Friendly staff and communicative but i feel the service wasnt done to my car.,i went in for a oil change and it was to quick for the job to be done and i noticed that my car was at 5% engine oil life and was gonna need to be changed soon and it keeps saying that even tho they changed itthe only difference now that its at 1% engine oil life,needs to be replaced soon..,it hasnt even been a week since theychanged it and i already need to change it again...

I wanted full synthetic mobile one GM approved motor oil as I asked for that oil they already drained my oil pan then checked and did not have any in stock now Im stuck here and Im forced to get something from them and I then asked for Valvoline full synthetic GM approved and they gave me some cheap low grade motor oil that was not GM approved and charged me the full synthetic price my truck has never gave me any problems but I could hear a new noise coming from my engine about 2 weeks later never again would I let them touch my truck and lie to my face.

2 weeks ago my husband, Jay, drove 15 miles to get the oil changed in my 2013 Lincoln MKS, bypassing other oil change businesses. Upon arriving, John, employee or manager, asked Jay if the car was a 2017 or 2018. Jay replied a 2013 turbo engine. John’s response was we don’t have filters for any turbos. He got on the ground and said he felt the filter, and it was a long one and that they didn’t carry long ones. We have owned a parts store for 25 years. This car takes a short filter. Napa #7502. John informed my husband that he should go to Jiffy Lube, and said “tell them John sent you”. John never went to a book or computer to look it up to see if he had a filter. Needless to say, my husband was very upset. This happened on a Saturday morning so maybe they didn’t feel like working. Worst customer service possible. Valvoline should take a look at this establishment!

The young men are very helpful, as I have a older car.... If they check it out and cant be fix by them... They will give me some shops to try. I have some issues with heat and they check it out for me...Trust this group completely......

Took my car here around the first week of April 2018. Some caucasian wannabe gangster guy with tattoos serviced my car. Friendly but straight up scammer. The guy didnt even change the oil filter and straight up overfilled my oil. I checked the work he did later that day. I was so mad but couldnt do anything about it because I had to come back to northern cali the same day. For the same price I couldve done it myself properly. Dont take your car unless you want to get scammed. Never again will I take my car or my friends since I told them about the scam they running there. If you must take it here you better check the work done on your car before you leave the shop.

Today my sister went to get an oil change and the guys that worked there said she needed to change her transmission oil for $109. When she first refused they said $80, she refused again and they said $40 only if she paid with cash. Very sketchy and unprofessional service. My family has been going there for years, they have lost us as customers.

To keep my cars maintenance up, most the time it a hours to get in but Im driving by and I can get right in and out.

I replaced my oil at this center . After 2 weeks a metal plate from the bottom of my car fell off . Had to repair it myself . Honda service said it was because of non properly screwing bolts during the oil change .Discussed the case with the manager at valvoline and he does not take responsibility or will not compensate for their mistake .Very unprofessional . Do not take your car there . I have a new car and the basically damaged it, and made me lose a day of work to go and fix it .
