our leaving, that We were informed that they had a 3 day turnaround due to its cleanliness.We will NEVER recommend Heather Meadows to anyone looking for an Apartment or Town Home.

I own the business that cleans units prior to new tenants moving in to vacant units. Ive been working with Heather Meadows for almost a year now and I have had nothing but great experiences in working with the staff. The property manager has been nothing but professional and polite when working with her to ensure units are clean and ready to go. There is a lot that goes into preparing a unit for new tenants and I appreciate that this complex takes cleanliness and sanitation seriously, especially in the world we are living in today.

Awesome I saw deer, possum, and all kinds of birds Eagle, blue stellers and more.

So far its been great. Got a two bedroom apartment. Kitchen is a little dated. But staff is excellent. And its big and nice.

Moved here5 months ago going on 6 months. We like it here.

Very clean and well kept condition but I do miss Laurie tho but the new people are Awesome too 👌👍

My husband and I lived there a few years back. It was an excellant place to live. Laurie (manager) knows the meaning of Customer Service. She will go over and above to help you out. Very nice and professional. If there were anything we felt may have been an issue they listened and offered a quick resolution. Awesome place.

Things have been going downhill at Heather Meadows since I first moved here 2 1/2 years ago. When I first moved here Lorie was the manager. She was friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Then about a year later we got a new manager and she was okay. Now today I met the newest manager we have and she is extremely rude. I came into the office to pay March rent (I always pay early) and I informed her that I found a lost cat on my balcony (2nd floor) and if she could let me know if anyone at the apartments is missing a cat. Her response was that pets are not allowed outside so just set it out. Basically she is saying since the owner let it out they deserve to lose their pet. Perhaps the cat got out of his/her owners apartment on accident. This new manager is unfriendly, curt, and uncaring about the residents and their pets. I am strongly considering moving when this next lease expires. I have recommended these apartments to numerous coworkers in the past, but will no longer recommend them.

The manager cannot be trusted! Do not visit here. Even if you make an appointment, the manager will not show up. Do not even call here. The manager will not answer your calls or call you back. My wife called the leasing office and left a message several times, but they never called her back, so she and I went to the leasing office on a busy weekday to make an appointment to see an apartment on weekend. She and I made an appointment with the manager at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 4th, 2014, and we went there on time, but the leasing office was not open. A resident told us that the manager lives next door to the office, so we knocked but she was not home either. Then another resident told us that the manager went to Home Depot when she was supposed to show us an apartment. We waited until 2:30 p.m., but she did not show up, so we left a note saying that we are very upset and no longer interested in living there, and I will share this incident here on Google maps, and with many people I know at the community college near by.

Decent place to live, had issues with fleas when we moved in then a couple buildings in the complex had serious water/flooding/mold issues not to mention the nasty creepy crawlies. Took many months to get it all under control. They worked hard on fixing everything as far as they could. Lived there for like 3 years ending in 2016

Apartment was infested with cockroaches, Orkin came out a few times but never seem to have gotten better. Dont recommend staying here. Picture is of behind our fridge.
