The haircut was 5 🌟Unfortunately you cant charge someone the prices you do, send them 4 reminders after booking an appointment and then be 30 minutes late on your appointment.Also lost a star for not accepting debit card and not making it clear on your booking info or website, charge the ATM fee and then ask them to go next door to get change in 2021.Very easy fix to get to 5 stars. Other than that beautiful shop and excellent work!

Amazing experience! On Fire has the most amazing Barbers and customer service. Switched phones and lost my Barbers number. I got a haircut on Friday from a new Barber and loved the gel they used. Went in Saturday as I have a big function, bought gel and they happily reapplied and combed my hair! It doesn’t get any better than this is!!! You can’t go wrong here!

So I went into this barbershop a couple of days prior to my wedding. To see if they had experience cutting African American hair. The gentleman in the first chair let me know that they did. I sent four people before my wedding to get their haircut. The outcome was horrible. My youngest son has a rash in the back of his head due to the barber not cleaning the clippers well. My husbands beard was crooked (one side was bigger then the other). And my oldest son had to be returned to the barbershop because his haircut was just horrible. For the amount spent.

They seem to be very good. Lots of Spanish speakers here. I had to get someone to translate for the guy cutting my hair since I dont speak Spanish very well.

They are professionals in the haircut area and very friendly. El Chino is an excellent barber.

Ive been here twice. The first time I had an appointment but they were extremely busy so I wasnt too mad at waiting an hour for a haircut. And it was a really good haircut. However, yesterday I had an appointment again there was only one kid needing a haircut and the barber I scheduled with took a client five minutes before our appointment. I waited around 30 minutes before I got fed up and walked out. The two other barbers there had no clients, they were just playing on their phones and wouldnt do my hair. I feel completely disrespected and not valued as a person.

I’ve known Jeremy for a while and so has my family and we visited his shop for the first time and I’m definitely coming back from now on he’s very talented and has excellent customer service I loved the atmosphere it’s clean well kept and tight no clutter at all everything is new and he even has Netflix playing for customers waiting! There’s an atm for customers who forgot cash and hair products available for instant purchase I used to go to international cuts but they started talking too much and messed up my haircut but Jeremy’s team is engaging WHILE still being able to accurately give you the haircut you requested even adjusting and modifying your cut midway through. I wish I could give more stars because he definitely deserves more. 10/10 will come back!
