I have had to utilize tow service/repair shop many times in my career. I Recently broke uv joint while sitting at the guard shack at auto zone distribution center in zanesville. I needed tow and repair. I could make very long review. Ill keep it short. These guys are the best! Pete, and his crew, went way above, and beyond, what was expected. They had me back on the road as fast, or faster than anyone else would have, and the bill was more than fair. While my truck was in shop, I was treated like family. Ive never had a break down I enjoyed more lol. Thank you Petes for being a breath of fresh air in a sea of crooks.

Our family was traveling through Ohio with my travel trailer. One of the wheel hubs on the trailer failed and we almost lost the wheel completely. After calling 4 or 5 repair shops it looked like we’d be stranded there for a day or two. We got a tow truck driver to help us get the wheel off so we could limp to the next exit. He then went to Pete’s to see if they could help us with the repair work since they were right off that same exit. They agreed and we pulled the camper down there. They got right into it, sent someone out to get the parts right away and even repacked the bearings in the 3 other wheels to make sure we were all good. The entire repair was done in less than 3 hours and we were back on the road. I can’t thank them enough for getting that done so quickly and allowing us to continue our vacation. If you need a tow or some repair work done in that area, give these guys a call!!

You may not always like the price of the bill. However they are not only the most reasonable in the area but they are some of the most wonderful ppl one could meet... I was treated with the most kindness and respect I couldnt have asked to meet any better ppl... They were quick to respond when I agreed to there Towing and recovery quote... After they towed my truck where requested the other ppl hadnt even looked at it at it at 9:30 am when I was told they would start on it at 6am.. I called Petes they recovered it again and had it fixed in the Timely manner one would hope for at a very reasonable cost....Thank you to Pete, Scott and Bill for the first recovery.BILL and Scottie for the second...
