Lowest bid on roof replacement. The crew was hard working, clean and very friendly. The office staff was very friendly and kept us updated. Quality of the work was outstanding. Schaper does quality roof work at reasonable prices. Great experience and customer service.

The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with all the many questions, followup calls, and emails we submitted during our construction. We recently had our new fiberglass pool installed by Schaper. Admittedly, there were a few bumps along the way, but John Schaper was quick to acknowledge and rectify all in a professional timely manner. The ladies in the office (Jessica, Suzanne and Kathy) are great as well! They were always willing and able to assist in answering any questions we had throughout the construction process. I can honestly say this company cares about their customers and will do everything within their power to make sure in the end you are left satisfied. Thanks to them, we now have a beautiful pool we love and can’t wait for Summer to enjoy it! 😊

Pool liner was installed fine but schaper makes claims they cant follow through with and when asked about it they deny ever saying it. Customer follow up and being informed of what work is being done is non existent. Pricing discrepancies exist also between what they say in the begining and after completion . When looking to have work done on your pool definitely keep looking, better companies out there.

Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly while giving me an estimate for my pool. The whole process went very smooth and overall I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Cant recommend them enough!

First I would give zero stars if it were an option! We have a pool that was installed by John Schaper a little over a year ago and have had nothing but problems ever since. From the shell being put in crooked, concrete cracking 8-10 inches from the actual relief cuts, an acrylic paint job that is at kindergarten level at best and is already peeling off the concrete in large chunks, a void underneath the pool the size of a small car that flexes like a trampoline and a corner of the pool which sets substantially higher than the rest and from the words of Paul Schaper himself, admittedly a 1/4 inch higher than allowed by code but simply his response was can’t you just live with it, which was also the response of the manufacturer. The list goes on. So if your thinking about hiring schaper construction for your pool, reconsider.

Doug had the guys come out and tackle our new roof within a couple days of me making the first call to Schaper roofing. Now the job is complete and were thrilled with how great our new roof looks!

4 months ago I called to set up an estimate for do a remodel on our home. After a month I finally got a sub contractor to come out however the stated that they only do the window portion and the owner would have to come out since then I have tried multi time and still no estimate. Not sure why they dont want to work for us however since we are local we are still willing to give then a try.

They were very fair on the price they gave me. They did the job in the time frame they stated. The work was done properly and they left no messes behind. I would recommend them and I would use them again.You do not stay in business 35 years if you do not stand behind your work or do what you say you will. This company is a good and honest company.

Edited: In 2020, Schaper Roofing handled a stucco repair to my commercial building and did an excellent job at a reasonable cost. They were persistent to get the job done right and had to order a custom metal cap for my parapet to install and secure it. Looking back now, I wanted to make sure that I posted about that experience. I recommend them.Ive always had great service and workmanship from them.

Signed contract and paid substantial deposit in May for pool and deck. Completed in November.
