Asked for jande valves to be installed gave me a date never showed called they said it would be another date that date came no date one showed called gave me another date of 9-12 never showed no call. Called 9-13 tried to give me a date of Friday. They do not follow up on take care of business. I will never use this company again do not recommend them.

They have helpful staff and seem to every chemical youll need. Theyll check your water for free. This is my preferred Yuma pool company for repairs as well.

Great service, family owned and operated. They took the time to find what we needed and was the only place in town to have it in stock. We even got a discount.

Very sad and dissatisfied with the services. For the first few weeks of first starting service no one came out at all…. Nothing. It was a mistake on their end but that mistake gave me algae that I’ve had ever since. The company tried to fix the problem but at the end of the day I wasn’t willing to pay $250/month so I terminated services and still have algae that I never ever had before until their services begun.

Acme came to look at my pool pump and to give me a quote on some things I needed done. The guy that came just did whatever he did and when I went to talk to him he was already gone. I dont even know what he did. I called the office to follow up and to get a quote on the repair I asked for they never got back to me. That was the 1st and last time I dealt with them.

I used them through the insurance twice they took 15 DAYS to come out. the pump to the WHOLE pool was out part now there’s a white LINE because the water levels got to bad AND the heater they supposedly FiXed was not fixed that took another 9 DAYS for them to come outNot sure about service but website suck can’t search I need a stack flue sensor for pentair

We recently began using ACME when our previous provider had to transfer his clients over. The transition has been smooth and they have more than answered any questions or concerns we had. The technicians are knowledgeable and so far our pool has looked great.

I used to do my pool myself but due to medical issues I am no longer able to do so. I contacted ACME and have had very positive interactions with 4 different staff members. My pool is up and running and I dont anticipate anything but great service, just like Ive received so far.

I would definitely recommend Acme pool and spas for any and all your pool and spa needs, they are dependable, honest and always right on time.When I was in a bind and called Acme it was late in the day and i wasnt sure i could even find someone open but Acme answered my call and even came to look at my pool that same day, got my pool back on track within a week. My pool was a mess but Acme came through! Also with reasonable rates and I couldnt be more satisfied.

They were beyond helpful when our pool pump went out suddenly. I loved that they texted me for correspondence which works great for my schedule. Their customer service is unparalleled, especially when you are looking at some of the other places here in Yuma. We will use them for all our pool needs.

Family owned, honest people who will not sell you things you do not need! I take my water samples in and they give me the computer generated report without requiring me to buy the chemicals at their store. You can buy them for less elsewhere but I believe in supporting local companies. Please try them out. I promise you that you will not regret it!

Had an appointment for today with someone named Blake. I called at 1 pm to confirm my appointment and see what time they were coming because I have dogs I need to keep out of the yard. The lady told me they dont have set times they just come whenever basically. Which is super annoying because Im sorry but Id like to know when some random dude comes into my backyard. Also the gentleman didnt even show up at all today for that matter. So whats the point of making an appointment when they just dont show up anyway. UPDATE. Owner called and fixed the miscommunication and is working with me

Do not use!!! Here in Yuma we have to deal with virtually no customer service from a lot of companies and the only way we can try to get these businesses to change their ways is to expose them. I called acme pools on a Monday because I needed to have my pool filters replaced and was told the guy would be here on Thursday and he would call when he is on his way. Thursday came and went and no call. Friday no call. Saturday no call. Sunday no call. Monday no call. Then about 10: 00 a.m. on Tuesday the guy just shows up like he was now ready to do the job. No calls, no communication and No Customer Service. I sent him packing!

Stopped at ACME after a terrible experience at Leslies Pool. Cristal was amazing and went above and beyond to help us and provide friendly and expert customer service. Felt well informed and much better about owning a home with a pool. Thank you!

Very nice store and the ladies who were there were the best. I was interested in parts this trip, but I will go here for everything for the pool from now on! Easy to get to, competitive prices, big parts selection and great customer service. Ill be back!

Do No Use!!Before we left for the weekend everything with the pool was fine. We got a call stating the flow with the back wash was slow. When we got home the pump was running without any water flow. When talking to the staff they took no responsibility and denied that they worked with the pump or plumbing. Items involving the pump/plumbing were loose. Never gave them any permission to work with it. They said its probably your filter and pump and quoted us $1,500.My husband and a friend of ours worked on the system today. In all of our conversations with Acme, nothing was ever mentioned of anything breaking. Its probably the filter. Our pump and etc were updated 2 yrs ago.He found the bottom portion of the backwash valve broken, and lodged in the bottom of the return preventing any return to the pool. The valve was just replaced last year. The filter was fine.There were many opportunities for your staff to be forthright about this issue. They took no responsibility. Their response oh that can happen. There was no mention of this when we hired them to treat our pool. For this to be a common occurrence they also didnt trouble shoot this to fix the issue either.

So far we just moved into a house. They had to clean the pool one more time at the close of escrow and it was done poorly because of incorrect equipment on their part. But instead of telling us they had to come back they just left and we had to call in order to get somebody to come back to do it properly. We signed up for their pool service twice a week and this is the second week in a row they have only been here once. I called yesterday and a supervisor was supposed to call me this morning and it is the afternoon and I still haven’t heard anything. I called back and they let me know supervisor would be calling me back shortly so now I sit and wait So far it’s not looking good on their behalf.

Was left with a green pool the last day of service with no explanation other than they think I might have had a party. Definitely not the case. Cannot recommend.
