Rod, Max, and Paul are always there when I need them and Max, my go to computer tech, is over the moon awesome. I am not very computer/internet savvy but these guys always take the time to explain stuff in plan understandable English, even over and over till I understand if needed. 👍👍

I spent 10 years on satellite Internet access until a few months ago when Rod got us up and running on his network. I could not be happier! High speed access, very low latency and great up-time. No issues with rain, no matter how hard. And all at an extremely reasonable price! If there is an issue you can text Rod and be assured that it will be resolved ASAP. Honest and dependable ... you cant go wrong.

Too bad I have to give them even one star. After taking my money taking over a years d a half to install a used tower on my property which they tied off to camphor trees with wire.. 😳. They never gave me enough service to do anything with. 90% of the time the little bit of service they did give me was nonexistent. To get them to come and maintain or repair it would take months and then it would only last a week or so. I also got vulgar and rude messages from the owner via Facebook which I still have. Not to mention threats of turning the Internet off if I’m not nice to them. Not as is if it ever worked anyway Don’t waste your money with this company there a big joke ..

Avoid this company. The Internet had been out for5 days and I had the nerve to ask for a rebate on my bill. not happening the office guy said. I opened up a BBB complaint and was quickly dropped as a customer. How dare I open up a complaint against them..after all they had been in bussiness for over 30 years. I need the internet for medical reasons and now I dont have it, just because I complained. Avoid them..or never make a complaint.

Rod and his crew are great. weve been customers of Computers Unliminited for almost FIVE years and have never had a problem with them. Any time Ive called them they have been courteous and helpful. Rod even went so far as to help me with my computer when Dell didnt know what heck was wrong with AT NO EXTRA CHARGE TO US. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a dependable; honest internet service provider.

I was forced to file suit against Rodrick Neal and Computers Unlimited, AKA Hometown Wireless Communications and Computers of Zephyrhills. He took $2250 from me to build a tower for broadband and three months later did nothing more than put in a concrete footer and 3 foot section of tower.
