Just go ahead and wait on your regular, skilled barber.. really under estimated the talent and professionalism of my normal barbershop until I came here.Best Advice:Don’t be impatient and go to the place that cuts your hair regularly

Patrick and Mathew did my families hair on a couple occasions. I usually use a local salon but we decided to try them out. I must say they did a great job! Super friendly and good! Especially Patrick who did my hair. He wasn’t afraid to give suggestions and tell me the truth. He was then requested by my 4 year old and she enjoyed the entire experience. I will def be going back.

I’m giving four stars, only because I had to go for a correction, that one of their stylists did to my hair. If I would have seen Patrick from the beginning, this would be a five star review easily. Patrick was able to blend my color correctly, and fix other issues I had. The owner was very quick to fix the issue, which was greatly appreciated. I wish I would have made an appointment with Patrick the first time! For future color, I will see him!Patrick also gave my son the cutest fohawk! My son really loves it.

Patrick listened and gave me the hair cut I requested. He is one of the best hair stylists I have met. Im coming back for highlights.o

I am 100% sure the dude cutting my hair was on drugs. Had to repeat simple trim instructions and he still managed to mess up the length. My hair is uneven, and he used scissors when I asked for a 2 on the sides and 4 on the top...

Family member called asking if they knew how to do a certain type of haircut and the man on the phone was extremely disrespectful and said that if they needed to ask a question like that then it probably isn’t the place for them and that he isn’t a “barber”. you cut hair. you could have said a simple yes or no. if you can’t use a least a little hint of customer service, you probably aren’t in the right business.

This Supercuts location is conveniently located on Highway 301 in the heart of Zephyrhills, Florida. This is a typical store in this chain that is clean and well maintained. They offer a wide range of services at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and competent. Its well worth a visit when in the area.

Understand that these are not normal times but communication is important. Matt the gentleman who seemed to be in charge was overwhelmed and clearly unprepared. Do your job correctly or stay home. I had checked in online and came in at the allotted time. Matt said there was no sign of my appointment and that was I sure I was in the right place. He then checked the computer and saw my name and said somehow they snuck me in there somehow, his words. He then said I would be next I would have to wait half an hour. I went to my car because the waiting area was full. So much for social distancing. Returned and sat down in the waiting area and Matt was trying to work out his appointments. He did not remember that he told me I was next and brought up another client. I stopped and asked how many people he had by my name and he told me at least 8. I told him I was leaving and he sarcastically told me to have a nice day. You have a nice day Matt. I will never ever enter a Supercuts again.

They take appointments for haircuts. I was served immediately and pleased with the experience.

Sons and I have gotten our hair cut here regularly for years and its always been a good experience. Recently the ownership/ management has gone through a complete upheaval. New owners jettisoned all former employees apparently and wanted them to by their own color products Etc. Needless to say there is all new faces and they may do a very good job here cutting wise so far the first one did but it just seems to be a kind of chaotic at the moment

I have never been to a hair salon that is slower than this place. I was told to come back in an 1/2 hour, when I came back it was another 1/2 before the stylish call my mom to the chair. One of the stylist did not take her because he had to rise someone in 10 minutes, ( I guess he cant do two people at one time) the other two stylish took forever just to cut their clients hair. My mom just needed her hair washed. If I owned this shop, I would put a little pep in everyones step!

I love going to Supercuts on Gall Blvd in Zephyrhills!!! SABRINA always does an excellent on my hair. She is an excellent manager also. I am usually there for a few hours when I go in and I observed her greeting every customer as they came in and gets them in just as quickly as possible. I haven’t seen any type of haircut that she can’t do!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! SABRINA HAS REALLY KICKED THIS PLACE UP. KIM ALWAYS DOES MY HAIR EXACTLY HOW I WANT IT. THE LADIES ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND MAKE ME FEEL RIGHT AT HOME.

Every time my husband has been here, except once. They havent ever been able to cut his hair, correctly. Hes even shown a pic of his ID to explain more so. Still, only once have they come close. It isnt that hard of a cut for a professional. So hes stopped going there, and started going to a barber shop.

Supercuts has always been great. I love going to get my bangs cut there. The people are very friendly and take their time. The prices are pretty good for what you get. I believe its worth it. The only thing is that depending on what day you go and what time, if you go for a walk in, you can be waiting for awhile. Anywhere from 30 minutes, even up to an hour.

Shannon cut my daughters hair and she was very patient with my 5 year old who wouldnt sit still. I appreciate salon stylist like this. Huge Thanks

Just got a haircut by ____, She left me in the middle of the hair cut at least 4 times to do something else in the back room, once to check someone else in (understandable). Got a cut that took a long time and she still butchered my hair. Cut was uneven and what a sloppy job. I asked her how long shed been cutting hair, she said all my life. I asked if she thought she did a good job, she said I KNOW I did a good job! Keep working at it ____, youll eventually get it right.

Well seems things have changed Kim has left and the fast awesome haircut is no longer here. So I am in search of another place, right now it’s not here. A guys hair cut shouldn’t take 45 min to an hour.

Guys please do not go here. They cannot cut men’s hair. Asked for my hair to be cut one way and ended up with a buzz cut completely uneven and different lengths of hair. If I could rate no stars I would. You have been warned.

Absolutely awful!!!! I will never go there again. I asked for them to trim my hair. No more than a inch and a half and they cut about 3-4 inches off my hair!!! And its not an even cut. I am very displeased with the service. You just dont cut how much hair you want to. You respect your customers!!!!!!

Ive never waited more than 5 minutes here and i never make appointments.Every stylist ive got has been able to give me a barbershop quality cut; and for about 10 dollars less.

Went there today around 4:05 and the two women there told me and my son they were done for the day and to come back tomorrow. First the hours on the website says closes at 6 but the door said 5. One women told the other one to close and lock the door when we left. How rude for a business to tell walk in customers that. Will not be going there again. They didnt even ask who was getting their haircut. I wasnt just my son who wanted the hair on his neck shaved. That would have taken all about 10 minutes. Go to the Supercuts on Eiland & 54. Those ladies greeted us and took my son to the chair after checking him in.

This beauty salon lacks customer service. No greeting when you walk in and you have to let them know of your presence. I came in with my daughter and son to get a hair cut. I have been going there for a year until yesterdays incident. It was such a waste of time having to sit there without any acknowledge-Ment. Rosie was done with a customer until she disappeared in the back and was left there without at least telling us she will be back or anything. We waited over 20 minutes, I went next door to Payless and to Dollar Tree and my daughter stayed behind to have her hair done first. I got back and she was still waiting and the other stylist did not say anything and completely ignored us. My daughter was so distraught that she left crying from the salon. I went inside and told the stylist that was poor customer service and that I will never go back there again and spend my hard working money with people that dont care about their customers. Who ever reads this. We do not want to be treated unfairly and spend money where we are not acknowledged. I am glad that I wont be coming back because another thing about this stylist Rosie, is that she talks way too much and takes too long cutting hair. If I can give this salon a zero star, I would.

I am unhappy with my hair. I went in told Meenu how I wanted my hair cut. She didnt cut it like I told her to. She had told me to come back in 2 days she will fix it. I went back the next day and Kim butchered my hair. I had told her what I wanted. She did everything I told her I didnt want. All I wanted was a long feather. I ended up with long bangs 1st time 2nd time I ended up with very short hair front, top and sides. So so unhappy with this place.

I went to a salon across the street from Supercuts. My hair was very long, mostly split ends, and I wanted about 6 inches cut off, to get rid of them, and layers. The entire 30 minutes in that chair was pure he**!! She did my hair dry, raking through from top to bottom, not pausing to work through the knots. (My head still hurts over 24 hours later.) And I walked out without any noticeable layers. So I went to Supercuts today, explained what happened, and she fixed my hair! She was so gentle I almost fell asleep and the layers she put in were done beautifully! Thank you!! I will definitely be back!! :))

Sent my husband here for a basic mens cut. He checked in, they said it would be about 30 min. He ran to Walmart for 10-15 min. Came back. No one said a word or acknowledged him. They started taking people that were there after him. He waited ANOTHER 30 min. He left and went across the street to Great Clips. They greeted him promptly and cut his hair great.

Ive been pleased with my haircut most times Ive visited, however their customer service is terrible. You rarely receive a greeting when you walk in. Online check-in is featured prominently on their website, but this location seems to disregard their computer system entirely. The check in clock will list a 0-10 minute wait, but when you arrive there may be a half-dozen people waiting. Twice Ive arrived a few minutes after they were supposed to open on Saturday mornings and found the store locked and deserted. Another evening I got there 40 minutes prior to close and watched them lock the door from my car. Great Clips is right across the street and provides excellent customer service though they often have a wait. The online check-in system is accurate as well.

Made a reservation online for 4:15pm. They were still taking people ahead of us. We just left! Terrible. Then they told us they do not take online reservation, but their website does. Dont go to this place. They had a big sign saying Avoid wait time, make reservations online.

I came here to get a haircut about 45 minutes before closing. (Yes I know this was bad timing, it gets worse though.) I walked up to the door and it was locked, there was two employees and they looked at me while I knocked, and then looked away.The next day I came back, much earlier in the day. People that came in without an appointment were taken before me, and then I was told she probably would not be able to get to my haircut. My overall take home is, bad service. Dont go here.

Called to make an appointment. Phone rang at least 12 times and no one answered. I made an appointment on line for 12:30 pm. When I got there I was told they do not take on line appointments. I told them I had called and no one answered. The manager, Rosie, told me they answer all phone calls. I guess she called me a liar and I left!! Will not return

Get my hair done here all the time

I got my haircut here and this person messed up my hair extremely bad, i now have to cut my hair extremely short and i’m not happy

Since getting out of the military, it is one of the few places Ive been able to get a high & tight without feeling like I could have done it better myself.

Says open til 6 but def not true. Was closed at 420 and wouldnt take us.

Kim has been there for 10 yrs and she gives the best haircut!

The older lady that works there gave me a haircut that was not what I asked for, and too short by a lot. She rushed me, didnt listen to what I wanted, and never tried to reaffirm the cut I wanted. At the end of haircut, she decided to shave off my jawline-length sideburns without asking. I dont recommend going here.
