Tried contacting them multiple days via email and by phone. Absolutely no response. Office hours are only Wed-Fri 0900-1500. Tried calling during those hours to no answer. If they are this unresponsive to new potential clients I would hate to see how unresponsive they are to tenants.

I am hopefully about to be a tenant. Staff is friendly and helpful. Seems to be a very nice place to call home.

My girl and I paid $30 each to apply and view the apartments.we showed up on time and the guy who was supposed to show us around just unlocked the door, and walked away saying have a nice daythe open house example apartment wasnt even properly cleaned and looked like the previous tenant just moved out. not to mention the fact that it wasnt the same layout as the advertisement.there was broken shelves, horrible caulking in the bathroom, and the floor in the living room appeared to have fecal matter spread on it.EXTREMELY dissatisfied.PS the reviews look like theyre dilluted with fake 5 star reviews to try and fluff it up. with one review i saw literally saying i work therecool bro, thats not helpful dont post it.

I just called to get more information and the person who answered the phone was Brian, he sounded like I was bothering him, and uninterested in showing me a place to see. I can see why there are a good bit of negative reviews about this place. I will definitely look elsewhere. My review was purely based off a phone call.

The whole place Is a complete dump, poorly ran.They will claim that you owe rent when you dont owe, I wouldnt suggest anyone living there.

Do not go through the McGradys. Holly Circle Townhomes. They dont fix the problems and give you bad references when trying to move out. They also throw your stuff in the dumpster if your not there.
