Im new to Yuma so I read a lot of reviews before deciding on who to make an initial appointment with. The reviews were on point! Dr. Carroll and Natalie went above and beyond to get me into the office same day. I dont know what they sacrificed in their day for me, but my smile looks amazing. Dr. Carrolls touch is so gentle - I didnt even know he did numbing injections because I didnt feel a thing until I was numb. Their bedside manner is also very pleasant. I will certainly be keeping follow up appointments with them! Theyre worth it!

I was given a clear and concise dental plan, with a precise timetable and price quote that didnt destroy our budget. He is a great guy to work with a good sense of humor. After first going to MX and having a mediocre teeth cleaning, plus being told that I had 6 cavities without ever taking xrays, I called Yuma Smiles. They did complete digital full mouth xrays and the BEST teeth cleaning I’ve had in years! State of the art office and CLEAN! Natalie and Shanel are excellent as is Dr Carroll. After a bad experience in the past, it has been many years since I decided to go back to the Dentist. I went in knowing I had some extensive work that would need to be done, and was very anxious about it. I spent several weeks searching for the right place that I would be comfortable with.Im glad I decided to come here. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. While informative they were not condescending and maintained an extremely positive attitude. I cannot describe enough how important this was to me.The hygienist who did the teeth cleaning was absolutely amazing. Quick and near painless. Amazing service! I was scheduled for a Friday (which is typically only an admin day) to be seen for a retainer casting. My schedule at work is restrictive and I let Natalie know that I wouldnt be able to pick the final product up for a couple of months due to my work schedule. She went above and beyond to hand deliver my retainer to me the same day it was casted with no extra charge!! I came into Dr. Carrolls office on a recommendation from my mother. On my first visit I was immediately made very comfortable by the accommodating staff who were very professional and courteous. When Dr. Carroll saw me he told me that there would need to be a second visit scheduled to do some more work and I was happy to make that appointment based on my first time at the office. A five star rating=loved it...thats awesome. .I recently moved to Yuma and did not have a local dentist. This past weekend I started experiencing some intense pain in my teeth. I looked at my insurance company website and wasnt able to find a dentist that could see me same-day. We Googled the phrase, same day dental appointments and this office came up as the first listing. I contacted the office and explained my situation and after some schedule checking they were able to see me immediately. I was very grateful. After an exam by Dr. Carroll I was scheduled for my periodontal cleaning the next day at 8am. My impressions?The first thing I noticed was the artwork. Whomever chose the art for this office made some good choices. I also felt very welcome by the staff. All the staff are friendly with big beautiful smiles :) Of course right? Dr. Carroll himself is knowledgeable without being condescending. He has a great sense of humor and that is definitely an asset for a dentist! I like the technology this practice utilizes to analyze the condition of your teeth. The dental hygienist that did my cleaning was super nice and explained everything she was doing which is something that I appreciate. Dr Carroll and his staff have been exquisite. I needed a flapper and Dr Carroll created one the same day. Then we decided to create a bridge and cap an additional 3 teeth. The technology that Dr. Carroll uses has created the most perfect teeth. There has not been one appointment that I have had to wait in the lobby, which is huge for me. His staff is young energetic and makes your visit as pleasurable as possible.

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD A BETTER DENTIST!!!!Before I moved to Yuma I was TERRIFIED of the dentist... but after meeting Dr.Carroll and his staff I am no longer afraid. The staff warmly greet you everytime you go in. Dr. Carroll is very gentle and will explain everything he is doing. I told the staff I was scared of needles and before they did anything involving a needle they told me what was going on and talk me through it or put a towel over my eyes to make sure I didnt see it. They are so sweet they called me (after I had 2 teeth pulled) to see how I was feeling. I am very happy with my experience here and will be a patient if his for as long as he is around.

Sam Carroll and his staff are amazing! I had a terrible smile and a bad history of dental work. Sam evaluated my teeth and came up with solution to cure all the issues I had. He worked closely with a local oral Surgeon and corrected all my previous dental problems and left me with a perfect smile. I no longer have headaches caused from a bad bite. I broke a tooth. It became infected and after the infection was cleared up, I went to see Dr. Carroll. The tooth needed a root canal and crown. I had to leave town shortly on a trip that couldnt be rearranged. Dr. Carroll and his staff got me in to see him for the root canal and crown the same day--all was done in one visit at his office. Now I can go on my trip without worrying about another infection and without any tooth pain. Dr. Carroll and the entire staff were great and the crown looks good. He also replaced two crowns on my two front teeth several years ago that look and feel great. I highly recommend them for your dental work

Most people dont like to go to a dentist and Im one of them. Ive been a customer of the office that Dr. Carroll took over for basically my entire life he is the 3rd dentist to work in the office over a span of my 30+ years going there. When Dr. Carroll took over the practice a few years back I noticed quickly his desire to update the office with more modern dental equipment. He has invested in nice photo technology which can show issues with your teeth clearly, which is a really nice huge improvement over trying to look in a mirror or with Xrays. He has updated his chairs and tools which are all new. Ive also heard he invested in a Crown machine which can make crowns for people on the spot. I havent had to get one yet and hope I wont for awhile but someone who invests in his business like Dr. Carroll is someone who cares about what he does and cares about his reputation and skills. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and I strongly recommend giving Dr. Carroll a shot if your looking for a motivated dentist that is serious about his practice.

Today was my first visit at 32nd street dental and everything has been absolutely wonderful from the start! Not only were they able to schedule my appointment very quickly, they also found where my issue was coming from and treated it all in one appointment! They went over my options with me and gave me plenty of time to make a decision. They were extremely kind and helpful and made me feel very welcome and happy to be there. I suffer from anxiety and they were extremely patient with me. They took the time to sit and talk with me and ensure me that everything would be okay. They made my visit a very pleasant one and I will be coming to them for my dental needs from now on. If you live in Yuma and are in need of dental care, visit 32nd street dental. I went to Dr. Carrolls office this morning for cleaning and x-rays. The staff and Dr. are always great, very friendly and professional. I love the newer, high-tech equipment they have. Ive been going to this office since I was a kid and it was Dr. Clark, and will continue going to Dr. Carroll for any future work.

I have been to several different doctors and dentists in Yuma. The one thing that really annoys me is having an appointment and then not being seen for an hour or more after it was scheduled. That wasnt the case with 32nd St dental. They saw me the second I went through the doors. Their staff was great, and Dr. Carroll was very informative. I couldnt be happier.

Dr. Carroll and his staff are highly skilled, kind, patient, and gentle. An extremely caring and honest practice! The best we have experienced in our almost 60 years!

I have been seeing Dr. Carroll since Dr. Clark retired. He has always been informative and careful. My children had had a bad experience with another dentist, so they were apprehensive when I brought them in. However, all the staff and Dr. Carroll were so great with them that they no longer fear seeing the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Carroll.

I had such a great experience with 32nd Street Dental Care! Dr. Carroll is excellent, and the entire staff is very helpful! The office has a cheerful atmosphere and the customer service is fantastic. I had to get a tooth extracted, and a fake tooth made to take its place. Both procedures were virtually painless, and the new tooth was made right there in the office! I got to watch my tooth being made, and it only tooth about 20-30 minutes! It was amazing, and it fit perfectly! I really appreciate Dr. Carrolls attention to detail, and the fact that he took the time to call me personally a day or so after each procedure to make sure everything was going the way we expected (and it was). I also want to say that Natalie, Dr. Carrolls assistant, is absolutely wonderful! Shes extremely accommodating, and my teeth always feel great after I go in for my cleanings. :) I would definitely recommend 32nd Street Dental Care. They do an amazing job!

Great staff. Very clean establishment. I enjoy the teeth cleaning procedures they currently practice. I would definitely recommend Dr.Carroll to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Carrolls office is very professional and pleasant - from the front desk to hygienist to Dr. Carroll.. Appointments on time - in and out for the cleaning in an hour. My husband had to have a root canal this past summer and Dr. Carroll was outstanding.Jan Stash

Sam Carroll, DMD, is knowledgable about all the latest and most effective dental procedures and treatment to make you SMILE... I have seen a caring and gentle approach with the very young patients ( My Grandaughter) and the concern he had with my 90 year old Father. Very comfortable yet professional atmosphere at all times!

Dr. Carroll is really awesome! Fixed me up good after some damage done to a couple of my teeth, and have been able to fit me in for a same day appointment. Crowns and stuff done on the same day, no follow up appointment needed.

Walking in I was greeted by a lovely lady Named Claudia. She was nice, inviting and very helpful. My appointment was on time and I was taken back right away. Natalie made sure I had all of my photos done so that Shanel could take the xrays and complete the cleaning. They were both very friendly and professional making sure I was at ease and comfortable. After the cleaning Dr. Carroll took the time to explain everything that was going on with my teeth. He is clearly very smart and very knowledgeable. He made me feel like it was important to him that I was there and that he really cared. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Both my son and I see Dr.Carroll for all of our dental needs and could not be more happier with his work and his staff. From the minute we walk in and until we leave our visit with our goodie bags nothing but smiles and compassion. These people truly enjoy what they do.

Dr. Carroll and his staff are always courteous and professional. I appreciate that they take the time to make sure that I understand the procedure to be done and that they make every effort to make me comfortable during the procedure.

Bait and switch with insurance amounts. Wont call pre-authorization line costing patients nearly double what they quote. Dr. may be okay but the staff leaves much to be desired. Look somewhere else unless you have money to burn and like being talked down to.

I was late to my appointment. They gave me a reminder call and held my spot! Very friendly thorough staff. I liked their use of technology - specifically they post your films on a monitor that you can see and use the monitor to describe what is going on with your teeth. Great job. Dr Carroll (even though he is a Bears fan) was a good guy. He saw some room for imporvement in my dental health made helpful recommendations. My entire family goes here and will for the forseable future.

Dr. Carroll and his staff made sure there was minimal waiting time in the office and were greeted with a smile from the receptionist. Dr. Carroll took care of all our needs and concerns. We left the office very impressed with Dr. Carrolls services and his staff!

Please allow me to give Dr. Carroll and everyone on his staff the highest of number of stars. I’ve never had and issue. If you ask me I think they’re super!!!
