Just got my 2020 F-150 back this week. It had a lot of front end damage after a small wreck. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Though the repair took longer than anticipated, it was definitely a part supply issue, not a location issue. They kept great communication about the status the whole time, with plenty of apologies although as I said I know it wasn’t their fault. Hoping I don’t need them again but if I do that’s where I’m taking my vehicle.
Excellent body shop. My account manager Joe Presley was very professional and explained how they would repair my BMW to BMW standards. I was a customer several years ago and they were excellent back then as well.
Ran over some fresh yellow paint on the highway. They got all the paint off my new car and made it look perfect. They also got some smudges in the paint out for me. Super fast and great people. Would recommend to everyone!!
I pulled a bumper 1/2 off backing out of the garage. I drove right into Performances garage 2 miles from me. They fixed it right away...well Oscar did:-). In 10 minutes it looked normal again. No one would take a payment, not even a tip to Oscar. I have used them before for greater damage and was completely happy. Great service, clean garage, super people, stellar neighbors. This shop was recommended to repair front end deer collision damage on my F150. Had my truck for 2 weeks and when I picked it up half the damage was unaddressed. What they did was fine but I dont understand how a professional body shop ignores obvious collision damage. They promise to make it right, we will see....Post service update: Mistakes happen. Ive made them as has everyone else. Whats important is how you respond. Jeff and his staff came through bigtime. All my issues were resolved and service was top notch. Jeff was in constant contact with me and made sure everything was perfect when I picked up my truck. Couldnt be happier.

Our family has used Performance a few times (hail, etc) and they’ve always been extremely easy to work with and took care of everything with the insurance company. All we pretty much had to do was drop off our cars and pick up a rental (which they conveniently have an Enterprise rental on site).
A 5 day repair needed extra repairs of a max 6 days. I commend the shop on realizing those. But there is no way the 5-11[with the 6 added] day repair should have turned into the 22 days it took. Im just guessing that they dont work well with geico and if you have geico as insurance, go somewhere else. The work they do is great, the staff handles updates well, along with anger/annoyance. But, there is no reason for a repair to take so much longer than estimated.

Easily the BEST collision center in the Indianapolis area. Extremely satisfied with their work. I got into a minor fender bender in March 2020 and they got me all fixed up in a week or so. Car looks like it was never in an accident.

I don’t know much about cars, but the work done to my vehicle was satisfactory. The customer service was, however, below my expectations. I dropped my vehicle off on 11/20 to for what I had been told was the first available appointment for a minimum 8 day repair on 11/21. On 12/4 I called to check in, as it had been 8 business days since I dropped the vehicle off. I was told it would be a week and a half until the vehicle was finished. I followed up on 12/13, and was told the vehicle would be ready on 12/17. On 12/17 I stopped by the shop to check in and pick up my vehicle. It was not ready, and I was told it would not be ready until the next day, 12/18. When I spoke with a manager he told me that work had not begun on my vehicle until 12/4, blaming a need to contact the insurance company for further payment, as well as “administrative changes.” When he went to find an employee to check the status of my car at that time, he could not find anyone and did not know where any employee might be. The repair took a total of 18 business days, for a little over 40 hours of labor. I feel as though this shop was taking advantage of the insurance company paying for the repair, and for the rental car fees as I needed a rental car for 29 days. I would not use this shop again, especially if I was in a hurry to get my vehicle back.
Great place does good work and they do everything they can to go above and beyond they had to argue with the insurance company about a lot of stuff. The shop manager even went beyond and had to deal with the adjuster and got hung up on due to the insurance company not wanting to take the liability for their customer hitting my parked truck or wanting to pay for my rental. The only complaint is when they put my bed back on the didnt secure my cover the way it was supposed to be and the hardware and rail fell off one side and I am going to have to readjust the seal for it and align it properly.

I was very happy with the experience I had at Performance Collision Center. I was given a great explanation of the repair work that would be done along with possible problems that might be found. I was kept up to date on the progress of the work being done. My car was ready when promised. Most importantly you couldn’t tell at all where that truck rear ended me.

Great staff. Came in without a reservation for an estimate and they managed to squeeze me in. Use of the on-line estimator was very accurate compared to the actual. The work done (entire side of car) is indistinguishable from the original. Paint matching looks great and the car looks like new. I would recommend Performance Collision to anyone needing body work on their car and already have.

Performance Collision did an excellent job repairing my car when the front side was smashed by another driver. Then a year later when the dealership thought a part was missing, they worked with me to resolve the issue. Eventually they just had me bring the car in and looked at it themselves and found it was there, just the screws were loose. I really appreciated them working with me as the dealer wanted to put in a whole new part for $1300 and didnt bother to check if it was there.
Wow ! just WOW my truck looks better than ever. washed and cleaned, and ready for the weekend. they even do health scans to insure all my electronics are working correctly. everyone I encountered was professional. Enterprise rental in house made it easy

Had a great experience with the Performance Collision Center in Zionsville, IN! After my Ford truck was involved in a hit & run it was in need of extensive repairs. The team at Performance Collision kept me up to date every step of the way as they worked with my insurance company to get my truck back to like new condition! Everyone I worked with at the shop was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable through the entire process. While hopefully I wont have need of their body shop services any time soon, I wouldnt hesitate to use Performance Collision for any future repairs to my vehicles!
Ive now used Performance four times and have been impressed every time. The quality of their work is top-notch, modern facility, friendly staff, on-site rental, and they take the time to answer any questions that you have. Its rare to find a business that does so many things well, but Performance is impressive. Although I hope to not have to go back, if I ever need more work, I would never go anywhere else.
Every time I have worked with these folks they make it easy. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The work with you to find the best, but not necessarily the most expensive solution. They meet schedules and keep you informed.

This has been a horrible experience. If I had not already committed using Performance Collision to the third party insurance company, I would have sought service elsewhere. I scheduled and wasted my time for five separate appointments. Not because of the work that needed to be done, but because performance could not order the correct parts. I will give credit where it is due, once the correct parts were in, the service was great.

I had just found my BMW 335i after about a year of scouring the country and had owned if for no more than 2 months when I was broadsided by my coworker in the work parking lot. Both drivers side doors were destroyed and the rocker panel had some significant dents from metal portions of the door during impact. No injuries except to my pride and ride. Anyway, repair process was facilitated through a local progressive service center and car was delivered to Performance Collision Center during week of Christmas.From my initial contact with Performance I was treated cordially and respectfully. I was walked through the entire process covering the scope of damage, the parts needed, the physical body/paint repairs, and was updated at least once per week until completion.When I first saw the car after only a few short weeks, I couldnt believe how well the repairs were executed and could find no trouble areas. I am no paint and body expert, but have worked on many smaller automotive projects to know that it requires great skill, patience, and an eye for details. The color match is spot on and the paint texture matches the rest of the original paint/clear coat. Also, the factory VIN data tag located on the rocker panel had to be removed as part of the repair process, and when I noticed it was missing at pick up, I made a quick trip in to talk to the manager and was told it would be taken care of. After a week or so, I received a call that the replacement tag was in and they would be mailing it directly to me. After some quick research, these tags can cost in excess of $100 and arent always readily available.One could argue the mantra at Performance Collision is Treat the customer how you would like to be treated or Put the customer first, and the rest will follow. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the entire process and the people/staff involved. I dont hesitate recommending Performance to any friend, family, coworker, acquaintance, stranger so long as they keep the same focus on customer satisfaction and overall management.

In January 2019 I damaged our 2018 Ford Transit 15 passenger van. Went to the body shop the insurance company recommended and was told parts were on backorder and it would the summer or next year before it was repaired. After 4 months of waiting with no contact, I went to performance collision. They scheduled an estimate fairly quickly and determined nothing was on backorder. They did the repairs in a few weeks and we got the van back. Great people to work with. I would recommend them to others.

I took my vehicle to Performance a few weeks ago and I was really impressed with the shop and the level of professionalism from the employees. I was kept in the loop of everything that was going on with my vehicle which I appreciated. I think what would be a good idea for them in the future is to somehow create a customer web update via email/text so customers will know their vehicles progress. I did have to call a few times to make sure everything was going according to plan, but I also understand that my vehicle was not the only one they were servicing. I feel that this was one shop that was not worried about making a buck off of the customer, but doing what was best for them in the long run. I will give them 4 out of 5 stars ONLY because I had to bring my vehicle back to get a piece installed that was ordered incorrectly. I was impressed.
I have had three cars fixed with Perfomance Collision. I have been very pleased with them. I had an issue with a rental car and they were very helpful with getting it resolved.
Save yourself the time and trouble and take your vehicle to someone more dependable. Conan’s automotive down the street will do a much better job with great customer service. Everyone there is disrespectful and unwilling to work with you especially Lindsey. I have taken both my Tesla and 7 series to Conan’s and they have done a phenomenal job. Better than these subpar characters!

I had a minor sideswipe on my car that seemed to be only paint & no dents. I stopped by to get a quote to buff the other drivers orange paint from my car. Ben looked at the damage & said, I can get that off right now. He got some turpentine & spent 10 minutes wiping the area clean! All the orange paint was gone & there was no charge. He simply said if you ever need a body repair, please call us. Super impressive representation of the company!

The collision center was very professional and once we got in for an appointment it was very quick. However, the various other depts. had poor communication both with me and the right didnt seem to know what the left was doing.
Performance Collision did an extraordinary job in repairing my car! The damage to my car was extensive. They kept me informed all along the way, and repaired the car on schedule. The car looks great and runs perfect. I am a totally satisfied customer. I hope I wont need them again, but they are first on my list if I do.
Cost about $1200 to fix 3 tiny scratches on one door (about 1 to 2 inches long and a couple of millimeters wide) and 1 needle sized dot on the rear corner panel on the same side as the door. These 4 tiny scratches were caused by a tiny flying rock on high way. New paint work done by this center has a few lines that look like scratches and two bulges. The lady that was asked to take a look was very rude. She kept on emphasizing that the bulges are COMMON and new cars have it too. She also tried to claim that those lines were there before the repaint work even though the repair quote was to repaint the entire door. She did take the car back into the shop to get those lines and bulges polished. The car (3 months old which was why I am going through the trouble to get it repainted for tiny scratches) looks much better after the polishing. The lady from this center was very rude and not consistent with her stories. It was just imperfections in their paint work that need a little polishing. She should have just taken the car back immediately for polishing in stead of arguing with me for reasons that I do not understand.
The front desk staff was exceptional, but communication from the account manager was inadequate. Although part arrival is beyond their control, more frequent updates would have saved us time and money. We live elsewhere and their inability to update in a timely fashion caused unnecessary travel twice, as well as the purchase of a plane ticket.Finally, we requested they address a couple unrelated scratches on the side panel. They were not able to buff one out, but instead of calling and asking how we wanted it handled, they repaired it in a way that was unacceptable and made the scratch even more noticeable. We will have to have this taken care of elsewhere.The actual work to repair the damage caused by flying debris seems to be just fine. In general, I question the local BMW dealerships recommendation of this shop. I guess just be prepared to call frequently for information - definitely do not assume you will get timely updates.
The moment I walked in the door they were very profession. When they were finished with the repairs to my truck, honestly you could not even tell that it had been in an accident. I was very pleased and will go to them again in the future. When you find the one, you find the one.
Absolutely inconceivable as to how it takes a week to replace a tire. The worst service I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and use any other shop.My original claim took around a month to complete after an accident that involved running over metal with my front right tire. Somehow this did not merit a tire change in their initial assessment and I was given the car back with the old tire. I noticed it continually losing pressure and was told it’s “the weather” despite none of my other tires having the same issue.It took them a day to respond to my calls after I noticed the tire had gone completely flat and had a bubble in the side wall as well as cracking. They suggested it would be an hour to replace the tire (reasonable) but it depended on if they had the parts (I have a generic tire not any kind of special performance tire). I assumed that it would take a day max to fix and was willing to wait that extra time instead of going to a new shop. I was gravely mistaken, four days later after they “ordered the part” I still had not received my car. This makes me dread the idea of having a warrenty issue with them because of their molasses slow rate of service!In addition they forgot to align my car and I was forced to return and wait over an hour for a rental. They are slow to respond and absolutely a waste of time. I wish I could give negative stars.
Convenient location, clean, WiFi (so you can work while you wait), TV, friendly staff, respectful - EVERYTHING you usually would NOT expect at an auto-body shop. The work is completed ON-TIME, with lots of communication and they actually CARE. While I hope I never have to go back, if you need body work, this is the place HANDS DOWN.

Did not have a great customer exp. Car was their over a week before the estimate was completed. Then was given vague date of end of next month for a completion date.. After 30+ days in the shop I called to get update and told sometime this week. I found the lack of communication and wiliness to commit to a schedule disappointing.I cant speak to the repairs quality yet will update after I get my car.

I had nothing but good experiences with Performance Collison. I talked with and dealt with Andrew, and he went above and beyond in my opinion. Communication was great, constant follow up calls, and the body work done was great as well. 10/10 would recommend.
There were a few hiccups along the way but I am a very satisfied customer.I had several things that needed to be addressed and they took care of every single one. The repair job looks wonderful. Their customer service was superior and they went over and above what I would ever expect. I would definitely recommend them for future repairs.
Wasnt kept informed of the repair process, was called at the end of the 2nd day of them having the car to be told more damage was found. The person I spoke with refused to elaborate on the damage and would only send me a quote showing what that was. I eventually decided to take my vehicle elsewhere at which time they tacked on an additional 4 hours of admin labor because I was taking my vehicle elsewhere. Ended up paying over 500 dollars for them to remove my cars bumper and headlight. When I picked up the car all of the bolts were thrown into the trunk resulting in missing bolts. I would recommend another shop that has better customer service and will keep its customers up to speed during the repair process.... Not to mention wont charge 4 hours of admin time when you decide you want to take your vehicle elsewhere.Edit: to the owner, if you truly want to make this right refund the “admin” time and the other grossly over estimated time estimates that I paid for you to just remove the bumper and headlight. I ended up with the incorrect bumper, which I tried to bring to your teams attention before i left with my car and parts, not to mention the missing bolts that I had to replace.

Nice building and the text updates are unique, but thats where my experience fell off. This place was recommended to me by the dealer (DR) and I do not understand why. I was told 8-10 days to repair the vehicle and it took just over 3 wks. The workmanship was *OK*, but considering the dealership steers work towards them, you would expect panels to have better fitment after having my SUV for three+ weeks.
