I took my laptop in for a minor WiFi issue. They resolved it within 5 minutes and showed me how to fix it myself if it happened again. Very friendly and helpful.

I won’t be back. I walked in for my first time and as the young gentleman up front was trying to help me and another customer the manager threatened him with his job for not multitasking. If that’s the kind of energy the employees receive I have no interest in spending money there.

Friendly people but poor service! Not very reliable at all. Dialup was more dependable then this. Been out for a week and still not up and running! Had several issues with the service since day one. Wouldn’t recommend this internet service to anyone. But like I said the people at the office are very friendly.

I have been having trouble with my internet connection for months 6+. The speed when it works is non existent or at the highest a 4! I tell them repeatedly and the say its my router always after buying the 3rd brand new router...come on.. .its the service! they always say they are going to have a service call for me and never do they come out. Even getting my service first hook up took 2 months because I got lost on the list! I even been withholding payments, Im paying for internet that cant be used many days anyways . When I find another provider Im switching. Im tired of the unprofessionalism.Update***** 2 months later. Since This last Review They Obviously seen my review instead of trying to help and told me they could NO LONGER service me. They Even shut off My service that had been paid for a week early. I told them they needed to reconnect it because I paid For it until the end of the month. I asked a reason Why they Couldnt service me and they just said we cant. I said its because I made a complaint. And Matt told me I JUST cant my hands are tied, we just cant. I asked to speak to the owner and asked if we could fix this issue. I needed it fix because my disable son is in virtual home school. No call was ever made. I would of gladly removed this review if they helped me. All I need was a service call on my receiver. Come to find out They Are No longer the only Internet Service Provider out in my area anymore. Thank goodness. Beware of their services completely and if you make a negative reviews, they are not professional about it.. they will no longer service you..just saying

Be sure you are aware of their No Refund policy and the time it will take for installation. It enables them to sell you the expensive bridge and then refuse to give you your money back when your product is not installed and you are still 20 down on the list after 8 weeks. We have have to pay for inferior internet service while waiting very patiently for ours to be installed. Their cheap monthly internet service is very close to a bait and switch tactic.
