I took my Honda in to have a small dent in the door pulled out. The service advisor, Brent Moore, had the dent repaired in about 10 minutes and I was on my way. Excellent customer care and great service. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. The estimate matched the final bill which was nice since we werent using insurance. I would have given 5 stars but the clear coat got scraped in the area they did the repair and now I have to see if I can polish it out. I would probably go back there again, but just make sure to really look over your car when you pick it up!

I took my car to Caliber for my hail damage insurance claim. Everything was handled quickly and easily by Caliber. All I had to do was drop off the car and wait for it to be done. Caliber sent regular status updates and hit their estimated completion date. They even handled the interactions with the rental agency.

Great experience at Caliber. My daughter dropped her car off at the Zionsville location and immediately called to tell me how nice and professional the staff treated her. We were pleasantly surprised when the GM John D. actually made the repair with the cars old parts and didn’t charge us anything. Highly recommend the Zionsville location of Caliber.

I got into an accident out in Montana in June 2020 and took it to a shop that really screwed up everything. So I went into Collision and asked them if they could look it over and they found EVERYTHING that the old body shop did wrong or didn’t do at all. They told me every step I should do to get everything settled between the old body shop and myself. They treated me with professionalism and respect and told me everything upfront and made understanding everything a lot easier. Definitely recommend!!

They fixed it good as new, kept me informed the whole time, and delivered it when promised. I’d use them again.

Had a car accident that damaged the back of my SUV. Other insurance covered it. Even though technically I wasnt the paying customer, their service was AMAZING! Loved getting the updates on the work. I was always kept in the loop. Would recommend to anyone. Go check them out!

Sideswiped in a parking lot and went to Caliber for repair estimate. Brent’s expert eye noted the fender scuff, and took the initiative to explore it further by applying lacquer thinner, which removed all but a trace of the multiple scuff marks. His professionalism saved an insurance claim and hundreds of $$ for deductible. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision and Brent for their integrity and professionalism.

I had one of the worst experiences with a manager here. Their employee was taking my license plate and frame off my car (to be reused on my new car) and stripped the bolt. I offered to do it so he would not break the license frame, but he refused my assistance. He continued to twist and bend the frame and (customized) license plate until he was able to rip the stripped bolt from the body of the car. I took the broken frame and bent plate into the manager, named Bobby, to explain what happened and politely asked for a reimbursement for the frame. After taking responsibility for his employee and the damage, he refused to reimburse me, claiming it wasnt his responsibility and his employee was providing a service to me. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this place.

They took a bit longer to get my car finished than the quoted time, so that could be improved upon. However, they were always providing me updates without me having to call and ask for them. The staff and service advisor Tiffany were so pleasant and accommodating. They cleaned out my car and gave it a wash upon the repair, too! I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of a repair. Theyre the best!

Wow, this place is incredible, I used them for two cars after unfortunately both my wife and I got rear-ended at two different times. They were so accommodating, made the whole process such a breeze, even gave me a free ride home since my wife was working !! I would recommend this place to everyone, and truly say so because this is my first review posting ever.

There I was... parked, in a parking space, in a parking lot... and suddenly my vehicle lurches forward... yes my vehicle was backed into by someone trying to park their car. Outcome? The fellow that hit me asked didnt you seem me backing up? As life goes this now became my problem to deal with; with luck this fellow had insurance and through them I came into contact with Church Brothers. Because I like to believe in humanity I initially requested a quote from the Zionsville staff on the repairs as the fellow that hit me didnt really want to go through insurance. The staff provided me a quote and took the time to talk to me about insurance claims as I had not previously been in an accident. This time, for me, was greatly appreciated and invaluable. I decided to go through insurance and of course work with Church Brothers. All went as planned and the staff made an annoying event in life fun! Should I or anyone I know need assistance I will 100% recommend Church Brothers. Thanks again!

I havent even gotten my car back yet, and Im already feeling the need to give them 5 stars! Dave is great; he called me today with another update, this time to let me know that he has some concerns with the repairs that another shop (not Church Brothers) did a couple months ago... hed already called my insurance company to come take a look since he might need to replace whats already been replaced. The fact that Dave is keeping me in the loop the whole time he has my car (even if the update is were still aiming for the same finish date, nothing new to report!) is SUPER appreciated, and hes making a miserable situation less awful by providing excellent customer service. Rita and Teresa in the office were great at helping get things started when my car first got to them. Love this team!

My recent experience with Church Brothers Collision Repair on Northwestern Avenue in Zionsville was as positive as it gets. The office staff was professional and courteous (thanks Rita!) as was Dave Crain who kept me informed of my repair’s progress. I experienced demeaning service from Dave Crain. He did not give an accurate estimate of the work that needed to be done & he failed to communicate with me about the estimate instead sent info to the person that hit my car & their insurance company. Maybe he felt I was an old woman & I knew nothing BUT he was wrong. I will never have work done there again. I have used them in the past & found Sandy Gay was excellent at her job. Unfortunately she no longer works there. The receptionist was very helpful & courteous but Dave Crain did not treat this woman with respect.

Cindy made my trip to Church seamless the day I went in to complete paper work for my repairs. She had already obtained information about my insurance claim and had the rental car all lined up for me. I also noticed how well she delivered great service to all her other customers that morning, She additionally made arrangements for Hugo to give me a lift on the day I returned my rental car.Sandy kept me posted daily on my repair status and worked with my insurance adjustor and claims rep so that all was in order at the time my body repairs were completed.I have been to Church Brothers previously and I have always had a great service experience and this trip certainly met and exceeded my expectations!Thanks Church Brothers Zionsville!
